Love this place! Great Pizza, the Potato Pizza is one of my favorites! If I travel downtown then I'm normally here and always stop by before or after a Mudhens game. The pizza was great. I recommend the barbeque chicken pizza. I ate a whole large by myself - it was that good. The set up is kind of weird. You walk in street level to the kitchen, but you can not order there. You have to go upstairs to the bar to order, where the bartender will enter the order in the computer system. Then the cook will bring the pizza up. However, there are tables downstairs where people can eat, so it seems odd that the cook can't take the order down there. Upstairs bar is pretty cozy though. Food was very delicious, there was a miscommunication with our order but the employees quickly and happily resolved it. The dough they use for the pizzas is delicious, it's not too soft but not too crunchy, it is amazing. Would reccomened for a fun little evening or any day carryout. This was our first visit to this establishment. We were pleasantly surprised at the great price and great food. The staff was also very friendly and promptly served our food in a more than reasonable amount of time. Being on a timed lunch hour makes it hard to go and eat and get back to work sometimes, but there was plenty of time to spare. I will be revisiting very soon! read more

This Hensville spot is a very chill place to socialize with friends and enjoy pizza and drinks. The patio has limited seating but serves as a great spot to hang out. Food is very good and they have a nice beer selection. read more

We went for the first time on a Wednesday night. We sat upstairs with our toddler and two friends. Fast service, nice environment, clean bathrooms, and trivia night! Our first visit. Friday evening and not busy, we got right in. The atmosphere was great. Our waitress Hannah was on point...perfect! We ordered hamburgers B/c that is what she suggested. We both love hamburgers! Loved that they were like char broiled! Except...ekkk..they were WAY over done kind of like bricks going down. My husband ordered medium and mine med well( I don't like red in my burger so Hannah suggested med well as each different resuturant cooks differently). Unfortunately the tater tots and pub chips were both cold also. I can say my husband enjoyed his beer choices! I'm giving 4 stars because I will probably go back and give them one more try because the waitress and atmosphere were both pleasant. read more

They do not deliver. I ate in a couple of weeks ago and thought the pizza and cheese bread was pretty good. Tonight after yelping for some delivery restaurants Home Slice Pizza popped up. I called to place a delivery order and the guy on the phone rudely told me they do not deliver and made me feel like an idiot. read more

Been coming here more often lately and pretty much all of the bartenders are really nice and the pizza is still the best thin crust pizza around. Great specials on certain nights and its always helpful to check Facebook for deals as they will post specials on there but you have to mention it. Just about any pizza is good but I have to warn you that the potato pizza is really dry and the ranch dressing they serve it with is not very good but just about anything else is great. read more

This place is hipster as F*ck but amazing at the same time! I don't know how they do it but the pizza is phenomenal and the upstairs bar constantly rotates their beers on tap so every time you go, its a new experience. Not really a kids place but I have taken kids to the pizza place downstairs but never to the bar up top. If you are in Toledo, Homeslice is a spot that you should not miss...because its very easy to miss it if you don't see the sign out front. read more

I would give it 5 stars if not for the loud hip hop playing. The new location is very close and I loved the pizza, but I have no plans to return because of the music. I am a lifelong musician and appreciate music of almost all genres but this was just horrible. Great, local pizza place. The most convenient place to grab a pizza downtown and also the best option. I suppose you could order from elsewhere, but those pizzas can be had anywhere in NW Ohio. My service last week Friday at this establishment was ABSOLUTELY horrible. I came in with my 2 kids and 3 of their friends. We placed our order and had never seen service like this. There were not enough cups for our drinks so my son used a Styrofoam cup. No big deal there, but it went all down hill. We expected the wait. That was no issue. I've never seen food served to the table and leaving the previous customers empty beer bottles & dishes still there after delivering the food. No plates were brought to us. We finally had to ask for paper plates so we could actually eat the pizza while it was hot. After waiting another 10 minutes, we asked about our second pizza and they found it sitting on top of the oven because nobody knew where it was supposed to go. Stuff happens and things get busy but not one single sorry from your team. This was my worst dining experience ever !!! read more

Wife and I stopped by here from a recommendation from a friend and had high expectation based on his review. We ordered cheesy bread for appetizer and Chicken Parmesan pizza for our main meal and I enjoyed the cheesy bread a lot. It was basically a small cheese pizza without the sauce. :p As for the pizza, it was ok. The pizza didn't have a lot of flavor and kinda have that pizza box taste like if you were to buy it from a grocery store but that could be the fact she ordered the Chicken Parmesan.
