Basic pedicure is less than standard. They charge $3 to use a credit card, that makes no sense in todays world. I go if I'm out of time but this is my third time with poor quality of service. This is my second time being here and this has been my favorite time! The first my dip powder cracked within 3 days. But this time even the design and the amount of times it was dipped was perfect. Love that they're honest if they can or can not complete a design and are very kind! Love that their hours are also late. Definitely recommend. read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They are by far the worst nail Solon ever. I went in asked for a filling. I sat down to do the filling I asked her to cut down my nails because its hard to work with them. She told me she will file them because its an extra 2$. I said ok fine. Anyways she began to put the acrylic on she missed the corners of my nails. I told her she caught an attitude then she had the audacity to tell me "that's ok, that's how it looks" this is not my first filling I know how it's suppose to look. Then I asked her for the color closer to the gel color I liked. She pushed my hands and said you go look. What kind of a nail technician does that? I walked out with my nails "filled". I hate to leave 2 stars because I really like the workers here but ... I stopped going when my cuticles got all messed up . The cut them so badly that now my cuticles look horrible . To top it off .. They aren't very sanitary . One time during my manicure they went to cut my cuticles with some leftover skin from someone else's prior manicure still on the tool! I was so grossed out . I had acrylic fill with gel color. $15 for fill, $3 to cut snails short, $10 for gel color & top coat. Then I moved to have a simple pedicure with Jeff. I needed my toe nails to grow a little more before splurging on the spa-pedicure. $15 for pedicure/color change, Jeff was fantastic. Toes look great and he gave me a quick rub on my shoulders at the end. I wanted to take him home with me for more Hahaha!! Air conditioned and comfortable place. Maybe some people go in with a bad attitude therefore u get attitude back! I also meet family members of the owner and they have only been pleasant and my nails look fabulous! I went there first thing in the morning so I didn't have to wait, I was the first one. I was not paying to much attention but I heard water running and the man was in one of the pedicure basins, his back was to me. I assumed he was cleaning them. The girls began working on me goes when I then realize he had been washing the towels they use to dry your feet in the basin. Since she was almost done when it came time to dry my feet i asked for paper towels. When she was done she removed her gloves and placed them in her apron pocket. She helped me to the dryer. For some reason I watched her and when the next customer came she removed the gloves from her pocket that she used on me and proceed to use them on her. You will never see me there again!! I went in for a fill in and a pedicure and the edges of my nails look like they been on for 2 weeks and they've only been on for two days. I also asked the guy to file my toenails and it was a big problem then when I went to pay she tried to charge me an extra nine dollars. Bad service and a terrible job. I will definitely not be returning to Hollywood Nails. After getting gel manicures here for several months, I developed a fungus underneath my fingernails. I've been getting acrylic, gel, and fill ins for years and nothing like this has ever happened to me. The owner told me it should heal within two weeks but it's a month later and I still have the fungus and will have to see a dermatologist. My nails chipped the next day, most likely because the nail polish was dry and she added a liquid called thinner to it. Also, the lady didn't file my nails correctly. The spa pedicure was ok because she puts a hot&cold green cream on your lower legs then wraps it a few minutes later she puts scrub and gives you a massage. To remove the dead skin from my heel she used a pink thing that had blades in it, she didn't even clean it before using it on me the blade still had someone else's dead skin. When I tried to tell her to clean it she pretended like she didn't know what I was saying and went ahead and used it on me anyway. Very dissatisfied with my experience in this salon read more
