They added a touch of teriyaki sauce between the rice and spam, which I'm usually not a fan of, but it actually worked really well here. The salty, grilled spam still shone through. The spot itself is a classic Hawaiian BBQ cafe--simple, no-frills, with a mix of sit-down tables and to-go boxes flying out the door.
