I do not recommend both of their offices they are not organized and not professional, their staff do not share or keep records of the patients, they keep you waiting in the middle of treatments because something they are missing which is very inconvenient they are unsure of what they are doing when treating you, and hard to understand when they explain something because of the language, these offices need a lot of improvement when giving services. read more

Holt Dental Center has been my primary dentistry ever since I was a child. Dr. Ho is an amazing dentist who is constantly learning new ways to promote healthy oral health for every family. I do not recommend this dentist. Been going for years. Mostly for root canal treatment. They left me with infections on all my root canals. I have an abscess on one. Im in so much pain I had made an emergency appointment at another dentist to have them fix their problems. By far one of the worst dental offices. Long story short, the dentist refused to put on my sons braces twice. Yes you read that right, she's not even an orthodontist. The first time, the office wanted me to sign papers I already had signed and even had proof which they didn't even want to see. They thought he was there for consultation when he has already done a consultation. The procedure set up was for a cleaning and they thought that's what he was there for. The dental assistants as well as this boot leg "dentist" kept coming back and forth asking me questions like they didn't know what they were doing and why we were there. Finally, when I asked for clarification about what was going on, the dentist said she refused to work on my son because she didn't like the fact that I was asking questions. Excuse me? I'm paying for this out of my pocket. I'm going to ask any questions I need to ask to make sure they know what they are doing because that's not what it seemed like. After refusing to work on my son I told her I felt discriminated against and would be filing a complaint. A few weeks later, the office called me apologizing for the way the dentist was acting and still wanted us as a patient. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and booked another appointment. This time, I had to take time off work to go to the 2nd appointment. When I get there they call us in to a room in the back for the dentist (not orthodontist) to start lecturing me about what happened the previous time. She told me she again refused to put the braces on my son. When I told her that I was not quite sure why they would set up another appointment for my sons braces just so the dentist can yell at me in the back refusing to do my sons braces. I am a single mom of 3 and every penny counts. The fact that I had to take time off work and have her refuse to do the braces again is ridiculous to say the least. My son was confused and didn't understand why she didn't want to put his braces on. She basically rescheduled the appointment to tell me again she would not put braces on my son. She is discriminating and I will be filing a complaint with the dental board as well as the Business Better Bureau. read more

New pt here and I was very impressed. Everyone was nice and polite and explained everything good to me. I think I found my new dentist place to go so near to me and they are even open on Sats work perfect for my crazy schedule. I read the negatives comments before coming here today and I was little scared but thank God at the end I felt confident. The doctor explained everything to me and the girls are friendly and nice. I've been taking my son here since he sprouted his first two teeth. Hes now 8 years old. The dentist and staff are great! Hes had 4 extractions of baby teeth and not once has he ever cried. This is a horrible dentist. Very unprofessional. And the people at the front desk don't even speak English and the dentist accent is so heavy you cannot understand what she's saying the dental assistant has to repeat everything to you so you understand what's going on. It's like being harassed by a used car salesman they will perform unnecessary procedures that your insurance doesn't cover to make extra money. They told me my daughter needs a root canal and referred her to a specialist the specialist said she simply needs a filling and does not need a root canal. When I bring her back to Holt Dental for a feeling they tell me that she needs another procedure and longer needs a root canal or a Feeling she needs a $1,200 procedure that my insurance does not cover. Now if any of that was true they should have originally suggested that procedure in the beginning instead of saying she needs a root canal once it was proven that she did not need the root canal she just needs a Feeling they come up with this new procedure that is completely unnecessary and want to charge me an additional $1,200 on top of what my insurance already covers. If that was true and she did me that procedure then that should have been offered to me in the very beginning when they found the problem. they told me that first you needed a root canal and then when the specialist said she needed a feeling now they're telling me she needs a special procedure which makes no sense because that procedure should have been mentioned in the very beginning not after she got sent back from The Specialist thing she doesn't need a root canal and just to do a feeling which my insurance completely covers! I called and consulted with The Specialist who said she absolutely does not need that procedure that I need to find a new dentist and all she needs is a Feeling! read more

Best dentist I've ever been to. Dr. Cecille is really sweet and when I went there she was walking through the whole process because I get anxious sometimes so I need a really knowledgable doctor. There's a lot of bilingual staff there who know different languages which is cool because it makes it easier for the older folks back home. I think there were a lot of Spanish and Vietnamese speakers going there which is pretty chill because my mom speaks Vietnamese. Anyways and overall, she has an accent but I've been going to her for the past 3 years and I don't think anyone knows their stuff better than her.
