Awesome hole in the wall!! We stopped by and grabbed a few small personal pizzas for lunch to go. They were very flavorful but my favorite was the jalapeño cheesy bread! Honorable mention, the bbq Hawaiian pizza was delicious. The staff if very friendly and welcoming. They do not offer sit down dining anymore but we didn't mind, we took our food to the park down the street and had the best picnic.

Home Slice was so good. You can either take it togo and bake at home or they bake it for you. Takeout only, no inside seating. Got the veggie and the one of the supreme meat pizza (forgot the name). Not skimpy on toppings and reasonably priced. The dough was so good, better than any chain pizza shop. Honestly one of the best pizza ever

Stopped by this little pizza spot for some quick takeout, and wow... What a surprise! At first, it looks like one of those small hole-in-the-wall places, but don't let that fool you. The pizza was absolutely delicious! Freshly made to order and came out piping hot. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. I ordered a cheese pizza with pineapple (since my friend is vegetarian), and I loved it so much I ended up eating the whole thing myself. Lol! (Sorry my picture is only half of the pizza, I ate the other half pretty quickly). I'm visiting Forks all the way from Florida, and this was such a great find. If you're ever in the area and want delicious pizza that's fresh, quick, and served with a smile... This is the place to go!

We were staying in Forks for one night before heading out to the Hoh Rainforest early the next morning, and after a 3-hour drive, we were relieved to find some good food at Home Slice Take N Bake. Despite the name, they'll cook your pizza for you right there. The ambiance is like a bare-bones converted house with just a counter for ordering, so it's primarily a takeout place. The friendly staff made ordering in person a breeze, and I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. We opted for the Home Slice supreme pizza, which was loaded with pepperoni, sausage, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, and was very deliciously cheesy. It tasted like a less oily version of the supreme from Pizza Hut, which brought back some serious nostalgia for me. I was genuinely surprised to find such a great pizza place in the middle of nowhere. Since there was nowhere to sit, we took the pizza back to our hotel room to eat, and it was a perfect way to unwind after our long drive. The pizza was made to order, with the dough crafted in-house, which really made a difference in flavor and texture. It's clear they take pride in the quality of their food. If you ever find yourself in Forks, even if just for a night like we were, don't miss the chance to enjoy a delicious pizza here!

My friends and I arrived in Forks pretty late on Saturday. None of us were super hungry but still wanted something to snack on. Home Slice was a good find. They were super swamped when we stopped by Saturday at 8 pm and said there was a ~1 hour wait for pizzas, so we opted for the take n bake option as we were staying at an Airbnb and had access to a kitchen. We ordered the medium bbq chicken pizza for $16.99 (including a 15% discount for take and bake orders!) and it was ready for us in 15 minutes. We brought it to the airbnb and followed the instructions that came with the pizza. While the oven was preheating, we attempted to transfer the pizza to a regular baking tray. However, it was incredibly difficult to pick up the pizza. They give you the pizza on a paper plate with only a layer of plastic wrap in between the plate and pizza. We could not lift the soft dough off the plate and ultimately ended up having to cut through the paper plate with scissors in order to transfer the pizza. Feedback for the store: PLEASE put the pizza on a sheet of aluminum foil rather than plastic wrap so that it's easier to transfer to a cookie sheet!! It probably took us 15 minutes to transfer the pizza as we kept trying different methods. Once the pizza was cooked, it was delicious! We each had two slices and it was the right amount of food for us.

After being on the road for a few hours, my friends and I craved something filling and reliable. We all agreed pizza would be a safe bet for a sleepy town like Forks. We walked into what looked like an old home that was refurbished to a grab and go pizza place. We got sausage, pepperoni, spinach and olives (yuck) on our pizza and it hit the spot and kept us full for the rest of the night. Think they charge $2.50 per extra topping so just a heads up! Their cheesy garlic bread was yummy but wish it had a lil' more garlic for that FLAVOR.

We ordered the Fajita Chicken and took it to bake at the house. Service was quick, our fresh made pizza was ready to go in less than 10 minutes with instructions. The crust was light and the flavors were a great combination. Don't let the entrance or look of the building turn you away from trying this place. Our favorite go to in Forks!

There's not a bunch of places to stop and eat at in Forks. I guess technically you can't eat at the place but we picked up a pie because we were starving after the 3 1/2 hour drive. We stopped here because it had pretty good reviews and we had called she was to make sure they could bake it in the store. The guy taking our order was friendly. The place itself looks like a remodeled house that has been turned into a pizza place. The pizza was DELICIOUS. I don't know if it might have something to do with the fact that we were ravenous or it was just that good. You'll have to make your own opinions but it's definitely a great place to stop if you're rolling through the town. I got the Forks Special. Seemed like the right choice.

