Now I have to get out of my car and make someone acknowledgement me...Because the lack of customer service I received from the 2 young men was evident and LOUD. I was just sitting there, looking at 2 young people just shuffling papers and desk hopping back and forth to look busy. All I was looking for was an acknowledgement that I was SEEN...a simple hand gesture to pull forward or walk over to "check me in". Now there were 2 cars next to me and i can understand a backup or delay but, they kept jumping in and out of them too! One after the other...like a jungle gym! They finally pull those cars out and not im just getting blatantly ignored....at least 10 min.... Luckily, a young lady saw the distress and annoyance on my face. It's too damn hot to make a scene...so I thought id write it out while i wait for my car to be serviced. The service manager was somehow made aware. Terrible place to buy a car I was lied to about my extended warranty on my vehicle that I purchased through them back in June 2025 they sold me a car with a faulty driver seat, seatbelt, and said that I can get it replaced at any Toyota Dealership so when I drove off the lot and made an appointment the next day at a Toyota Dealership closer to my home and job I was informed that I would have to pay over $400 to get the seatbelt fixed. I bought a brand new - no miles - Honda Accord with service tint package from Honda South in Morrow Ga. The car is holding water and it's retaining on the inside of the car. It has been holding water and will only drain if parked on an incline. I have taken it back to this Honda dealer ,as it is brand new. I was told I would get a loaner car while they checked it out. I worked from Midnight until 8:00 am - drove over an hour to get there(they told me to bring it - so they was expecting it) 5 hours later they stated that I could not get a loaner and that I had to wait until 7:00 pm for someone to look at it. communication is missing and the staff does not care. The water holds inches away from the battery pack and is a severe safety concern. No one is willing to help, the manager said the car was out of warranty after 30 days. I've had the problem since day 1. It's a brand New car! I bought it on Feb. 14th 2026!! The Tint has bubbles and when asked about the bubbles the manager stated it has to cure. It's 30 days later - guess it's still curing I took it back and let them know and see how bad it looked. I explained that a refund on the service package. I got receipts They told me that the motor it needs a rebuild or needed an oil switch. I already paid to get the oil leak fixed prior to the situation, so there was no more leaking oil. It was just burning oil so after burning oil, they say it needs an oil switch. I replied with the oil switch keep it running I get it needs an engine for right now. Got 5miles down the road and the car died on me just as it did reason why I brought it in .. Pay for something the service didn't fix it when it's sat on your premises for also so long and I was told that it did fix it not they're telling me they won't give me my money back over $165 apart. I spent good money over here at Honda and they literally are telling me no we won't give you your money back even though I didn't even get 6 miles down the road had to pay for my own tow to get back to Honda and now I get a phone call the next day telling me they ain't gonna do nothing about it saying that The sales rep could lose her job when I had nothing to do with the sales rep this service. Customer Service at its best: Chris Yem. I bought Brenda a new Honda CRV EXL for her 65th birthday. This is only the second new car she has ever owned, and she loves it. This will more than likely be her car forever, so she wants to take good care of it and keep it safe. Her car only has 33,282 miles on it; yes, the Granny who only drives to the store and back and t visit family. I would like to commend Chris Yem, Service Advisor, for his excellent customer service at Honda South in Morrow GA. My wife had scheduled a call back on her 2019 Honda CRV along with an oil change. I ended up in the hospital for three weeks. Grammy B was running back and forth to Emory, taking care of the bills, getting the lawn mowed. That is when Grammy B met Chris Yem. Chris done a great job working her oil change in and rescheduled the recalled fuel pump replacement until she could leave her car with Honda for a few hours. When I returned home from the hospital we wanted to go ahead and schedule the recall work. Chris told us to clear the back seat area and only have about 1/3 or less of the gas in the tank. He had to order the part, then called back to say that he had the part and could do it as early as 2 days. He also offered to do a free multi-point inspection while they had the CRV. They offer a shuttle service so when Brenda brought her Honda CRV to the dealer, Chris wrote the work order and drove her home. A few hours later Chris called and told her the CRV is ready. He printed out and prioritized what was needed along with a predicted timeline each would be needed. Chris delivered the Honda to Grammy B and went over the inspection: (1) Battery Chris pointed out that this is the original