Didn't think it was anything much different than getting my normal trim, just a lot more inches. Came in and was seen by Sally. She cut my hair with a razor and I immediately noticed that she had cut my hair much shorter than I wanted. On top of that my hair was uneven and choppy. I wanted one length but ended up with an A frame cut because I didn't want her to cut anymore off. She ended up not charging me because she felt bad and offered to fix it when it grew back in 2 months. While I appreciate the gesture, I think it's safe to say I won't be coming back.

The French tips are also poorly painted, the tips are uneven, and depending on the lighting you can see smears of white everywhere in her attempt to fix it without wiping it off complete and re-doing it. The shaping is also uneven. To top it off-- the nails are already budging at the cuticle, I'm sure these will fall off before a week. Lastly, I understand that the economy sucks and it's hard for small businesses. I don't appreciate the attempt to do a manicure and pedicure at the same time. The twisting and turning is uncomfortable, it's not relaxing, and you feel rushed.
