This place is okay. I thought it would be a good idea to support a place in the neighborhood where I live. My pedicure was fine. After I left I took a closer look at my toe nails and they were cut improperly. Toe-nails should be cut straight across, not rounded. Now I have to watch my toe nail growth to be sure they do not become ingrown. So, make sure you communicate with whom ever does your pedicure here...so you do not end up with in-grown toe nails. read more

But I hadn't gotten my nails done in over 6 month but back in April my sister-in-law convinced me to get my nails done again while visiting her in Vegas. Let's just say I paid too much for such a mediocre job. One of the nails straight popped off, another one cracked badly, and the shape was terrible. This place pretty great for several reasons: 1. Polish lasts forever. My gel has been on there for 4+ weeks w/ no chipping. I had to cut my nails but it still stayed on after that. 2. They don't ask me to get services I didn't ask for. If I ask for regular polish they don't try to get me to do gel. 3. I've had Ann and Lynn, both do a good job. I've had another older lady, but cannot remember her name. They even gave me advice to put Vaseline on my cuticles at night so I get smooth skin around my nails. They do tend to get very busy, especially on weekends, so there will be some waiting, but that's fine with me. Since I live close I just drop by sometimes. One time I came 30 minutes to closing and they turned me away. That's actually good b/c you don't want someone to rush through, just come earlier and give yourself some time to wait a bit. read more

Hate to rate these guys so low, they were very sweet but the quality of the service was not good. The place is very clean and relaxed, the ladies are very sweet, I got a basic mani pedi for 45 dollars. The lady that did my feet gave an awesome leg massage but I still had callus all over my Feet when she was done, she didn't try to remove what I had just did a basic scrub over and didn't smooth it so it looked like my foot was peeling after. The lady that did my mani was very quick and still left a ton of cuticle, did not do a good job at all and was very rushed. The manicure itself was not well done. The sides of my nails weren't painted and same for my toes. The polish that was on my skin was also left and not removed. read more

I don't understand how this place has so many good reviews. I came in to get my nails done because I'm getting married in two days. I asked for white nails with an accent nail on each hand. First of all the colour they put in my nails is off-white. They jacked a couple nails as well. So disappointing. I paid $28 for a pedicure that was super fast I barely warmed up the chair (~30mins). To top it all off I think it was the owner that did my nails. -every 5 mins someone would call so she'd have to stop and answer the calls (fine, I understand, do your business) -there were 2 other ladies that was getting pedicures that started 10 mins before me and I still finished before they did (not cool) -she barely cleaned my nails. The tools touched my toe for a second and she would move on to the next toe. (What am I paying for... a psuedo-pedicure?) -she barely filed my toes, 1 big toe nail is a square and the other big toe nail more curved. (My toes could have been identical twins, now their strangers) -I would have done a better job at home painting my nails, as she did mine for less that a minute! I did not come here so you could fake massage my legs. I wish you focused on my toes. (Fool me, once shame on me) -another client came in so the minute she finished my last toe and closed the nail polish.. I immediately got kicked off the chair and had me move on to the chairs to dry my toes. I had my nails done a week and a half ago. They were clean and so thorough about assuring safety and following Covid guidelines. Cindy checked my temperature upon entry, asked me to wash my hands. There is plexiglass between the client and tech, they clean EVERYTHING after use and disinfect more than sufficiently. I hope they are open, they are by far the cleanest, most safe place I've been while attempting to enjoy being out and about and resuming some normalcy. Don't come to this place expecting to have your gel nails done nicely nor the workers being able to do simple designs. The sparkle ombré I asked for on my nails is chunky and lumpy, and the base color is messily painted on. The woman who did my nails did not even take the time to fix it. In turn, I was blamed for the chunky glitters bc I "moved my hand too much"...she also seemed rushed to get my nails done. I came here because it was recommended by several people that I had met since moving to the area. While they all said Cindy was the best, I ended up doing a walk-in and got a younger lady - Cindy was with another client behind me. The place overall looked nice and it was really busy, even at 1:30pm on a Tuesday, so that made me feel confident that it was a reliable nail salon. When I sat down, I asked if the nail tech knew how to do an french ombre (pink/nude and white) fill. I told her it was okay if she didn't and I could just pick a different color - I was just curious since most places I've been to don't do it. She assured me she knew how. When I sat down, she did the fill as usual, but you could see the harsh line underneath. I've had my acrylics for over a year, so I figured it was because my powder was old and therefore, resulted in discoloration; however, I just got my nails done last week (first time since Hollywood) and all the lines are gone. So it seems that the nail tech here just rushed right through it. Normally, getting my nails done takes about an hour, but I was done within 30-45 minutes. Also, my "ombre" looked like I had painted my nails pink and then dipped each finger into white paint. There was a visible, harsh, uneven line (lots of ups and downs within the line) that separated the pink from white. Furthermore, since she did the white over the pink, my nails were very bulbous towards the tips from the excess powder. I normally get my nails done every 2-3 weeks, sometimes I can even squeeze 4 weeks out of them. These nails lasted 1 week before lifting and shortly after, the top coat peeled off. The sugar on top was that it costed over $40 for these puppies. Definitely not worth it. Gave 3 stars because I've only been here once - maybe it was just an off-day or a bad tech? read more

I have came here off and on for the past two years. A) it's hit and miss on a really good nail tech B) customer service is the same depends on the tech or service for that matter. I come here when in a pinch to make sure I can last another week or if I need a fix ( rarely happens). Like today I called to see if they could fit me in for two nails I broke while on vacation. She said yes come on in. I did not get my last fill from them and it was a straight talk crap on the last place that did them... I personally don't find business trash talking very nice. I asked for one or two simple designs which I thought were simple to be told " no, the nail to short" I didn't know that having a glitter tip wouldn't work on my almost medium length nails. Nor would a slight glitter brush over be a issue but it was. She asked what else I wanted and I stated snitching else and thank you I'll keep them plain. Service wasn't bad jus didn't like the trash talking and no on a design when I've had elaborate designs from them before. Eh I'll be back the fills hold up pretty good. read more

I am debating with myself as I write this review. 1) I had a bad nail tech. Let's just say she rushed my manicure and it came out horrible, I'll give the place credit for TRYING to FIX it but as a result of that my nails are super thick cuz there is at least 5 layers of gel polish. 2) I find it rude and unprofessional that you answer your phone while you're with a customer. (The tech who actually took her time with my bestie and did a good job)! 3) I felt like they weren't advertising their gel selection and I had to asked for it to be brought to me. The first color I picked they didn't have a matching color for my toes...I was told they could match something similar to it. THIS is when I was actually able to look at more colors BUT still didn't get the matching I wanted with my second pick where it was supposedly a matching one. I got a similar color. 4) My pedicure was mediocre, I had better. The tech was more interested in The soccer game on TV! He half assed my pedicure. (Credit for doing a good job painting my toes, takeaway that credit for me having to asked again to have my one toe nail cut shorter)! The TV got more attention then I did! I wasn't given an option on what kind of pedicure I wanted, it was assumed I wanted the mani/pedi deal for $50! Needless to say this is my first and last time here. I will spend my money elsewhere.