battery in her 2019 Honda CRV. The battery is 6 years old, so instead of waiting until it fails replace it now and not worry about where you are when that battery finally dies. In my opinion, great advice so we will have Honda South do that first. (2) Tires: Although her tires have plenty of tread, they are 6 years old and are beginning to show cracks. Over 6 years or more tires will start to rot and can cause blow outs. Chris recommended replacing the tires very soon if not immediately to prevent any problems. Honda will have a good selection of tires for her car and it will be at a good price. If the tires she wants go on sale purchase them. (3) Drive Belts The drive belts do show some wear, small cracks, so this is a good time to take care of that. Possibly when the tires or battery is replaced. (4) Water Pump. The water pump has a small leak. Engine coolant Exchange: Over time engine coolant becomes corrosive and if not changed can cause pe-mature wear on the cooling system. Chris's recommendation was to do both at the same time. He will keep an eye on the leak. If this service goes on sale soon go ahead and do both. I totally agree with Chris. Brake Fluid exchange. Chris said that over time deposits build up and fluid breaks down. This shortens the life of your brake parts such s your calipers. Of course, Honda will inspect the brakes and if they are worn replace them along with the fluid exchange. Transmission Fluid Exchange In near future, before 50k miles When I met Chris, he is one of the politest young men I have ever met. He is a family man. He really cares about his customers and treats them like family. We will be getting all our work at Honda with Chris as our Service advisor. If you have a daughter, wife, family or friend and you drive a Honda I highly recommend taking your car to Chris Yem at Honda South in Morrow. read more

However he did not follow-through with the insurance claim. Called insurance company the next day, informed they were still waiting on pictures of areas on need of service. Fast forward to this past week. I needed my AC fixed. The cons: if "I don't care" was a personality, ALMOST everyone I dealt with at this establishment seemed to be the embodiment of it. Communication was terrible, they couldn't find my paperwork, parts were not delivered on time (had to wait days), I couldn't contact service team employees, and I'd be put on long holds just to be hung up on. The pros: my car did get fixed (crossed fingers that it stays working and I never have to deal with these people again), and Kevin and Kenneth were helpful (the only ones). I had an appointment for an oil change but when I arrived there was a line of cars. I asked if I should go to a different area since I had an appointment but the answer was no. Once I made it to the front they said I should be started on because no one was in the oil change bay. After using the restroom I noticed my car was parked on the side! So we came in to Honda Stone Mountain and we were coming for one car and had spoken to Selam, a friendly sales assistant the night before, but when we got there, not only did Samuel, a Sales Representative meet us with the car waiting, the keys a big professional smile and more, but his friendly manager Curtis did as well. Samuel had even alread driven the car that morning to make sure there were no surprises. There were some things we were concerned about and they were very honest about those issues for the car we came for was facing. They honored the price point that we wanted to stay within and showed us multiple vehicles. They were very patient and proactive in showing us options. That would meet our household's needs. Eventually we made a choice & during the financing discussion they got the car detailed while we waited in stead of waiting until the end. Throughout the process they fed us, (and several other customers too), they got us hydrated, checked on us constantly, negotiated in a way that felt honest...they made us feel like family. I see why customers literally travel from other cities just to buy a car from Samuel and Curtis. I cannot say enough about how professional and proactive. Be very careful when looking at the "costs" associated with your purchase!!! What a rip off! A $19,833 vehicle turned into a $24,252.10 vehicle after all the upcharges and fees! Granted part of the additional add-on charges are Ad Valorem and Taxes but hold up right there. They calculate higher than what is the rate for the state of Georgia for ad valorem just for starters. There are "Reconditioning Cost of $1,695", Taxable fees, Nontaxable fees and Documents fee. The doc fee is well above normal standards and no explanation of these "Taxable" and "Non Taxable" fees. I have never even heard of "Reconditioning Cost"!! Explanation was to cover the inspection of the vehicle of 403 point (bit of an exaggeration there, lol) inspection! I thought this should be part of the routine when selling a car and not an extra charge for them to be doing there job anyway! To talk to someone like they do not have a clue about buying a car is insulting. Immediately after refusing these charges, they come off their total price $2k!! What a racket!! We got up and left.
