When I arrived I was greeted by a man named Jordan, who was friendly & courteous. Jordan evaluated my windshield chip & told me flat out that not all repairs are successful and in the event they're unable to repair my cracked windshield, I still owe them $60 (made sense to me). The whole process took roughly 40 minutes & during my time waiting I learned more about what the business offers. The repair was successful & I was only charged $60. Competitively speaking, they're $50 cheaper than Safelite. When I checked out Safelite in Prince Frederick, they wanted $119 to repair my windshield. I recommend Tri-County Glass for all your glass needs.

None of them impressed me until Greg from Windows on Washington came over. He walked me through several options and explained how the windows they used were manufactured and why. Windows on Washington got the job. My windows and my doors were being manufactured. So they sent out a wonderful gentleman to get the final accurate measurements. Great guy. After that, communication was wonderful as were were assessed of the stage we were in. This included when we got the email and calls explaining that, since we were on a higher floor, they needed to bring in some equipment to lift the new doors up to our balcony. No surprises. Installation day was amazing as Joon and his team came in, got everything into place, and cleaned up the areas to better than when they got here. Joon then went over the features on our windows and even explained how we get to and clean the outsides of the glass. Wonderful man and amazing team. Since then, we have gotten copies of our warranty and the guarantees. And the company has reached out twice to ask if we have any questions and to ensure that we are happy with our windows. We are. We are very happy with our windows. Almost as happy as we are with the people who got them into our home.

I was told it could be up to 6 weeks before I heard from the scheduler, due to their current workload. However, I was contacted on a Friday about 2 weeks later and was told that Monday had opened up for them and that a truck with the materials was already on its way to my property. Since they didn't need anyone home when the work was performed, I agreed. When I got home from work on Monday, the job was done. There was still some debris in the yard, but they did a really good job of cleaning up. I haven't found a single nail on the ground, yet. There were 30 MPH wind gusts the day of the job, so I'm surprised there wasn't more trash scattered around my 7 acres. (I'm also surprised I didn't find roofers scattered around my place!) INSPECTION - scheduled and conducted efficiently; exceptionally thorough inspection report (David). COST - in line with all other quotes, which are apparently driven by the insurance estimate. Green Oak differentiation included owner interaction, master roofer certification, 5 star rating, excellent warranty, professional documentation and workflow management. WORK - scheduled efficiently, material arrived on time the day before, crew arrived on time the day of, work was conscientious and completed in 3/4 day (townhome), clean-up (including loose nail hunt) was impressively thorough. AFTER - received certificate of completion in a timely manner, along with photo record of repaired roof. Not being a roofer, it's difficult to assess the integrity of the new roof & shingles, however the end result appears clean and professional.
