I was not made aware of their visit until a month later, when I received the report and saw the pictures. I also have dogs, and I have no idea how they handled that situation while they were on my property. There was absolutely no justification for entering my backyard without contacting me first. If they had reached out to schedule a visit, I would have willingly allowed access for the photos. Instead, they chose to disregard my privacy and trespass on my property. And the worst thing is, they didn't even put the wood back securing my gate

This year after…read moretwo roof leaks, we found out that our roof is water damaged and missing slant decking so severe you there are holes as large as 6 feet wide and are completely bare with only shingles and underlayment showing and have sunlight coming in. He walked inside the attic and unless he was blindfolded or legally blind, there is no way he physically did not see the holes the size of himself or the sunlight pouring in from outside. He is lazy and incompetent and will give you a false report on your home. We are now in a home that we are over our heads in because Chad couldn't do a job that he was paid to do. Do yourself a favor and please use any other home inspector in the state of Colorado.

I went with him for his competitive pricing and amazing reviews. He was great for working with our schedule (we wanted the inspection ending around 5:30 PM so we could make it after work and go over everything with him). He came earlier in the week to the home and set up the radon detector, and left thorough instructions and information for the sellers. The sellers didn't move anything in their garage like we had hoped, so he had a hard time moving around in the garage BUT was so nice and understanding and never complained once. The sellers also had their dogs outside during the inspection that barked every time anyone went outside, and Jon was totally fine with that. He was great at explaining how big or small problems he noticed were, and some options for how we could maybe fix them. He went in the crawl space, attic, basement, front yard, backyard, looked at the shed, deck, everything in the house. We are purchasing our first home and are using a VA loan, so having a thorough and understanding inspector was so important. I will recommend him to all future friends & family, and use him anytime we need an inspector in the future. He did a really thorough inspection, took tons of pictures, and sent us an awesome 70 page report within 48 hours on a Holiday weekend. He had easy methods of payments, card/cash/check, and sent me an electronic receipt. He also was super nice to communicate with over email!

The whole process of engaging their services, scheduling the inspection, receiving the reports, and paying were completely automated and easy to do. Jon, the owner and inspector, was incredibly thorough, precise, and professional with his service. He did a very thorough walkthrough after completing his inspection and explained to me everything I needed to do to address the issues he found. He did not miss a thing, he found things I would have never noticed and his understanding of building codes and how the builders most comply was extensive. The final inspection report was very detailed and automated in a way that I could generate specific worklists for the build/seller to address. This is something I haven't seen with other inspectors where they just give you a static report. We now have drone photos of our house and had details and imagery to support requests that we had to make to the builder/seller. I've had WestPro come quote the same job twice, once in 2023 and once in 2025. It was two very…read moredifferent experiences to the point of being hard to believe it's the same company. The job is for removal and replacement of soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts on a 1-story ranch with 200 linear feet of gutters. In 2023 a woman came out, did the walk through and then sent me a quote with details about the materials, a cost breakdown for each part of the project - quantity and cost for removal of gutters, removal of downspouts, installation of gutters, installation of downspouts. It was very professional (I work with contractors and job bids for a living) and provided all the necessary details of the cost. In 2023 they refused to address the soffit and fascia so I declined to move forward with them. In 2025 a man came out, did the walk through and then insisted on setting up a follow up appointment to walk through the project quote. I did not receive the info packet ahead of time and was disappointed by what I received - a detailed project description for siding work (presumably for the soffits and fascia but the material was specific to siding installation which isn't relevant to either of those locations) with no scoped quote for any aspect of the project. There were no details of the materials to be used or breakdown of the cost specifics. The dollar amounts were hand written into a spec sheet of "good / better / best" (photo attached because I don't even know what to call it, it's definitely not a job quote). I understand that materials costs have changed significantly and the job might cost more today than two years ago, but if you're going to waste my time with a second meeting to quote the job, actually quote the job. So your experience with WestPro may entirely depend upon the person you randomly end up with as your project coordinator. Homeowner be wary. I'll update this review when I've heard back with legit quotes and decisions on a path forward. For now it's a very unimpressed meh.

I had numerous pieces of siding that was just rotting or falling apart, and the house also needed painting. The estimate was reasonable and comprehensive. I can't recall ever having a contractor keep me so well informed about the progress of my project. Prior to the start of work I was continually updated. Once work began I saw Ryan daily where he would ask if I had problems or questions. In the very beginning there was a minor bump, and in hindsight, I got slightly more irate than I should have, but Ryan kept his cool throughout my rant until I was done, and then he suggested we go look at the problem. Ryan saw right away what I was talking about and man oh man, he got people right on it and problem fixed quickly, and it looks fantastic. Turns out some of my wood was damaged because the builder did not install flashing where it should have been and the elements did their thing to it. Ryan saw this on his intial walk around and the problem is now corrected. This is the attention to detail I love because I wouldn't have known about missing flashing. Thanks Mayday. The crews are thorough, conscientious, and always kept their areas neat. When finished you couldn't tell anyone had been there working. When Ryan came by first time to do an estimate he listened, envisioned what I wanted, and told me he was going to bring my home back to its former glory. Mission accomplished Mayday. Materials are premium, installed and applied by pros. I realize this review is fairly long but I feel it necessary because I just get tired sometimes trying to find a reputable contractor, but when I do I think everyone should know about it.