It's a small town gem, cute feel and homemade smells. The lady that served us was so kind, great small talk and wonderful recommendations. Don't even get me started on the food, delectable, delicious, tasty, and terrific are all words I would use to describe this spectacular restaurant. If you're in town this is such a nice place to pop in and get some great food! read more

We were visiting Forks and amongst the very limited food options there found this gem. They are a local business operating out of a small take out place. Their name says take and bake but they also have the option of baked pizzas. However, the wait time to get the pizza baked was more than an hour. The pizzas we took were fresh and delicious. Wish the service was a bit quicker but could be a busy day for them. read more

Simply amazingly good pizza. I make my own pizza at home, try many pizza places and have favorites in several states. I thought this would be average, decent take and bake since we had to pick it up well before dinner time. I was absolutely floored by the result. This would be amazing for cooked at the store pizza but add in that it's just a plain oven on 400 and we are in awe. Crust is absolute perfection, 100% edible (no reason to not eat any of it), crispy, yeasty crunch but also soft. Ingredients are real, tasty, oddly shaped in the right way (really cut fresh) and not skimpy. Cheese is amazing, sauce is on point. Unlike most pizza places "small" that is a waste of crust, this small was exactly like a miniature pizza. Proper proportions. I can't say enough. I wish I lived closer, this puts all our local places to shame. I didn't realize they actually cook in store as well, so don't be fooled by the name. But also, how awesome is it to have the option to cook it fresh right when you want it. OMG read more

Summary (TLDR): the pizza is edible and it's hot. Probably the best you're going to get in Forks. We hiked Olympic National park and we stayed in an AirBnB in Forks. Restaurants are pretty scarce in Forks. This seemed like the best option available. Atmosphere / Location: The Home Slice Take N Bake restaurant is pretty ugly to say the least. I wasn't sure that I walked into the right place when I first entered the store. No pizza ovens in sight or anything related to food prep. Everything inside looked like it was run down. There is no seating available in this place. Food: If you told me that they purchased the frozen pizzas from the Thriftway grocery store down the street and then reheated them, I would believe you. If you've had a good New York pizza slice, then this pizza is a 1/10. The pizza is edible but really not that good. I ate 5 slices because there was nothing else available. I had extremely pungent gas all night. Service: Their phone system does not seem to be setup to handle more than 1 call at a time. I had to keep calling back because my call was automatically declined due to the line being busy. However, the pizza was ready in 15 minutes and it was hot. read more

Decent prices, a little much for what you get. But it's a small town with not so many great alternatives so it's worth it for not having to drive 30 miles in another direction for pizza. Kinda odd it's in essentially an old house though. Also disappointed the marinara is served in such a small cup. read more

This is one of those small, somewhat questionable looking places that has amazing food. The Caesar salad was perfect--they actually took the time to cut the lettuce up into bite size pieces, and I'm pretty sure they make their own dressing. Or it could have been that we had been hiking and were just starving to death, so it tasted that good. We did a half and half on the pizza, and all I can say is that my half was perfection. Fresh jalapeños and salami and mushrooms? Yes, please. The crust was absolutely perfect. Now I want that pizza again right NOW. The only complaint I have, is that it took a while to get the pizza, but it was worth the wait. Service was very friendly. The place was small, but clean, including the bathroom. read more

Traveling through Forks. We are campers so we were restocking our supplies. I asked the grocery clerk for the best pizza in town and he suggested Home Slice. Hands down absolutely yummy! Perfect crust loaded ingredients. Would definitely recommend.... Especially if you are starving . read more

Pizza was solid and the service was really friendly and nice. They accommodated my weird request to get pizza with no cheese, and had a great selection of toppings. They baked it for us and we enjoyed it at our motel. Even our toddlers ate well. read more

We were traveling through the area and passed through Forks Washington and needed to get a bite to eat. Your options in this town are very limited. It's pretty much pizza, Mexican or Asian style cuisine and unfortunately, I'm allergic to Asian cuisine. My hubby wasn't in the mood for Mexican food so that just left us with pizza.what we were wanting was a steak but we had to settle for pizza. Checked online and this place had a 4 1/2 star review and the other pizza was a 3 1/2 star so of course we go here. We walk in and it smells great but notice that there's no seating at all and there's basically no decor at all. Just a counter and a tall cooler with bottled drinks. I guess the name should have gave it away that you take the pizza with you but we were pretty tired from hiking over 10 miles that day and at that point we're running on fumes. But whatever we can eat pizza in the car and it'll save us some time not having to stop and dine in. We order and my husband asks where's the restroom. They don't have one. We're told to go to a gas station. Told very rudely I might add. Ok whatever we have 20 minutes to kill so we got find the two gas stations in town that happen to be right across the street from each other. First gas stations restroom is out of order. Go across the street and lo and behold their gas station is out of order too. We look it up and there are no fast food chain restaurants in this town. What to do.... Luckily there was woods behind one of the gas stations and hubby took advantage of that. So we go back and get our pizza and the garlic cheesy bread and let me just say the 2 stars I'm leaving is for the bread. It was excellent. The marinara sauce was not good. We ate the bread without the sauce. Next up the pizza, we had ordered the Hawaiian which had ham and pineapple on it and there was a good bit of toppings and it looked good and smelled good but the marinara sauce ruined it. We both ate a slice and tossed the rest at our next stop. If you stop here definitely get the garlic cheesy bread but skip the pizza and the rude customer service. Oh and best of luck if you need to use the restroom. Forks WA was a total disappointment and we won't be stopping by on our next trip through the area. read more

