On October 2022, I moved into 3245, Unit 1. That morning I was happy to get key's to a place. I had two previous Airband B experiences. So, yes, I'm happy to have a place of my own. I would say it was a typical move-in experience for movers and family members, and then two hours later, the movers had finished, and my family had left, so It was just me unpacking.. All quite typical I was moving into a unit that was directly below the neighbor from hell. Hereafter NFH I'm playing music while trying to figure out what to do first after getting my music going. The NFH doesn't offer a hello or welcome to the neighborhood. The energy that he's giving me is how dare they put someone under him? Having been there for three years, I agree. The NFH is someone who sees quickly what I had and didn't have, and he sees that it's only me. he definitely showed his worst. Most folks, when they see you move at minimum, they give you the benefit of the doubt. No, not this guy. I'm unpacking, and everyone can see I'm moving in. They try to stay out of the way. He decided to look into my house, looking at me as if somehow it was his right to look at the new guy's house. He invaded my privacy. I'm about to yell at him to stop looking at my place when I accidentally step on an electrical plug and puncture my foot. As he sees me fall to the floor, he immediately walks away from the window and says I didn't see anything! Since he was so focused on invading my privacy, the least he should have done was help me get back to my feet. Unfortunately that didn't happen. He did what was instinctive for him. Hours pass, and I slowly get past the pain of my foot injury. And continue unpacking. I looking at him and saying to myself I don't know this brother, I have no idea where this is coming from. We have the same floor plan, so the first night he was stomping as loud as he could to be a problem. And would loudly every night for the next year, The first time I'm in the laundry room, he comes in as if I'm supposed to react to him being there. I saw him standing there, reaching out to give him a handshake. He kept giving me this crazy face, and finally shook my hand. The only thing I can take from his behavior is that he acts poorly around guys in his age group. I'm not sure he followed me into the laundry room, and unlike me, didn't have clothes. I guess he wanted to see if someone I afraid of him. Not even close. And looked in his eye. One of the many problems with an NFH... that is directly on top of your unit, is that they know your schedule. The first two years, I would close my garage as I went to work; for two years, he would open it himself. I stopped being concerned and just accepted it was going to be open. He looks like he's retired and spent his time day casing the place. I also had boxes that were in my garage stall that had been broken into. I called the front desk, and all they would say was to file a report with the PD. And his daughter was an enabler for him. By the time the third year came, I 1think he was tired of opening my door, and me not responding to it. It was only then that he stopped opening for me. Then one day, he left his garage open. The car was sitting there; to be clear, he was like everyone in terms of opening and closing his door. When you know my work schedule, he knew that at a certain time, I'd be coming home from work. On that day, I saw his car sitting there. And continued walking to my place without any hesitation. I'm not that person. When I was purchasing a car. For some reason, he took the plates that came to me. And hold on to them until the next morning. He wanted me to know that he can touch any mail or packing that wasn't in my box. The reason why I haven't mentioned anything I did it because I haven't done anything to call for this guy to behave the way do does. I'm grieving the loss of my Mom and daughter, so for me, I bring positive energy anywhere I go. I blame the front desk on him. They decided to put me under the NFH. If I went to them and said anything about his behavior, and I moved to a different unit, Then what are you telling him? If he's retired and home all day, then it's just a matter of time. He would find me, and his poor behavior would be even worse. Because If think you thought it was before now that I found you! No, I'm not doing that. I was stuck. When I moved in, I told you that I had recently lost my mother and daughter, you should've given me a unit away from BS! You did the exact opposite. Cause you knew he was. And put me there anyway. I suffered injuries because of your incredibly poor decision Instead, you offered your condolences and, without any real consideration, put me in the first one that that next on your available. It used to be a very quiet neighborhood, but lately, there have been loud tenants in the properties. Even when they are told not to make noise after 10 pm, they continue to do so. They are nice to you when they give you a tour to move into this place, but once you start living here, they do not care about your complaints. Parking has been getting out of control, with anyone parking inside without a permit. There are also non-operator vehicles taking up space meant for other tenants. When you submit these issues they ignore