Set up the delivery appointment. They delivered the Mattresses today and gentlemen who came were fast and efficient! And so nice! They weren't able to take Our mattresses away per the original plan because we were their first delivery of the day so Roger helped us find an alternative solution and Edgar was quick to call the store and get us a refund on the pickup. If they are discounting now, I wondered how much they must markup their inventory. My recommendation is for this store to invest in new computerized registers. The clerks had to enter each line item by inventory number. They need scanners. Also, when the lines are that long, provide one line with 10 items or less. The customers ahead of me had about 30 items in their cart-$700 worth. I had two. It took 25 minutes to check out and pay for my frame repairs I must admit the nice clerk apologized for how long it took and told me to have a blessed day. I was cranky and her attitude did help.