Pit stopped in Forks while road tripping and came here for lunch. we got half all meat and half pep, olives and mushrooms (family size). The ingredients were fresh and the pizza had a crispy crust. We all thought it was good pizza and ate the whole thing Service was not special, she was not very friendly or helpful. The place is small but does have a few places to sit. Overall it was a great choice for a pit stop. I'm not sure why service was off but I won't knock em for it. read more

Walked in after a day of hiking almost at closing time. Had a special order because of my son's dietary restrictions. The folks in Home Slice Rake N Bake were very friendly, saying sure they could do that. They noted a time that our pizzas would be ready and they were ready to the minute. Service was wonderful and pizza was delicious. read more

We needed a quick bite before we left Forks and this was the most delicious pizza ever considering we make our own often and can be picky. The pizza bread had crunch and flavor not too thick not too thin just right. My option was Hawaiian pizza and my fiancé had vegetarian. We both were satisfied! Not sure if the dining area is open and they only have to go orders. read more

Called ahead before arriving to our Airbnb in Forks. It was going to be a 40min wait but it was perfect for our arrival. We ordered a pizza with jalapeño and artichoke which was really good! Also had some small salads. Once we arrived we saw they also serve ice cream which was a delicious surprise. Service was fast, pizza was ready and hot. Would definitely consider if I'm in Forks again read more

Pizza and staff we're amazing!We were visiting from out of town and the owners are so warm and welcoming ! Definitely appreciated the service,great pizza and lovely setting inside, honestly wished we could have stayed to play games but due to covid-19 we couldn't.If we ever visit the town again definitely will go back. Side note: They we're the only business and people that didn't make me/us out of place, we're an interracial couple and through our visit in the town we experienced some funky sad encounters.Sorry to mention it but I honestly cried in the car while waiting for our pizza because of how human and welcomed they made me/us feel.So thank you to these people and cheers to many more! read more

People love take and bake pizza so we tried it too! I never ever will again. We followed all the instructions as directed because I am a serious germ a Phoebe and did not want any of us to get sick. Unfortunately we all got sick. Not sure if it was the cheese or the meat. I'm always cautions when eating foods that has been sitting out for who knows how long. But I have it a try and it's just not for us but that doesn't mean it's not for everyone else. So eat what you like, cause it's all good! read more

My grandma and I were starving and our pizza came out very quick, within 20 minutes. The pizza was DELICIOUS. Had a good crust (not too thick or thin) and the cheese was melted just right. Wonderful pizza. Great place to stop after hiking or going to the beach. read more

Forks is also a good town to stop for food if you are visiting the Hoh Rainforest and/ or Rialto Beach. I wandered into Home Slice Take N Bake. Since I am from New York and live in Brooklyn, I am a pizza snob. I try my best to avoid West Coast pizza. I only went to Take N Bake because I thought they served sandwiches. Once I was there, I just went for the pizza. I was hungry and wanted something quick as we had a long day of sightseeing. We basically ordered a supreme pizza as it had taco beef and various vegetables. Is it the best pizza I ever had? Of course not. It was very similar to the pizza I have eaten at Costco. In both cases, I had my reservations before I ate it but actually really liked it. Accordingly, Take N Bake is a solid spot for a quick bite. Great option for dinner among the limited options in Forks. While they offer take home pies to cook at home, they also do a robust take-out business (which was great since our motel didn't have a stove!). Approximately 30 minutes from order to pick-up and the pizzas were perfectly cooked and delicious. Very friendly folks too. Next time we're in town, will definitely order from here again. read more

Ok, with as often as I buy pizzas from them, eat there in person, and once a month come together for game day...the fact that I haven't done a review is criminal. This is a great place to get a pizza. Take out baked, or to bake, these are great pies. Have ordered a salad for my daughter a few times and she is always happy with the fixings that they come up with for that. Prices are reasonable, check for the daily special if you want to save a bit more. For me, they are the "in a pinch" or "quick lunch" place to go. read more

