Service and employees are nice, but I'm very disappointed with how they conduct their business especially to customers who have been loyal to them for pet products. I went into yelp to see their hours. There was a check in 20% off purchase on the app so I went to use it but they would not honor the coupon. It's ridiculous when the coupon is right there, and they made some lame excuse to not honor it. Very disappointed on how they handled it especially to a long time customer who have been using them for many years. Please remove that coupon from yelp if you will not honor it. read more

I CANNOT say enough good things about the amazing staff at this location. I have my spoiled furries food set up on their wonderful "Auto Delivery" service. It not only offers a discount, but I know my Dogs foods will be delivered to my front door. You can add any of their other vast and awesome products to your order as well. It may sound a bit silly, but I enjoy the personal notes and decorations they write on the order receipt. In addition, they always include a treat, when we bring in the order my furries get excited because they've learned there is a treat for them, and I show them the decorations. People who don't think Dogs and other animals understand these things ate so very wrong, and I feel sorry for them. I appreciate the "extra" that the fabulous employees of Hollywood Feed always provides. They've given me impeccable advice about food, treats and toys, and my furries are groomed at another local Hollywood Feed. If you haven't checked out a Hollywood Feed, please do so. I've been going to this one for just over a year now. The staff is knowledgeable, and someone offers assistance every visit. They show genuine concern and interest, as most (if not all of them) are pet owners themselves. They always offer to help you carry your purchases to the car if your hands are full. Hollywood Feed is the place for all your pet's nutritional and holistic food needs. Whether you're new to organic, high-end pet cuisine and treats--or you've been shopping with your loved ones longevity in mind for years, Hollywood's staff can answer any of your questions. The location in Coppell is much more spread out than some of the others--especially the Downtown Knight St. location. That one is long, narrow and cramped. Also, the parking plain sucks there too. Coppell has a full parking center lot, so no worries there. Upon entering, you'll discover a litany of raw hide bones and treats--then ensues the aisles of vitamins, dry food, wet food, accessories and more. They have everything you could need for your pet in a small personal store setting. I like going here way better than other major retail pet stores. The diversity of their items for dogs beats anywhere else I've ever been. They always have the cutest toys that are super durable for my roommates dog. They have these vegetable based dental chews that my chihuahua that has food allergies can have. I haven't been able to find anything like those anywhere else, and they're a good price too. They do have some items for cats and other creatures, but I really wish they would carry frozen mice for my snake. Their stores have just a few employees who really get to know you and your fur babies and are great at suggesting items that fit your lifestyles/needs. I recommend this store to all my friends and to clients asking about good pet stores. Hollywood Feed really is a different breed. read more

I have to say this is the best place ever! Since finding out about Hollywood Feed I haven't went anywhere else for my dogs' food..I have two Rotties and they love any type of food/toys I get from Hollywood Feed. Some of the best products by far. Everybody is so knowledgeable and has great customer service. They're usually always having some type of sale and I love that. I remember about 2 month right before a sale ended on the old brand I was buying, I pretty much got 4 bags of food for the price of 1 due to the sale&rewards they give after each purchase!! I didn't have to buy food for almost a whole month and when I needed to switch they were very helpful with picking a new brand and my dogs love it!! I love Hollywood Feed. We usually go to the one in Plano, but this is near work. When I adopted a dog, I stopped by here to pick up all my doggie needs, from a bed to leash to food to treats - the works. Staff was very patient with me, working through what I needed. My adopted dog has food allergies, so we had to navigate that. I docked one star for this location because I found later the treats she recommended contained chicken, which I told the girl our dog was likely allergic to (and is). Also, she failed to tell me about the frequent food program, which I learned about when I went to the Plano location. (The food program is a card that gets stamped with the brand and size food you buy, when you buy I think 12, you get a free bag of whatever size/brand you bought most.) As for Hollywood Feed in general, we don't shop anywhere else if I can help it! Their items are made in the US, high quality, and their no-questions-asked return policy makes it well worth it. read more

The staff is friendly an knowledgeable. They have a good selection of products which appear to be good quality. The food is extraordinarily expensive, but they claim the quality makes it worthwhile. I guess it depends into how much you buy into the whole "organic" thing, especially for your pet. If you do buy into it and want to spend the cash, this is a good place to do it. read more

Glad to find a location that opened close to my work, so I can pick up pet food and supplies on my way home. I much prefer the floorplan of this location to the one in Little Elm and Flower Mound-- feels spacious and oriented on the wide horizontal. I do think there's a smidge more elbow room on the aisles and less of a bottleneck at the front of the house compared to the other locations. As always, happy friendly staff makes a visit to Hollywood Feed worthwhile. read more
