Great service! Went here to get the builder gel manicure and the lady did a great job!

I was a walk-in to get my eyebrows and upper lip waxed. Everyone greeted me with a smile and was so nice. So I haven't touched my eyebrows in over a year. I let them grow out and my upper lip so I was really trusting whoever did my waxing to not mess up my eyebrows. Kimberly was the one that did the waxing of my eyebrows in my upper lip and she did absolutely phenomenal. She did an incredible job. I could not stop smiling I was so happy and not only did she do an incredible job, but she was very fast with it too. And not too fast where I felt like she was rushing, but she's just a professional. I could tell she really knew what she was doing, and it didn't hurt at all. That was my biggest concern was that it was gonna hurt and it didn't hurt at all.! I can't wait to go back in and get a manicure and pedicure done!! The customer service was just incredible. I remember last year I came here because I had a broken nail from somewhere else and it was so painful and I couldn't take it off myself, and they literally greeted me with open arms and took the nail off for me a free of charge. So overall, I continue to have a great experience with everyone that works here and I would recommend this place to everybody. Very good vibes. 10/10 read more

What can I say. I love this place. I've been going here for the pass 10 yrs are so. I normally go for the best pedicure in town by Kim. She does an amazing job with shape, color, and ingrown toe nails if i have any. By the end of the pedicure she always get me feeling relax. Then recently I found out that Kimberly took over the business from her sister kathy, and have brought in many upgrades. New pedicure options. Me and hubby always get the cbd one now. Kimberly also does the best nails. Recently checked out her work and decided to let her do her magic. Girl, let me tell you. The best hands down, and the prices are decent for what I get. Kimberly would do my full set, and every so often have Linda (not me of course. Lol) help with free hand designs. If you are close by check them out and give them a review. There are a few caveats to my review, so I'll start there... First, I recognize that I might be treated differently than someone else for a variety of reasons, so someone's experience of someone being rude shouldn't be discounted because it's different from my experience. That said, I think about 90% of one-star reviews are basically emotionally charged BS -- angry, entitled, dismissive. (And I only believe about 50% of 5-star reviews for inverse reasons). With that in mind, stepping down from my cyber soapbox, let the reviewing commence: I came here 1) because all other attempts failed (so many places didn't even exist anymore!) and 2) because of a score composed almost exclusively of few one-star reviews. The staff was adequate, really pretty consistent with other places I've been in the area. I was well tended and I'm happy with my nails. I just do gel nails, so nothing fancy, but they easily accommodated my color request and were flexible when I needed to make a call. The interior is nothing fancy or flashy, but they have multiple COVID protection measures in place and everyone was masked. It also seems like they have at least some amount of established, returning clientele. I'll update at some point, but I plan to go back to at least support a local business who seems to be doing the job I want well enough. read more

Waited almost 30 minutes even though I had appointment. When I left I thought my fill and pedi were good but once I got home and scrutinized I noticed tons of issues. My nail art on big toes the angles of it didn't match. On fingers the paint was done sloppily so that the paint didn't go down to cuticles and the three coats were not all right on top of each other. One nail was lumpy/bumpy. There was polish on the skin of a few fingers. One nail had bubbles in polish. Also I think they lied and said for rhinestone nail art that I had to have gel polish or it wouldn't stay on. I asked for partial refund and wanted to call in with credit card number but they said I had to come in. Kim did fill and all nail art. read more

Omg - don't come. Had an appointment for 4 mani n pedi.. My friends were here and I was about 10 mins late with my mom. These ladies started yelling and telling us to hurry up they have other appointments. Told me to pick a color and told me to hurry up and get in the seat. I couldn't even pick my color and seriously felt it's was so hostile. I told the lady can they calm down because they were very hostile and screaming. Environment was not calm or relaxing. It is a recommended nail salon...:) I'm from San Diego, CA. I only go to nail salon with good recommendations. I stopped by this nail during my Xmas break visiting my relatives. I heard worth-of-mouth from my relatives that Kim takes good care of your pedi & mani. And she actually blows your mind of how smooth your feet will be afterward. She gives you a foot massage too. You'll know your money is worth it. I really like service here. I also got my eyebrowns waxed from Fancy. It's $5 only. Everything is so cheap up here compares to SouthCal. The nail techs are rude. The first time I brushed it off because they were extremely busy. The second time I went in and told them what I wanted. I spent 2 hours there getting my nails/feet done. Went here with my wife, who is a regular with her mom, on Saturday. This place usually made me feel uncomfortable cause I felt there never was reason to be there, but alas I stand corrected. I've had a long struggle with properly clipping my toes nails and in effort to decrease future ingrown toenails, which I never recommend and apologize for the TMI, I thought if my father would do it then so would I. So going into this venue I was relieved with the all-round service, comfy massage chair while soaking your feet. Then the nail clipping begins. Great finesse and constant care to my feet. Never hurt my feet or toes though when she scrubbed at the soles I had to bite my hand cause my feet are so damn ticklish. I hope all thoroughly delighted by the service, care, and price.
