Dimitry picked up immediately, cancelled his Sunday plans and showed up at 9am due to the emergency nature of the issue. Wow! Dimitry is kind, professional and thorough. Once he got the dishwasher out, we saw a rat's nest and chew marks on the power cord and water hose. Due to the fact that the floor was soaked and would need remediation, he was able to move the unit to our porch.