you. The apartment complex has started to feel cheap due to non-operator vehicles and trash being dumped by people moving out. for the rent they charge it should be mid-luxury apartments yet now they feel cheap. This is going to be your one-stop shop review to tell you why you shouldn't live here. And if after reading this you still aren't convinced that living here is downright awful, feel free to go through the rest of the pages on Yelp filled with dozens of other one-star reviews. I hate giving one-star reviews because I genuinely believe that in order for a place to be given one star, the people there REALLY must be running their business incorrectly. But after living here for just a bit over a year, I am confident that this is the worse place I have ever rented at, period; I will probably never live at a place this bad ever again. My girlfriend and I are both Software Engineers, and lived together in a 1 Bed/1 Bath at Holly Park Knolls from July 2020 - August 2021. We chose this apartment complex because at the time, she worked in Santa Monica and I worked in El Segundo, and the location was convenient for the both of us. Realistically speaking, money isn't the biggest issue for us when it comes to renting apartments; for us, we care more about living in a nice neighborhood located in an ideal location that feels safe. If you're looking for apartments, especially in the Inglewood area, you cannot put a price on safety (we failed to do our research on this area before moving in, and we paid the price). We scheduled a tour with Divina and in the beginning, we absolutely loved the place. The place was clean, the kitchen was nice, and the apartment was very spacious, though the price tag was a bit expensive (about 1800 a month). The staff seemed very, very friendly and the apartment complex is located really close to a bunch of shops nearby (Target, Chase bank, LA fitness, In N Out, etc.). The place checked off a bunch of requirements on our list, and we thought the place was absolutely amazing. Until we moved in. A month into our lease, one of my girlfriend's car's windshield wipers got vandalized. Naturally, we contacted the leasing office and spoke to Sergio, who ended up calling other residents and asking them if they knew anything about this. He got no leads there, but assured us this would not happen again (how he could have promised this us is beyond me, and this left us skeptical). We didn't feel safe even after talking with him, so we ended up printing papers that told Residents that this behavior was not acceptable, and taped them onto our cars just to protect our property. We made a mental note of when this happened, and in the days afterwards we were very careful, going out probably three times a day into the garage just to check if our property had been damaged. A week later, her second windshield wiper gets broken. Again, we call Sergio at the leasing office to complain. We start to question if the security guard that patrols that area may be the one responsible, because they seem to walk around there at night. Sergio assures us that this accusation is out of the question. We also noticed that there were cameras near our garage unit (our garage unit was located near the back entrance on a long road, which the camera should be able to pick up), and so requested the camera footage for those days be released to us. They tell us they can't show it to us, and when asked why not, they don't provide a direct answer. So we buy a $200 dashcam on Amazon, attach it to my car, and park my car in the garage instead of hers to see if this happens again. A week later, MY car's windshield wipers ended up getting vandalized. We go in to check the dashcam footage, and we now have blatant proof catching a security guard bending my windshield wipers backwards to a point of beyond repair. We call the Leasing Office (expecting them to do nothing as they have previously done), and also file a case with the Inglewood Police Department. A couple of days later, the Leasing Office gives us the phone number of the Security Guard's family. The family wants to speak with us and wants to settle things amicably, rather than involve the Police. At this point, I'm thinking to give them a call and at least find out why he's damaging our property. So I call them, and after a lengthy discussion, it is revealed that the reason for why he damaged our property was because he got angry at us leaving our garage door unit open every night (this was an issue that we previously reported to the Leasing Office weeks back and that they never fixed). So essentially, the garage door unit was broken, we've tried calling the Leasing Office to get it fixed, they never fixed fixed it, and now their own Security Guards are vandalizing their own residents' property because he thinks they're doing it intentionally. Fabulous. The deceptive, slimy people working here do their best to reel you into signing a one-year contract with fake smiles and pretty words, then completely neglect you as a resident. They don't answer phone calls or respond to emails. Problems never get fixed because they apply bandaid fixes rather than fixing the root issue. read more

