But on this Christmas morning I went in for drink and the person was unpacking the shipment and instead of telling me they were out of product, he said no, let me dig through and find what you want and make it for you! That is ABOVE and BEYOND, then because I'm a veteran they went further and purchased my drink for me, I was incredibly humbled and touched. They secured my loyalty I can tell you that! Mobile orders have always been ready on time, in-person orders are fast too. This location is on the smaller side as it's in a corner of the mall. I do wish there were more outlets and desks, but this is coming from someone who uses coffee shops to study and work. If you're here to chill and hang out or just pick up an order, it's perfectly serviceable for that. The other thing I REALLY appreciate about this Stabucks is that the music is not crazy loud. I've been to other Starbucks where the music is blaring over the speakers and I have to turn up my own earphones despite their ANC capabilities. That's crazy.
