This is another establishment that has stopped serving Diet Pepsi and substituted Pepsi Zero. That's a big red flag for my wife as she dislikes any Zero product and loves her original diet soda. She ordered a blueberry pancake and a side of bacon. First off, the staff is extremely friendly and thoroughly look like they enjoy their job. I ordered the cowboy breakfast which entailed 2 biscuits covered in 2 sausage patties, hash browns, and country gravy. My wife did not like the pancake. She stated that the batter had a strange flavor and was rather dry. She also stated the blueberries were sour. My only complaint on my breakfast was the hash browns. I have only found a couple of places that cook hash browns correctly. Most establishments cook them like they do here. They don't rinse out the starch and just brown the edges and the insides are chewy and not thoroughly cooked. My biscuits were tasty and fluffy. The sausage was outstanding and flavorful. The gravy was plentiful and was wonderful. We probably won't be coming back due to the fact that the no longer serve Diet Pepsi. That one of the must haves for my wife. Again, the staff was great and they make you feel very welcome.
