They made my food quickly and I wasn't waiting more than a few minutes. I got my guilty pleasure, an Italian hero. I love that it's super vinegary. I wish the onions were red instead of white but that's personal preference. Salt and pepper is always a nice touch. Everything's super fresh! And an awesome value for $10! The meats are fresh and the bread feels like it has a greater purpose than just being a holder for everything in it; it's very good bread. I got the chicken cutlet supreme. I added tomatoe and honey mustard on the side. Damn large amount of food this hero could feed 4 people. My only gripe was it was a little bland. Adding bacon would've probably given it more texture. Even with the garlic bread hero the texture of the whole sandwich was just soft. I had to add a sprinkle of salt over it as well as pepper. The thousand island dressing had no pickle relish and the honey mustard was more of a mild creamy mustard. They did give me a good amount of it on the side though. Coleslaw I had thought would've been the one made with oil/vinegar considering you are putting on a sandwich that has thousands island dressing. But the coleslaw has mayo. So that was alittle overwhelming mayo, dressing, breading making it rather heavy. Chicken breast of breaded and cooked just right. I will definitely be trying again. read more

Ordered an Italian hero. Overall, I think it was good and was put together well. However, the deli meat was sliced very thick. Might be a preference thing but it's not my ideal sandwich. I tried to enjoy this place for the first time. In fact I placed an order for my mother and my daughter as well as one for my wife and I. Two locations. Two towns. Two different orders. Delivery guys got them both wrong. Nobody got to eat. Restaurant didn't care enough to fix it. Neither did DoorDash. Be warned. Try this place if you want. It looked good for sure. But apparently they don't care about doing right by the customer. Will never try again. Both orders totaled about $100 too. Guess that's not enough money to treat a customer well. read more

Finally came in and tried this place and am so happy I did. The Heroes here are incredible, had the mac attack and the spicy chicken cutlet. The cutlets and mac and cheese were made to order, not heated up from a batch made earlier in the day. When a place does that you can taste the difference. Aside from how good the food was, the portion is huge while still being priced at normal deli sandwich prices. I will definitely be back. I had a bizarre experience here. I ordered two sandwiches Italian and a turkey club. The Italian was so so... soaked in oil and the turkey club was given to me with no blue turkey and American cheese. I called the store they tell me they can't find my order. I asked to speak to the person who took my order in the store she finds the order and she tells me they can make me a new hero but I have to come get it so I jokingly say do you guys give out gas card for the gas I wasted driving back and forth from the store. Oh she tells me to hold on and a woman named Jackie who says she's a manager jumps on the phone and says "do you want the new sandwich or not?" with a nasty attitude she tells me she's giving me a free sandwich like I didn't pay for something that I didn't get. Crazy. I get to the store and she gives me the correct sandwich and says "we will refund it, it's not worth it" perplexed I repeat what she said and she says yep and throws the money in my hand. When I told her it's worth a Yelp review she said, "great, look forward to reading it." I said how hard was that?? You didn't need to have an attitude and left and will never come back. In general this place is so-so location is horrible there's no driveway into parking lot you have to drive up a curb. Even without this incident this place is not worth it. My husband and I are obsessed with this place. We drive about an hour just for sandwiches every few months. We typically get the Mac Attack, which usually lasts me at least two meals. The portions are very generous and you definitely get what you pay for. The mac & cheese bites are amazing - I wish I could buy them frozen to make at home. If I could give this a zero I would....it's under the new ownership and two times out of the three times I've went they got my order wrong. It's annoying because you either have to drive all the way back to get the correct made sandwich or they will deliver it. The girl was polite when apologizing each time for getting the order wrong two separate times but how often does this happen to people ...I don't know, but I would guess quite a bit. You get more bang for the buck with subway and they always get it right. read more

My new sandwich/wrap spot I ordered the Turkey Club wrap with avocado and let me say, this was by far the NEATEST wrap I've ever seen. (Nothing falling out or it being messy while packaged).
