Home Shield Pest Control offered a very good service for getting rid of rodents in your home. Their response time was quick, the service was excellent, and the customer service staff, courteous and professional. I gave them 4 stars and not 5 because, in my opinion, it was rather expensive, although worth it not to have rats showing up in my kitchen. Yuck!!!... AND... it was easy to schedule a follow-up appointment when needed to remove rats that had died in the attic... at no extra charge. From Victor, who did the initial inspection, to Gabriel, who did the exclusion, sealing up entrance points, to the gentleman she vacuumed and decontaminated the attic, to Abraham, who came today to remove the dead rodent in the attic that had created a TERRIBLE stench, the service could not have been better! The assigned technician was sick, so Carlos was sent to do the first application of rheir service for spiders, insects & rodents. Carlos covered the entire 1/2 acre property and 3400 sq ft home, removed all the webs & spiders, treated for further bug problems, secured a few rident entry points and set several traps. very professional, friendly & knowledgable. It's rare to find service people who go above and beyond the call of duty. However, Michael Turner who just stopped by our property was so amazing!!!!! He spent time to provide thorough information and tips. He listened to our concerns and addressed them with extra care. Michael was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He got into dense shrubbery and worked extremely hard to address our most pest infested areas of our property. Pest control services can be very expensive for what it is so as a consumer, we want to make sure we are getting our moneys worth. With Michael, we definitely feel we are getting our moneys worth. I would highly recommend Homeshield Pest Control. Carlos J. performed our service today and was very thorough explaining what he will do to keep the mosquitoes down this summer. He was the first to actually explain where he would spray, why and how it would reduce the infestation of mosquitoes. He also used a natural spray that is non toxic to humans and animals. I have been with this company for a year now and I'm very happy with the service. Homeshield comes monthly to prevent ants and spiders year long and I add the mosquito service during the summer. Extremely rude front office. Spoke with Lori. Asked her why tech is late and no call. She was very rude and reprimanded me saying it was between 10am and noon. They sent me a text that it should be between 10am to 11am. She proceeded to talk over me and tried to demean me with her rude attitude. If this was their best foot forward, forget it. It started a few months ago with spiders and crickets, and they had a good deal and helped me figure out the logistics. The first individual that came by did great, he got rid of all the webs inside the garage and outside the house and explained to me where some of the funky bugs were coming from. He carefully inspected the roof, attic, crawl space, and garage. He identified a number of issues and problem areas where rodents were coming in and out of the roof/attic. They responded quickly, I shared with them the issue I was having with ants and spiders around my house and backyard and they quickly explain the process and price.