Please do not rent from this location. Please don't refer any of your friends and family members to this location. Gina, also known as Georgina Marquez is the regional manager at this location in Greystone properties. They intentionally lie and overcharged residence for staying at the location. the maintenance is not well kept at the area. The maintenance crew also lie steel and they will damage your vehicle when Georgina gets upset with you based on her, the original manager also is in cahoots with several towing companies in the Inglewood area. These companies will come at all times in the morning until your vehicle away without any notice the charges are usually from four to $800 and sometimes your vehicle even with the sticker would be 2 to 3 times a month. This is purposely done in order to make sure that you do not have your money to pay your monthly rent. The original manager, then gives you one way to move out the location and says that they will not put an additional on you if you move out in one week. I have verified proof that they have done this to more than one person and then went to Inglewood Court And filed an unlawful eviction against the people. They also overcharged the elderly people who stay in the area, which I have already reported it to senior abuse and neglect. Gina, Marquez and Greystone management property are vipers in the area and need to be stuff the stuff that she has working there are all yes because none of them have been there more than a year or two she generally recycles them out or either they quit. There is one Asian lady who works in the office who knows where she came from but you have to watch her too. Between the two of them. I cannot tell you who is the worst between the two because both of them will lie on you intentionally And then call the police on you as well as if you're at the nuisance whenever you go and expressed any problem or issue please know that there are other various sites where you can go and search for Hollywood and see that the maintenance crew are damaging people cars purposely even they have videos of the maintenance crew damaging. This company has 44 people do not find out about it until it is generally too late. The regional manager threatening taking you to court with the court. I would advise please go to court. It is bullies like this who need to be exposed. She is one of the worst kind. If you have family members in your please go check on if you were thinking about going here as a possible rental location please keep going. It only looks nice from the outside from the inside there are Spiders. There are an infestation. There are coyotes in the area that need to be addressed and they are not addressing in the maintenance that are not skilled enough to handle it. Once you do that is a crime in the area. The original manager will treat you as if you are the issue and begins a campaign to have you removed from the property and also if you go and complain about her, she then goes and try to go to the police department or she has her maintenance people to try and believe you I'm telling you now don't run here if you do, you may end up with the record because she intentionally pushes people read more

The property is located in a very quiet community with friendly and welcoming staff who are always smiling and willing to go the extra mile. The grounds are well-maintained and kept exceptionally clean. There are 14 laundry units conveniently located nearby, with easy access to reload laundry cards. Additionally, there is a nearby park where children in the community can walk to and enjoy. I love the size of the community--it's large enough to walk or run with my dogs while getting to know my neighbors. They also offer parking inside a garage, with additional storage space, which is incredibly useful, especially with kids. I've been a resident for 10 years and I love this community. The office staff are extremely friendly and generous. They love my push up challenge LOL. If I need anything repaired in my apartment they take care of it right away. The grounds are always clean, and I really enjoy our BBQ area. Recently I made a service request. A wonderful gentleman by the name of Harell was sent over to make the repair to an area on the kitchen floor. I could not believe what an amazing job he did, After he completed the work it looked as though nothing ever happened! Do not Move into this apartment complex , if I could give this place a Zero I would ! They're Crooks & the Manager Gina Marquez is a Snake in the grass ! I lived in this complex for 2 in half years , payed my rent on time . Did not damage anything in the apartment , and the management took over half of my deposit of 1200.00 because I didn't live there more than 3 years, they charge you to repaint the unit . I payed them my last utilities bill when I moved out in Oct 2023 , they turned around and deducted my utilities bill out of my deposit, basically I got charged twice. I called to speak with the manager , sent emails to Greystone Management who , owns Hollypark Knolls, I've gotten no response from them and it's been 3 months. I have been given the run around by this Rude employee name Juan , trying to get my utilities bill refunded to me by Manager Gina , once again no response basically they're ignoring me ! They