Huge fan of this place in the middle of the French Market with a huge menu. The crepes are made from real ingredients (and actual butter) and they are crazy good. We had the breakfast crepe and the caprese. So delicious. The handheld packaging made it easy to eat without dribbling. The staff is very friendly and helpful on choosing selections too.

Amazing experience they were so delicious had to give them a highly recommended review!

The crepes were just the right thickness--not too thin or too heavy. It had a nice balance of savory and sweet with the powdered sugar on top. The wait was a little long, but the crepe itself was pretty good. The ambience is lively and bustling, with an open market-style setup and a steady crowd. It has a casual, industrial vibe with high ceilings and different food stalls all around, making it a fun spot to walk through and try different things. It can get a bit busy, but that adds to the overall energetic and local feel of the place.

4.5 stars. Great vendor in the French Market. Highly recommended. The crepe is freshly make. We got the La Presto. The crepe is tasty. The ingredients and sauce is good. The handheld makes it easy to eat. Overall is great street food. Price is reasonable.

The crepes are fantastic ! There will be a little wait most of the time just know this. I really wished it would open earlier ( the whole french market in general) I made a special trip to the Market just to try them. My son got the S'more's and My husband got the Full Monte. Will I eat here again? Most certainly/Without a doubt. My family loves crepes!! Best tip : I can give is try to get there when they open but still if you don't have a hotel close by the time you get there there might b a line. It's a popular place and for good reason.

Literally, one of the only gluten-free and dairy free spots in all of New Orleans. Who knew they had dairy free Nutella?!? Made my whole trip!

I can't recall what I ordered but it was soooo good!! (Spinach and cheese)

Food stall in the French Market! Popular place and we waited a bit for food to be ready. Hard to find seating. Very filling - we ordered savory crepes and wish we had had room to try a dessert crepe! Definitely recommend!!

Holy crepes! This is the best crepe ever! If you ever have the chance to stop by the French market, don't forget to give this place a try. I got their le pesto crepe, and it was very flavorful with juicy tomatoes. It took around 6 minutes to get my order, but it was worth the wait!

Remainder of a crepe in a custom wrapper.

I'm the French Market, the stand serves a large variety of savory and sweet crepes (regular and gluten-free) that were perfect for breakfast. They come in a handy paper wrapper making them easy to eat. We dug in quickly so most of the crepe is gone in the photo! There is seating directly across from it.

5 diff crepes we ordered - All amazing

Misho was AMAZING! He went above and beyond in ensuring our NOLA crepe experience was delightful! Our crepes were ready in 5 minutes and tasted heavenly...highly recommend!

I love Holy Crepes! Such a great option when you're down in the French market and need a snack. They have lots of options both savory and sweet so something will fit your tastes. Bonus: all of their crepes can be made gluten free! Yay!

These crepes are INCREDIBLE. I ordered a GF Orleans and asked to remove bananas and add Nutella. I think there was a bit of miscommunication since they handed me a GF crepe with strawberries AND bananas AND Nutella but no whipped cream and powdered sugar (LOL). Easy enough to fix, I just kept the bananas and had her add the other stuff. I felt bad making her make me a whole new one, no point in wasting food. Honestly the banana wasn't a big deal and I basically inhaled the thing. Everything was delicious, so fresh, sweet yet balanced. The GF crepe itself was crispy and had a great texture. I also got a basil lemonade and the basil flavor is definitely the star. We did notice as we were putting in our order that the display had an extra crepe and drink that wasn't ours so just something to keep an eye on in case of erroneous entries. There were a lot of orders so we did have to wait a little bit and seating was at a premium but hands down this place is soooooo good.

While touring the French Market my wife had to have a Crepe. We rarely miss a crepe stand, so stopping here was a given. Truth be told, they make a good crepe. My only complaint is that they are super messy with how they serve them, but delicious. I had no issue with our stop here, I don't think you will either. #ENJOY

    Is proof of vaccine required?

I don't think so because this stand is out doors. I don't think they check vaccinations when you go into the market.

Is this location still open during Covid? I believe I walked by yesterday morning, Thursday 12/3, around 10am and many of the shops/stalls were closed or barely opening and the hours here say they open at 8am :(

They are open during covid. I believe most stalls open around 10 am. Reduced Covid days are Wednesday thru Sunday.

