Pill or cough drop in the kitchenette wall next to the stove

Everything could improve. I wish I could give this negative stars because they earned them. There was a cat in one of the rooms and there is a no pet policy. The bed wasn't made, they have roaches, there was blood on the floors, tv seemed to be punched/broken on the top right, someone spit some pill or cough drop onto the wall of the kitchenette/ stove, the floors are so sticky you can hear every step you take, the walls are dirty and splattered with dirty. They would not give me a refund for the following day as we refused to stay due to the unsafe and hazardous conditions of this place. They never gave me my deposit back. That they stated would be returned 3 days after you check out.

Absolute trash. We didn't even get to our room. We had a room and a reservation booked through hotels.com a week in advance, we show up at 1pm and the person at the front desk tells us to come back later because check-in is at 3pm. No problem. We show up at 5pm and the lady says our reservation is cancelled. It was cancelled at 3pm...??? She says our card was declined and that they are fully booked, even though we booked through hotels.com fully paid. Another gentlemen walks behind us asking the same thing and she says HIS reservation is cancelled. Hell no. Once you pay through hotels.com, they immediately put money on a secured virtual credit card and send it to the hotel. The card being declined is BS. It's hotels.com's card. We called hotels.com and both agents I told this too laughed and told me "that's not how this works". They both tried talking with the manager but she kept saying fully booked and card declined EVEN THOUGH they have not even scanned the card (according to hotels.com). So, they're literally just sitting on my money. Not to mention we bumped into ANOTHER person who got double charged recently. Scumbags, all of them - rude to top it all of and kept directing blame to hotels.com.

Dirty sheets which were taken off bed and left in the room.

This place sucks! Run, don't walk to ANY other hotel. Filthy. Dead flies all over one room. Stunk of smoke. In the office hung two fly strips LOADED with flies. I should have taken that as an omen. Here are photos of two of three rooms we walked out of.

Pile of ash and needles on floor

Room looked like it had never been cleaned. Was "non smoking" yet two rooms I checked into smelled like cigarettes and there was a pile of ash and needles on the floor as well as ash and burn holes on the bed.

This photo does not do justice for how disgusting this place is.

From the outside the place can be invited. Although, once getting into the room it became a nightmare. Lights where broken, pubic hair was in the shower. The floors are disgusting they are sticky and look like nobody has swept in months. I took a wet towel to clean the floors and it was black. The sink didn't work. The table was dirty. The blanket, no comforter just a blanket and no sheets to get under either. The blanket had stains on it. 3/5 lights work. Then there are prostitutes and crackheads in the parking lot constantly. Drug deals. I have stayed here two nights and wouldnt send my worst enemy here. It is disgusting, repulsive and does not feel clean what so ever. Don't get out of the shower without shoes on because you'll need another shower instantly.

    Dirty toilet

Just don't do it. Do not come here. The mattress had hairs on it. The lady down stairs was not happy about giving me clean sheets. The outside smells like trash and piss every time you walk outside. It's horrible to say the least. Bunch of lurking crackheads everywhere even the employees. The trash hasn't been taken out anywhere on the property. The inside seems a little clean but if you pay close attention you'll see they don't clean right... I forgot to take a picture of the hair...and there's also way more trash downstairs. Mind you, you have to walk by this every single time you walk downstairs. The elevator smells like piss.

Soon as Walked in room noticed some red flags right away. Went to front desk to ask for new sheets and everything. After about hour wait no one came which just led to noticing more and more. Room looks like hasn't been cleaned properly in months. Tried to go to front desk get a refund the manager Tiffany wouldn't allow even after showing pictures of their "clean" room

This is apparently also being run as a shelter for long term unhoused populations, which is fine, however, the interior rooms are woefully subpar. The owners and managers are clearly. It even trying. The room was filthy, with unmapped floors, unclean refrigerator, dusty furniture, smell of smoke everywhere, and a very cheap, uneven mattress. We bailed after one night. This is not a typical extended stay for business or personal travel, but rather maintained, if you can even use that word, as a homeless shelter.

The room was absolutely one of the filthiest places I have ever stay in in my entire life. There was dirt all over the floor, there was hair all over the shower and on the sheets. The bathroom door will not close. Upon further inspection of the sheets, as you can see, not only is there the hair, there is a yellow discoloration, a dead bug, and dried blood. I could not bring myself to sleep in the bed, so I had to go down to the office and request clean sheets, so I changed the bedding myself. The front desk staff didn't question why I was requesting clean sheets in a room that I had just checked into, perhaps this is a common occurrence?! I did not sleep with a blanket as that was disgusting as well and I did not receive a new clean one. The shower curtain doesn't work, so water goes all over the floor and will likely eventually ruin the flooring underneath if it hasn't already done so. I'm quite sure there is mold under there. The entire room reeked of cigarette smoke, which is most unfortunate for me as I have asthma. I would have check out and gone elsewhere once I saw the condition of the room, but everywhere was booked. Room service never once showed up, so there was never any clean towels or anything provided to be beyond the couple that hung in the bathroom. Lastly, there was a bag of trash that was left just sitting outside my door for over a day, and there was dry blood splatter in the elevator that I took a picture of as well. Why was there dried blood splatter in the elevator?! Was someone the victim or a horrific crime?!!Check out all the photos I took of the room and elevator. They refused to refund me as well.

Our room was perfect--surprisingly quiet with no outside noise, and the blackout shade was a game-changer, letting us sleep in without the morning sun waking us up. One of our favorite parts of the stay was breakfast at the Great American Grill, conveniently located just downstairs in the lobby. It's open from 7-11 a.m., which is later than most places--perfect for sleeping in and still making it to breakfast! You can choose the buffet or order from the menu, and we went with the latter. Everything was cooked perfectly. I loved that I got to customize my omelet, my bacon was exactly how I like it, and my friend's eggs and toast were made just right. Another huge plus is the location. Being in Cherry Creek, the hotel is right in the middle of everything. Plus, there are tons of great restaurants in the same parking lot, from Mexican to seafood--and even a Dunkin' Donuts! Honestly, I think we picked the perfect hotel for our trip, and I'd absolutely stay here again!

For a budget friendly price this semi upbeat hotel is under rated. My recent stays have been twice in the past few months. I'm impressed with the level of service in all areas of the hotel. Love my keyless entry but have had to engage with hotel front desk staff. Offered a bottled water to a quick can do attitude with ALL those I have encountered. The hotel is clean offering a nice lounge area, spacious dining with a full breakfast buffett and swanky bar at night that serves food. There are a variety of places to eat adjacent to the venue or within walking distance but the bartender in the bar is a lovely gal. The little bar area gets busy and she does not miss a beat. They serve yummy cookies at night, fresh water sometimes garnished with fruit, and coffee/tea in the morning. Nice little business area, small private gym and a pool. The rooms are nice, with room service offered every other day. My recent stays my toliet was spinning all night. When I called the front desk in the morning, they immediately sent someone up to repair it. No problems after maintenance left. Parking in the garage is $15 a night with plenty of parking. I'm just very overall impressed with the level of service provided.