didn't even do final walk thru with me before I moved out talking about They were closing in 30 min . The employees who work for Hollypark is so unprofessional & terrible to their tenants! They be nice to you, when they're giving you a tour to move into this place , then once they get you living here , they treat you like Crap! Unprofessional staff, they one month they applied my rent check to another unit and informed me 22 days later after they called all my emergency contacts looking for me (when i gave them my new number several times to update in the system) saying they are looking for me that they don't have my rent later realizing the Sergio had applied MY rent to another unit that i paid on time on the 1st of the month. They they said oh we applied it to another unit by accident? And a second time lost my rent telling me they can't find it. I moved into Hollypark at the end of March 2020, a week or two after the global pandemic was declared. I was eager in finding a place before things got the way they got. I called and the amazing, warm, and cheerful Tina answered and won me over. Never has an apartment complex been so warm, quick, and welcoming. Once I made it into the office Sergio and Tina got me in and out with keys in hand within 45 mins. Amazing!! The complex is its own little community. I've been here coming on 8 months and have never heard Loud music being played, loud kids screaming, or anything that would cause A nuisance. The property is beautifully manicured and groomed daily. Units in the complex have been renovated with beautiful hardwood cabinetry in the kitchen, hardwood floors and soundproof windows. Each unit comes with a personal garage that also includes a huge storage space, this was definitely a plus!! To shed light on what a great community this is, a few days ago I lost my wallet in the community parking lot. One of my great neighbors whom I haven't yet had the opportunity to meet held on to it and turned it into the office once they opened Monday. If I was anywhere else it probably would've been gone. Do yourself a favor a reach out to Hollypark and ask for Sergio or the amazing Tina, somehow she makes your whole week better. In addition shout out to the Big boss Gina she's the best and handles business!! Side note this place is the epitome of centrally located. You're less than 5 mil to the 110 fwy, 10 fwy, 405 fwy and the 105 fwy. You're directly behind the new Rams stadium and the form there is a park less than 50 feet from the complex and schools all around. read more

I have lived here for a year and just recently renewed my lease. When I moved here I was reluctant to move to Inglewood but living in this complex has made my stay worthwhile. Tina, Sergio and Gina are amazing! They have helped me every step of the way and are always available if I need help. My apartment is fully remolded and I don't share a wall with anyone. My neighbors are quiet and we all look out for each other. I have no complaints living here but if I ever do the leasing office always help promptly. read more

Terrible place to live solely due to unprofessional leasing office staff. They do not make repairs timely. They do not speak to residents professionally. They do not hire African-American or Caucasian employees. There is a lack of a diverse presence within the staff. The security guard is NEVER on post and when he is I've personally seen him let troublesome visitors in without checking identification. The grounds are not safe and unstable. The back gate is not secure and anyone from the street can walk in through the back gate. The guard is never in his Designated area. Gina the office manager is never in her office, never present, never on her job. She always gives residents a condescending look making the residents uncomfortable to walk in the leasing office and ask for help. The office is always locked during business hours, nobody is hardly around to assist the residents. Many of the residences are breaking their lease to leave because of the unfair treatment. They only hire Spanish workers who do not speak English and the Spanish workers do not speak to the residents at all. The entire office is untrained. They're all about making the sell. They sell the property and do not treat the residents right. They never response to repairs or emails in a timely manner. We reported mold in our bathroom and they sent a repair man out to paint over the mold. They never cleaned it or fixed it, they hide it by painting. There is mold everywhere. All the residents are complaining and greystone property management refuses to hire a new staff or take the concerns seriously. This place needs a class action lawsuit. The retention is low and the turn over is high and it's because of that leasing office and it's unprofessionalism. I've seen the same face under every review lie and say "thanks for your review we're working on it" but they never work on it, it's just to save face for a good online yelp review. It's no good! Do not move in these apartments it's literally not good for your health. No need to response and say "thanks for your review" because your corporate office staff is disingenuous and your care and concern is not real again it's just to show face online. read more
