I was looking for a table that if I really wanted to I could use as a dining table, just something of quality! After a ton of research and a lot of unsuccessful and risky online ads, I found R-Home furniture. I sent an inquiry online and asked George if he had a Chabudai (Japanese short table) and he replied yes! I was super excited and let him know the dimensions I wanted as well as the base. I was a bit unsure of the colors and bases but George walked me through it. Two days later I came in and took a look at all the available pieces and was in awe of the selection, the picture really doesn't do it justice. After some indecisiveness on my part George recommend me a few pieces and I took it home the same day. The table wouldn't fit in my car if the base was attached but George and Ricky helped my husband load the table in the car. I came to pick up a few bags of my new favorite vegan gummy bears and ended up leaving with half the store. We'll have the snack section anyway. I love international snack foods and shopping here beats hauling all of these delicious treats through customs in my carry-on... Plus the staff are nicer. Not only did they have the gummy bears I wanted, but they had different flavor varieties of my favorite Swedish fish candy (Not the Swedish Fish that you can get from any grocery store or drugstore... But the actual fish shaped gummy candy that's made in Sweden. Way different flavor. Way better!). Had to grab those. They also sold different boxes from Universal Yums (One of my favorite international snack food subscription boxes)! You know I had to grab one of those. Since it's the start of charcuterie-in-the-sunshine season (my favorite time of year), I picked up a few things to make a lovely gift basket for a friend: An assortment of prosecco splits, and different bags of mini snacks and nibbles including smoked cheese, olives, garlic bread flavored bruschetta, and Bourbon infused pecans. I was surprised that they also sold beef salami here. As a non-pork eater, I was absolutely thrilled by this and picked up a couple of packs for myself. As much as I loved all of my fines, the service was by far the best part of this visit. Abbe was absolutely amazing. She helped me unlock some rewards that I didn't even know were available to me. Although I'm a member of the rewards program, I wasn't aware of any of the coupons or promotions available outside of the Clearance signs that I saw in the store. She was telling me about them as she was ringing me up, and she walked me through how to access them from my phone. I ended up saving 15% on my purchase, getting $10 back in rewards, and even getting a free gift. A year and a half ago we hired a landscape designer from Meadows Farms to replace a paver patio and…read morebuild stone walls around it. We are retirees and tired of fighting with weeds between the pavers. I made it clear to the designer we wanted to do this to eliminate the constant weeding. Fast forward to today after returning from a three week vacation. We arrived home to 8" weeds and tiny ones in all the spaces. The "polymer" they place between the stones was supposedly going to harden but not crack with freezing and heating. Unfortunately, this is no better than the sand we had between our old pavers. I now have to spend hour weeding which pulls up the polymer with the weeds. The other option is to spray our patio with Round Up! We host family gatherings with grandchildren where we don't want them exposed to very harmful chemicals. I wish I could add photos to this review. We are very sorry we were sold this product. Do not make the same mistake.
