They were extremely diligent with protection, using blankets and/or shrink wrap on all furniture and electronics, and they were very by the book when it came to reviewing the contract and confirming details. However, when the movers arrived, they immediately demanded cash up front and refused to provide any services unless payment was made on the spot. This directly contradicted the prior agreement. After loading the couches, they demanded an additional $100 that had never been disclosed or authorized. The situation felt coercive and inappropriate. In addition to the payment dispute, the movers caused multiple damages: * One of the couches was damaged. * The garage door was damaged. * A component of the security system on the back door was broken. Furthermore, one of the workers raised his voice and yelled at my wife and daughter. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. When I contacted the company to request information regarding their insurance coverage for the damages, they refused to provide any details.
