Don was AWESOME to work with! We remodeled an investment property kitchen and bathroom in record time. The cost, quality of the cabinets and install couldnt be beat! I shopped around every affordable option and there was nothing comparable. Don and his assistant were courtious, professional and had the kitchen and bathroom cabinets installed in just 1 day. The Shrock cabinets are beautiful and great quality. Very sturdy for our rental property and they come with a lifetime warranty. There was a slight defect that only Don noticed on one of the drawers during install. He notified the manufactor on our behalf and scheduled a swap with our tenant a few weeks later when the replacement came in. I felt that was impressive customer service and great attention to detail! This is the second kitchen remodel that I purchased from Don. The 1st one was in 2006. At that time My husband did the installation himself. Almost 9 years has gone by, after checking around I still could not find any product as good as I bought from Don 9 years ago so I started searching for him. Luckily he has a Facebook page so I found him. Comparing to Home Depot estimate, Don has much better quality and price. This time we did demolition ourselves and have Don done the installation. My kitchen is small so he and his team got it done in one day. I had a problem with some cabinet wood color didn't look good so Don order the replacement for free. We are so glad we used Don for our kitchen remodel. His pricing was well under the other quotes I received. He was on time every day. He finished on schedule despite some unforeseen issues which he resolved without charging me a change order which is unheard of in construction. I know because I spent 25 years in the construction industry, many of those years as a PM. Also the Shroke cabinets he offers are great. They soft close and are built solid with dove tail joints made from oak. They also come with a life time warranty. Don came out quickly to give us our free estimate, he was very responsive when we had questions and he finished our kitchen renovation ahead of schedule. We had 3 estimates and Don's was the most reasonable and he didn't try to pressure us to upgrade, this was our first remodel and he was very helpful with recommendations and even emailed some websites for ordering a new sink and cabinet/drawer handles. We had a kitchen remodel performed two years ago by Don, and the results were superb! The kitchen cabinets are made of very beautiful Cherry wood that draws a lot of attention when guests come over.
