I don't know that I would call them holy, per se, but I would call them juicy, balanced in traditional al pastor flavor, appetizing to look at, and well-priced. It seems like most of the street tacos around Orem and Provo follow the same quasi-familiar template. Their taco al pastor was flavorful and moist and the homemade mild green salsa available at every table paired perfectly with it! Next time I go, I'll want to try the costa (like a burrito but your tortilla is cheese, it looked amazing! Holy Taco! These amigos have mastered some amazing Mexican food that is so tasty! I got the Gringa and my wife got the Costra. We enjoyed the flavors, the sauces, and the fast service. If you're looking for a sit down location, they have limited space, but the food is so good, it's worth picking up and taking home, back to the hotel or whatever. Both were excellent, but the Gringa, in particular, had an awesome flavor profile. We loved the pop of pineapple flavor throughout. Tacos speak to my soul! I love little hole in the wall places and this place did not disappoint. It's located off of the main road in a side alley strip mall. Walking in you're greeted by the simple menu in the wall and a large window to see back into the kitchen. You can see the al pastor cooking on the spit and watch as they shave it down as people order their meals. The gringa was delicious. It was a quesadilla type meal with al pastor, cooked pineapple, cheese, cilantro and onions. The al pastor was so flavorful and tender. We will definitely be back. read more

I'm so sad to write this review because we were so excited about this place and it's amazing hype. But what kind of taco place only serves pork? Some (a lot) of people don't eat pork! If they at least offered a chicken or carne asada it would be amazing but all pork all the time is no bueno. Veggie option was good...but would be better with meat. Sadly will not return until they offer more meat than Al pastor. 2.5 stars for this reason but rounded up for service. read more

This place is extremely tasty! It's a little unique that al pastor is the only meat they offer, but boy do they do it well. Tasty, flavorful meat, very generous portions for the cost, both red and green sauces are excellent, service was friendly and quick- no complaints at all. I had 2 tacos w/ cheese and 2 w/o, enjoyed both. Friends tried the gringa, which is a big flour tortilla with melted cheese and LOTS of meat. Avocado/guac is only $.50 extra and is probably enough for 2-3 tacos. Now if you're Caucasian then this place is probably a party for you. It's probably a blast of flavor for your taste buds. Again I can't say it tasted bad but it just wasn't that good. This food was overpriced for the size in my opinion. It lacked flavor. The so called "spiciest" salsa didn't have any kick to it. I guess if you have the taste buds of a small child or rarely eat Mexican food then it's for you. It is an ever so slightly above average taco al pastor. If you are not experienced in the taco world then this is the place for you since all you would order would be tacos Al pastor anyways since you wouldn't know of any of the other much better meats at real taco places.
