    I would think twice about off leash. Their integrity is non existent. They bate and switched…read moretraining on me the day of drop off. I was told narcotics scent training was available but at drop off it was changed to birch wood. Then I have a dog with special needs as he will not eat away from home. I had to BEG for photos and updates knowing my dog wasn't eating for a week. Then they pass the SAME PHOTO and even sent me a screen shot of the edited time stamp to prove that they it wasn't edited. Guess they didn't look hard enough because the date the photo was really taken was on their screen shot. Attached are pics of the two weight pictures (drop off and pick up), a screen shot of the text message exchange and a close up showing the actual time stamp. The biggest thing is that I had a dog with special needs that was away from home not eating and I wasn't getting communication.

We live in an…read moreapartment complex with a dog park and we would take Angus to the dog park to socialize and take care of business. Our poor pupper was attacked twice by the same two dogs and it completely changed his behavior. He just lost trust in other dogs and became aggressive when he would come across another dog. We didn't know how to reverse this behavior and that's when we started researching on dog training. My fiancé found Off Leash, watched all of the videos on their training and we decided to go for their 8 week program. We started with the trainer Brandon and he was wonderful. He really took the time to let Angus get comfortable with him and showed us several commands that had us in awe. Brandon was no longer going to be available on Saturday's so we were going to be switching with Sarah. Brandon observed her for a few session and then she was solo. It was the same service all across the board. The last 2 or 3 sessions, we went to dog parks but just to walk around them, allowing Angus to get familiar with being around other dogs, and how to control his behavior. This has honestly made a HUGE difference with our pupper! The training doesn't stop even though we're done with the program. We're now able to walk off leash with him around the complex and he can place anywhere we point to. We still have to work on getting Angus to be more relaxed when coming in contact with other dogs but we're very confident that we have the proper tools to get him there!

We ended up hiring JP for boarding and training and I am SO glad we did. They worked to give her the foundation for training that I couldn't because of kids and busy schedules. She came home ready and eager to be a good girl. The follow up sessions were incredibly helpful and since the "homework" is practical and he explained both the how and the why, it's been simple to implement it in our everyday life. Thank you JP for taking such good care of our Millie and for giving all of us the opportunity to help her be the wonderful dog that she is.

    We had a horrific experience with JP Dog Training. Our dog came back so sick from the boarding. We…read morespent an additional $1300 at the vet upon his return after $4200 training. It took 4 weeks & 3 vet visits & month of sleepless nights to get him well again. The dog was not trained. After advising JP of what happened & sharing the vet bills he stormed into our vet & scared the office staff. Even though we had already shared the receipts. We opted out of the follow up home training given how sick or dog got & how upset we were of the condition he came back in. The only way JP would give any sort of refund even though the follow up home training was NOT complete was if we signed an NDA. I asked JP to please give us our money back for the training we didn't complete at home. No response. I asked him several times to please pay us the $600 because it was the right thing to do. Ghosted! Very disappointed. Do not recommend. I would ever never let my dog ever be boarded by this group. Huge mistake trusting this group! They promised to take good care of our beloved dog & he was clearly neglected. Do not recommend. If I could rate it a zero I would.

    The staff did not communicate with customers in a professional manner. Went the day before to…read moreensure everything was in place. Dropped the dog off and did errands. Called at the pick up time only to be told that nothing had been done. No one ever mentioned that it was required to become a member to get the grooming done. Young lady when picking up the dog was a bit arrogant and no apology for not informing us the the agreement requirement to do a simple groom. At not time has any other groomer required a document that absolved them of all issues that might occur. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE !!!

I paid for an upgraded suite and daily "pawgress reports" amongst other upgrades. They forgot the pawgress report days 1 and 2. When I reminded them I got one 5 minutes later that was thrown together and had the saddest picture of my dog ever, and which made me want to return home immediately. They then forgot the last two reports. They called me at 5 am in the time zone I was in one day to say my dog wasn't walking well. I didn't wake up until 6 am and called them back. They didn't know who said that they said, he was fine. They then called at 6 am the last day to tell me their groomer was out and so my dog wasn't going to get his groom. They knew I was upset at pick up. And yet they still sent texts and even called asking for a positive review and feedback. I had been told the Regional Manager was going to call me the day we picked up. He didn't until I called and asked he do so, again, days following. There is major communication issues between the people who work at the front desk and the ones who care for the dogs. And they both blame each other. It's ridiculously unprofessional. The regional manager assured me they would be making improvements and offered me a discount to return but we will never return, too much trust has been broken. I was going to refrain from posting a review but in the month since our visit I continue to receive calls asking when our next visit will be and texts offering discounts. Management and team members really need to get aligned here. There's some major opportunities and only a focus on boosting sales rather than offering a quality service for the pets. Yesterday we visited a new boarding and daycare program. Our experience was exceptional- they kept every promise made, I received a report and 5 pictures within several hours (at no extra cost) and the rate for attending was 40 percent less than Pet Suites. I'd encourage anyone looking for pet care to explore any and all other options.
