Owner is super sweet and always interacts with customers! Boba is super soft and not hard.... I always get the Thai Tea with boba and no ice. So I can't say much about their other drinks. But if there other drinks taste as good as the Thai tea you won't be disappointed. read more

I come here at least once every time I visit the parents for a weekend. It's definitely the best place for boba in Temecula! The owners are so nice and are always there to greet you when you come in. I'd recommend any of the snow drinks; they're blended very smoothly and are not icy or chunky at all. My favorites are the cappuccino snow and the classic iced milk tea with boba. The only downside is it takes a while for your order to be made so don't plan to come in if you're in a hurry and need a quick drink. That being said, with the quality that the drinks are made, the wait is worth it and it's also great to support a local business. I'm definitely a loyal customer! read more

Glad there's finally a great boba joint in Temecula so I don't have to drive to San Diego or up north to get my milk tea fix. I've had their Thai tea, milk tea, and Chamango and they were all yummy. The boba was soft and wasn't overcooked which was a plus for me. I did have to wait a while just for my Thai tea, but I didn't mind. The owners are really nice as well. read more

Chill Zone has many areas where they need to make some improvements. As more Boba places continue to open they will get left in the dust if they do not make some major changes. First, is service times. If you look at many of the low star grades, it has to do with service time. Reth, the real owner makes the majority of the drinks. BY HERSELF. This is the rub, she is really talented at making drinks. But this slows down production. Her employees do not make them with the expertise she has. NO CONSISTENCY. So SHE makes the majority of the drinks. Train the staff better so you can use more than 1 or 2 blenders at a time to increase service times. Secondly, Chill Zone uses many "powders" with her drinks and in this reviewers opinion she needs to integrate more "wait for it" FRESH products like Triple Beverage down the street off Ynez does. Third, the menu board is all over the place. Not well thought out for customers to order from. Re-do it, visit some of your competition to be more effective. In closing, this is a "mom" and no "pop" business. The owners husband has little to offer and needs to stay with his regular day job. When Chill Zone does respond to a "negative" review it's the owners husband who responds. It reads that it's always SOME ONE ELSE's FAULT! And by the way, when there is a response he uses a "ficticous" name to respond, why? I I'm sure he'll respond (I mean, she'll respond )in his usual way. Good luck to you all. read more

This place has amazing boba drinks which is the only reason why I put up with the horrible service. There are two people taking orders and making drinks when there's a huge line so it takes forever, once I waited a half hour for a regular size boba snow but it was super tasty but you can't be in a rush and be patient. read more

Boba!!!! SCORE! After having lived in this bedroom community for almost four years now, I've come to the acceptance that there are some things I would never see get adopted in this area- Cantonese restaurants with authentic dim sum and decent boba. Imagine my surprise, which then led to doubt, then trepidation in finding this place... And then seeing it had great reviews. Sorry my peeps in Temecula/ Murrieta, I love you but I sincerely think that you guys don't know good, authentic Asian food. So I have had to learn the hard way, through trial and major error, that I can't trust all reviews of Asian food in this area. :( Anyhow, scored a boba milk tea that tasted JUST as good as I remember it being up in LA!!! Happy dance of joy :) I've strayed a bit and ordered a Cafe Sua Da (Vietnamese iced coffee) and wasn't too happy with it, and found unless I specifically say NO BOBA for my kids' yogurt snow, they just add it automatically by default. But the fact that I can get my regular boba milk tea, or even a taro slush and lychee too!!!! Oh, I'm in heaven and thankful! read more

cute little place run by a very nice, charming couple. took a little while to order and receive but i personally do not mind at all, temperance is a virtue i love to practice. their thai tea was delicious and their BOBA!!!!! oh my goodness!!!! i have been to practically every boba place from wildomar across temecula and chill zone's boba was by FAR the best tasting and such an amazing texture. with most places i feel like i can have some boba but get sick if it by the end of my drink, and there's just this layer of balls at the bottom by the time i'm done. however, i genuinely enjoyed eating all of the boba from here because of how good it was! read more

I love their honeydew milk tea, and they are usually reasonably quick, but I've been waiting for over 30 minutes because they straight up forgot my order and sounds like they lost track of a bunch of others, which is really irritating. I wish I could leave at this point, honestly, but I already paid for my drink! I would give them five stars for the taste of their drinks, but the amount of time waiting is insane. read more

AMAZING PLACE!!! Favorite place by far! Always have to go here when I'm in the area. It takes a while for them to make the drinks but the wait is worth it! The boba in excellent and the drinks are amazing. The Hawaiian sunset (I think it's called that) is a favorite and their milk tea smoothie is the best I've ever had. Definitely recommend to anyone who's close by and would like a smoothie or a boba drink. I don't their the mango and chile combo but both of my friends are obsessed with their chamango. read more

Chill zones boba is pretty good. Of course I like getting my boba from San Diego, but if I'm really craving, I come here. Their boba is soft and chewy, Fresh! Most of their drinks are powdered based, so that's why I gave it 4 stars. Wish they could add real fruit to some of the drinks. I love this place! I am the ultimate boba queen and I'm really picky about my boba from the drink itself to the price. Their prices are great and the quality is even better. I hope they don't raise the prices anytime. Their boba is perfect it's not too hard and not too chewy. I love getting the thai teas with mini boba they're the best. Thank you for putting a great amount of boba in my drinks, that's also what I love about this place they aren't stingy with the boba balls. The customer service is so friendly. The owners are always helpful and if you want something changed they gladly will. And I love how they have punch cards so that you can get an 11th drink free. I'm already on my second card. I just wish they would make a chill zone closer to the Pechanga area because I have to drive all the way from there just to get boba when I get a craving, other than that it's amazing and I highly recommend anybody to go here to get boba (which by the way all my friends LOVE this place thanks to me) read more
