As a person from California, it's been difficult to find authentic Mexican food in Austin, the flavor of their food literally made me cry. I wanted to try vegan tamale and she told me that the cheese was accidentally overcooked that day before selling me those tamale. First, everything is made to order and there was a wide range of customers on a Saturday afternoon. It was funny to see people in suits and ties standing along with others in shorts and flip flops but that is how you know these tacos appeal to a wide range of people. The staff was very nice and let us know how long the wait was going to be, but again worth the wait. They have an area for you to stay and eat, and it was very clean unlike some places with food trucks that food is clinging to the tables for dear life.
