Soooo GIRRRRLLLLAAA....it's literally been 6 years since I came here (I wrote a review SIX YEARS AGO, with a 1 star and I'm back with ANOTHER ZERO STAR IF I COULD). DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!!! I ONLY came in because my daughter needed her nails done last minute and we were just desperate for something quick and close. My daughter came back out to the car and said the lady was inexplicably rude to her just for asking did she any openings and said she didn't get a clear response SOOO mama bear went in to try to ask calmly if there were any openings.. CHILLEEE before I could even get my question out Julie cut me off and RUDELY said IM BUSY. (Clinch my pearls) I asked "are you ok? Horrible customer service! Do not go here! I had my nails done on 4/30/2023 and they were clearly not done right with acrylic not reaching my cuticles and you can see my natural nail at the base but the only option they gave me to fix them was to file them more. The next day they already looked two weeks old! I'm back on 5/3/2023 They are clearly lifting up to half way up my nail and they are telling me it's because of washing my hands and the only thing they will do is put glue under it. Crazy! I have never seen people that care less. I would give zero stars if I could!!!! Time and money wasted smh read more

I am only giving them 2 stars because the lady that do eyebrows always gets me right. I got a gel pedicure Tuesday and it is now Thursday. I can't remember the guy who did it but I thought he was doing a regular nail clip but my feet was hurting the day after. The way this man clipped my nail bed wrong and exposed my skin. My toes still hurt and I won't be returning. I will probably have to wait until my nails grow back properly to get them done again. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. Rude and dirty. Refused to do my nails with 18 minutes until closing. Eddie removed the tips another male technician applied and he did wrong. I told him I wanted natural nail tips he did coffin. I requested they remove and fix. They refused to do a full set because I would not let the cut the shape they wanted. Horrible service. To start, I am a long time (years) regular customer at this nail salon. I called prior to going as I live 40 mins away. I was told to be there by 5pm. I arrived at 4:50pm. I waited for an hour and ten mins before the owner, (Tom) told me he didn't have anyone to do my nails and then told me to come back tomorrow, Monday or Tuesday.. He was very rude and unprofessional and proceeded to walk away, To make matters worse, they took three people in front of me who arrived after me. There was no apology or anything!! Customer Service was piss poor!! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS NAIL SALON!!! If I could give them zero stars, I would!!! So sad!! read more

Don't go!! oct 14 walked into the nail shop everyone is lounging, sleep, or watching tv. me and my cousin were bridesmaids in a wedding and needed are nails done the same color. first i got a full set the man was very rude and i got a bad vibe that made me want to leave but i stayed because one i had a day til the wedding and it was friday so by time i would've left other places would be booked up. so i continued he did my nails crooked and i had to tell him to do it again because of it. he yanks the nail right off not gently or anything as if no glue was applied hurt so bad. then proceeds to argue about how long i wanted my nails and kept hitting my fingers telling me to relax but his drilling of nails was painful and on the skin most of the time. he tried to fix his crooked mistakes with drilling and filing which still i had to give direction. ( i have had my nails done too many times not to know how they do nails) finally finished all that error construction he sees other customers yells for me to pick a color in which i already said i wanted the same color as my cousin but he wasn't having it. he passed me off to this older lady who paints nails really good so didn't understand why she didn't do my nails from the beginning. i should've went to my normal nail salon but thought this was convenient to where i was headed. Quiet, clean and timely! I walked in around 4 pm today and was out by 5 - my services were a polish change on my toes, removing gel polish from my fingers, and getting a gel manicure. I was helped immediately, and only paid $32 total. My technician (didn't catch her name) was nice. She wasn't perfect but she did a better job on my gel manicure than the last shop I went to. I had to remind her a few times to make sure all the previous polish was removed or to clean up my nail beds a bit before putting me under the UV lamp. She always smiled and said thank you each time, then proceeded to correct the mistake. I wish they would have allowed me to tip her on my card. I hardly ever carry cash. Everyone was friendly. I can see myself going back, especially because it's a 3 minute drive from home. read more

The place didn't look very clean, and they only had 3 people working, given that it was a slow day. My refill was done within 20 minutes if... I appreciated the quick service since I was in a hurry to go back to my office (however they didn't know this). The attention to detail was really poor. The paint job wasn't done well and they even left a piece of nail polish brush hair stuck in one of my nails. The price was the same as other nail salons. Not sure if I would come back. read more

Honestly this experience was a messsss, I came in asking for a simple design that was easy to execute (an ombré full set) the nail tech LISA wasn't equipped w/ the skillset to perform this design so we negotiated on something different, I asked for different acrylic powder an she kept recommending me gel nails but THAT WASN'T WHAT I ASKED FOR, basically they have very unprofessional people working in their nail salon.
