I was nervous because it's so easy for 'fast food' to get steak wrong but it was seasoned to perfection and still moist. Even my daughter was pulling the steak out my bowl to eat. The veggie bowl just has the most incredible options for the base. That's my go to, and I'll just add a meat as protein . Speaking of protein the berry smoothie has protein in it which I didn't realize at the time when I ordered it for my daughter . If you know anything about protein power, it's hard to find one that actually takes good so might opt to take that out next time . Service as great. I've been bringing the whole family here for the last 3 years. We eat here at least once a week! Their bread is so soft and delicious. Its sooooo good!! Everything is fresh. I always get the Super Italian with the works. My wife loves the papa georgio and their new salads. The kids love the french fries and chicken tenders. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. You can't compare the heroes you get at Hometown to anybody else. They're that good. We would highly recommend Hometown Heroes to anyone. read more

Why have I only just found out about this place!! 6 woman I work with ordered from here today. I couldn't believe how big the sandwiches were :))) I ordered the Mama Georgio. It was amazing! What a great place to get a hero, Hometown heroes should be your only stop. They have the freshest bread and the boars head cold cuts are always wonderful. The bread was nice and fresh. I paid $16 for both items and split the sandwich with a coworker because it was huge. The tots I kept for myself and eat them until I had a stomachache. They have breakfast too but I'm always running late to work so I am unlikely to try that anytime soon. Typical egg sandwich's.