I thought we were going to another place when one of my guests suggested Thaihey across the street from the fire station on Decatur. Yes, sure. It's a typical Quarter restaurant with its long gallery seating. We were seated right away. The menu appeared to be heavily vegetarian which was great for my two friends. Many will understand the limited menu options for vegetarians at most places. Wes ordered Tom Kai, Becky the Massaman Jackfruit option and I the one with short rib. It was delicious. It was warm and comforting, full of flavor and the chef made it less spicy for me. What a delight to choose a menu option that I have never had and restaurant that I have never been to. This has to be one of the best Indian restaurants in the country. As a person who has tried lots of Indian restaurants, this place stands out above all. The service is impeccable. I wouldn't expect anything less given the quality and the taste of the food coming out of that kitchen. Our servers were very proper, very respectful, very courteous, and you could tell they were very proud of the food they were serving. The space is very well decorated, not a giant restaurant. If you don't already know who they are, you honestly don't expect what you're about to taste, and you're in for a ride. Every plate had something special to it. I didn't think I could fall in love again with lamb chops, but they proved me wrong. Reminded me of the first time I ever bit a GOOD lamb chop. Though pop-up showers were still lingering, my husband and I decided to take a gamble on courtyard dining--and I am so glad we did! Sheltered under the green umbrellas surrounded by historic brick walls, lush greenery, and rain-kissed citrus trees, the atmosphere was incredibly romantic and peaceful. The courtyard's intimate layout even brought a bit of extra magic to our evening. We sat near another wonderful couple (and their adorable daughter) and became fast friends, sharing laughs and conversation throughout the night. What truly anchored the experience, though, was the incredible service. The staff was remarkably personable, helpful, and welcoming. The dinner itself was excellent from start to finish, showcasing immense culinary skill across every dish. We started with the delicious brussels sprouts and a uniquely seasoned spring/summer gumbo that was unlike any version we've had before (oh, what I would give for the recipe). As for the entrées, the shrimp and grits were phenomenal, and the blackened catfish sandwich with a fresh salad was executed flawlessly...and the bread pudding was fantastic, too! It is rare to find an experience where top-tier hospitality, a breathtaking environment, and great food come together so (seemingly) effortlessly. Café Amélie is an absolute must-visit! The host was extremely welcoming and friendly. Our server and helpers were over quickly to drop off waters and greet us. I ended up ordered the salmon. With it being so early and only one or 2 other tables besides my friend and me, the food did take longer to come out than I expected it to. Both of us did thoroughly enjoy what we got. The salmon was crispy on the outside with a nice sauce over it. We thought we'd have time to get dessert so we ordered a couple but that too took a very long time. We finally waved down our server to cancel and get the check since we had to be somewhere and he apologized and said their WiFi was going in and out so it could be that it was registering on the kitchen side. That may have explained why our entrees took too long. If it wasn't for the service and the food being great - I would not be thrilled about timing. We got there around 5:30p and had to leave by 7:15p so an almost 2 hours experience that probably could have been 1 hour.

The surcharges themselves were not the primary concern; it was the overall impression that every small request was being scrutinized instead of being handled with warmth and hospitality. The food was excellent and felt authentic from start to finish. The cocktail program was also top-tier and far better than what I've experienced at most Indian restaurants. That said, there are a few areas where I think the experience could improve. My girlfriend was trying Indian food for the first time, and we would have appreciated a bit more guidance from our server regarding the menu and spice levels, especially since she's sensitive to spice. A little direction would go a long way for first-time guests. I also noticed several walk-in parties turned away between 9:20 and 9:40 PM despite the restaurant closing at 10:00 PM. As someone who previously worked in the service industry, I understand that everyone wants to get home at the end of the night. Still, as a customer, I'd be disappointed to arrive during posted business hours and be turned away. Lastly, I felt the dessert program was a missed opportunity. The food and cocktails set such a high bar that a more robust dessert menu could really elevate the overall experience. On a positive note, I have to give a special shoutout to Satya, who was bartending and helping on the floor during our visit. He was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely enhanced our experience. Hospitality is hard to teach, and he absolutely nailed it. We'd gladly come back just to see him again.