(FYI: This is called a Take n Bake but they can bake your pizza there for you too in 10 minutes.) Don't judge a restaurant by its cover. Who would have thought there would be good pizza in Forks, WA? Although this isn't the best pizza you'll ever have, this is damn good pizza after a long day of hiking at Olympic. The pizza here was quick, fresh, and delicious. I highly recommend the Hawaiian BBQ pizza and the chicken alfredo. We got two small pizzas for ~$8 each. The service was great. Come here for a quick, satisfying bite. You won't regret it. read more

We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the park and got Home Slice both nights since it had the best reviews and since we heard awesome things about the staff! The first night we did take and bake and the second night we did delivery. Both were delicious but I'd highly recommend getting it made there since nothing beats a pizza oven! If you're visiting and are unsure of where to eat, definitely stop at Home Slice. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming too! read more

Found the place on Yelp while we were driving on our way to Forks. The smell of pizza welcomes you as you open the door. We could tell the lady behind the counter was smiling behind her mask. She was very patient with us as we had no idea what we wanted. We customized our pizza (half pineapple and jalapeños... half pepperoni, green peppers and onion). Our Caesar Salad came out quickly. The pizza maybe took 8 minutes tops. It was delicious!!! We noticed they had ice cream there too but we were too full by the time we were done. Perhaps on our way out of Forks... we will stop in again! We Recommend this place for sure! read more

This place exceeded my expectations. A good option for pizza on the Olympic Peninsula. Not what you'd get on the East Coast (disclaimer: I live in the East Village of Manhattan NYC and am spoiled!), but just about as good as it gets in the PNW. Would definitely return when I'm back in the area! Tip: Ask for light sauce on the pizza. read more

This was the best take and bake I have had. I picked up two large pizzas to bake at our cabin in LaPush. They were freshly made and delicious. Left overs are the best thing about pizza. I popped them back into the oven to heat up and enjoyed it the second time just as much as the first!! read more

The man who took our order was super nice and warned us ahead of time our food would take a while and STILL gave us free water when we came to pick it up because they felt bad. The food was worth the wait. I got a pizza with mushrooms and spinach and it was so so good. Such a cute little place would highly recommend for a late night bite to eat! read more

Pizza was surprisingly good despite the low yelp rating. They have a salad bar as well as a few premade salads. The vegetarian pizza was great. Kids loved the cheese pizza. Staff were friendly. Spinach salad had a bit too much bacon and other toppings, but the flavor was fantastic.

It does have a nice shed-like attachment with three picnic tables to stay out of the sun and wind. Staff were friendly. Food: I got the four meat combo and it's a hefty amount of food for just under $30. You honestly could split it with someone as it'll likely put you in a neat coma if you eat it all by yourself. Ribs: These are 3 huge St Louis cut and not your smaller baby back ribs. Lightly glazed and pull apart tender, these were definitely the best of the 4 meats. Chicken: Mine was dark meat with a drum and thigh, it was neither dry nor moist but somewhere in between. The neutral flavor of chicken lets the smoke flavor shine through really well and was a surprising hit. Sausage: A freshly-cut full link. Nice firm texture, medium smoke, and almost with a little snap to the casing which is enjoyable. Brisket: Of all the meats, this has the strongest smoke flavor with a nice charred bark on the outside and no fattiness at all in my cut. It easily pulls apart by hand. BBQ sauce: Texans are not known for their sauces and this is not exception. It texturally looks like a coarse pizza sauce and is sugary sweet. Personally not a fan. Potato salad: Not too much mayo, it basically tastes like a baked potato which helps clean your palate between meats. Beans: Very simple beans, not sweet at all and basically tastes like refried beans which I liked but some may find boring. Overall this place is solid, it's not the best BBQ I've had but it's a good option for being in a tiny rustic town. You get a large amount of food that justifies the price and the meats genuinely stand on their own without sauce. The seasonings are on the simpler side which is classic for Texas style BBQ. I think as long as you're not expecting KC style bbq with heavy rubs and tomato based sauces, you'll find someonething to like.

I am embarrassing myself right now by sharing my unfair judgements in case there are any readers out there feeling the same way. Because I was so very wrong. The food was delicious! I went with a Pepper Jelly Blackened Salmon, which in addition to looking pretty, had such an interesting and delicious taste. They had a good-sized salmon dish on the children's menu for my 7-year-old. It's also not just a fish restaurant as my daughter had spaghetti and meatballs while by husband had a NY Steak with Tempura Prawns. But the real winner of the night may have been the smoked salmon appetizer, which was a huge portion and oh so good.
