This company came out to do the repairs. It was super easy to get an appointment, they were able to come out within two days. The staff that answer the phones were all very nice and friendly. The technician was very professional and went to work right away to check what was wrong with the stove. He was able to isolate and find the problem right away. However, when the technician arrived at my house, they quoted $550 for the exact same issue I had already described over the phone. If I had been told upfront that the repair could cost this much, I would not have scheduled the appointment. Because I declined the repair, they still charged me a $100 inspection fee. This experience was very disappointing due to the lack of transparency about the pricing. Clear and honest estimates should be provided before sending a technician so customers can make an informed decision. For your information, I did called GE before calling these tech, the extended warranty is $350 to cover everything. My GE washer is front load purchased by 2022.

was very very satisfied with this service and would recommend this business to anyone! my samsung…read morebespoke washing machine and samsung dishwasher were both not working. andre was very professional and kind, he is very thorough in explaining how they work normally and the parts that werent working. they also work with oem parts which have a one year warranty. $50 for the consultation but since i went through which the service, it was waived. most places seem to have this but $50 was the cheapest option i found! he was really transparent about the problem with my washing machine, which was that he needed help taking down the stacked unit. many other companies would charge a lot for the manpower, which is true since even contracted companies with samsung would not deal with my stacked unit. luckily i had two guys in my family who could help, which is great. andres transparency was really nice and i dont know how many companies would have offered that option instead of trying to charge the additional manpower. it was $140 for the part, $180 for the labor. he let me know that the dishwasher job was actually relatively easy and that since my dad had already fixed another thing on it, he would likely be able to do it too. he showed me the name of the part and where to get it from! on service day he let me know his eta, and immediately got to work. he is fairly clean and works pretty quiet. andre got the job done in about 2 hours. the service was very professional and organized and i would gladly use them again!

For context: I had two issues: (1) My GE dishwasher started leaking, damaging a good portion of the bamboo flooring around and in front of the unit, and (2) My newly installed Daikin mini split which stopped cooling/heating, just fanning air!.
