Jordan evaluated my windshield chip & told me flat out that not all repairs are successful and in the event they're unable to repair my cracked windshield, I still owe them $60 (made sense to me). The whole process took roughly 40 minutes & during my time waiting I learned more about what the business offers. The repair was successful & I was only charged $60. Competitively speaking, they're $50 cheaper than Safelite. When I checked out Safelite in Prince Frederick, they wanted $119 to repair my windshield. After that, communication was wonderful as were were assessed of the stage we were in. This included when we got the email and calls explaining that, since we were on a higher floor, they needed to bring in some equipment to lift the new doors up to our balcony. No surprises. Installation day was amazing as Joon and his team came in, got everything into place, and cleaned up the areas to better than when they got here. Joon then went over the features on our windows and even explained how we get to and clean the outsides of the glass. Wonderful man and amazing team. Since then, we have gotten copies of our warranty and the guarantees. And the company has reached out twice to ask if we have any questions and to ensure that we are happy with our windows. We are. What he didn't tell me was that, five to six feet from his attic ladder inspection, was an extremely obvious water pipe leak that had created black fungus on nearby wood. So obvious you could easily view without a flashlight. So what we have here is deceiving a possible customer by telling him he has a roofing leak when, in reality, a plumber was needed to correct the interior water pipe leak. Thus, my one-star rating, which actually should be lower.

AFTER - received certificate of completion in a timely manner, along with photo record of repaired roof.
