Went by the mileage/time sticker they used and never missed a change or went over the mileage suggested, only to find "sludge" in the oil that has destroyed my engine....this seems to suggest the use of "recycled" oil. I went there only on an emergency basis but I will never go there again $89 is way too much for an just a oil change and then they try to pressure you getting anything that's not needed for your car. Next time I'll go to Walmart and I can bring my own oil and will cost me $30. when asked jiffy lube how much it would cost me if I brought my own oil they said $50 That's only $10 less if Walmart put their oil in my car. They make excellent recommendations about keeping my car running efficiently; the staff is incredibly courteous and are very professional; and it's so easy and fast. Took my car back to my regular shop and they said there was no oil on the dipstick when they checked the oil... it was changed 2-3K thousmiles ago... they also recommended that I change the engine air filter when it only needed to be brushed off with compressed air. read more

I called the general manager SCOTT and he argued with me the whole phone call that JIFFY LUBE isn't responsible for making my car LEAK oil. My car leaked a CRAZY amount of oil on my driveway right after taking it to JIFFY LUBE for an oil change. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! RUDE employees AND managers that WILL NOT take responsibility for messing up your car. I took my car to a mechanic and they told me that JIFFY LUBE is notorious for things like this. My oil plug had a DOUBLE GASKET and had leaked out almost all my oil. $130 of synthetic oil down the drain and no one at JIFFY LUBE to take accountability for it. this whole experience is crazy to me but what can u really expect from JIFFY LUBE. Don't be cheap and take your car here it's not worth them messing it up. read more

I went in for oil change on my 1995 Ford Ranger with 52,667 miles at Jiffy Lube #1911 in Sterling VA. They wrote up I had gas tank leak and automatic transmission leaks. I asked where and was told "all bolts around transmission were wet" and "gas tank was leaking at strap". I went home concerned and put the truck in garage and got under it....it was bone dry in both areas. I called back to Assistant Manager same day and to Manager next day and they both blew me off. Manager said I was playing with semantics as they always write up what they see on floor. He was rude, would not stop blabbing, ignored my comments that the reports were specific but totally wrong. He said that they did the right thing....really reporting totally false leaks (especially a gasoline leak). Would not recommend this location. read more

I am a college student, I work at school and also at a local resturant , have a small scholarship that helps but I barely get by. I go to Jiffy lube for a promotion oil change, turn in my coupon , a few minutes later, they find two filters dirty they say this is really bad for your gas milage and the other allows dust in your cabin, then they say your radiator fluid is so bad it will blow up your engine. They scare me and I am afraid that my car will quit My Dad has given me a credit card for emergency use only, He was away on business I could not call him. They charge me $356. but they also give me a $10 coupon for my next visit. I explain the experience to my Dad, he says He changes the filters this Sept, My car is 2018 and raditor fluid could not be so dirty at all, He calls they say to call their grievence dept. to make a long story short. They place all the blame on me. Please please dont go there if you do then you are likley to loose a lot of money and get nothing in return. read more

My daughter was about to leave for college & I noticed her car hood wasn't shut properly. We opened her car hood to find a bristle brush & a screwdriver sitting on the ledge of the car around the engine block underneath the hood! The manager from jiffy lube who drove to our house was more concerned with getting his tools back than he was with apologizing for them leaving the tools there in the first place. I really dislike leaving bad reviews, but I also don't like the idea that they weren't overly concerned or worried about what could have happened to my daughter if her car had died on the highway because a tool they left behind after the oil change would have fallen into her car engine & caused SERIOUS problems! Came here last weekend for a standard oil change. Nothing special, recommended me new $60 wiper blades and $160 air filter which I both declined bc I knew mine were still ok and those rates seemed high...then on my drive home my check engine light goes on suddenly. Call the jiffy lube to inform them, they tell me to bring it back...I said no because why would I trust them now? Clearly they did something wrong if now my engine light is on but before the car was perfectly fine..so I take it to my mechanic and he says sure enough, the casing around the air filter was ripped, he says it's very obvious the last person who inspected the air filter (Jiffy Lube) was reckless and sloppy and ripped it and didn't bother to fix it or replace it, hence why the tried to sell me the expensive "air filter" to try to replace the boot/ casing that they broke!! My mechanic fixed it all but it ran me another $400! So that's a $500 oil change from jiffy lube once you add in the repairs to your car after a visit to them. I would press charges but who's got time for all that? read more

I love it when I take my car in to get serviced and it is not only quick and painless, but they don't try to make me buy every service in the book. That was my experience at this Jiffy Lube. I was in the area and decided to swing by in the afternoon on the President's Day holiday, hoping that the wet snowy weather would keep the crowds away. There was just one car ahead of me that had just pulled into the service bay when I arrived. It took about 15 minutes for each car, so I was in and out in 30 minutes. The waiting area was nice enough, with warm coffee (didn't try it, but it was there!) and perhaps the cleanest public restroom I have ever seen. The employees were very friendly and went through a check list with me of the things they had checked and refilled/cleaned as necessary. Nothing extra was added to my oil change, which was what I expected seeing as my car just had its 60k mile service at the dealer last fall. Great experience all-around. I would definitely come back here if I lived nearby. read more

Jiffy Lube is usually where I will hit to get just an oil change. This location was quick as well as clean. No appointments are necessary. I was in and out on a Sunday within less than 25 minutes. Went to this location for the first time. It was mid day Monday. We normally use the leesburg location, but they are constantly busy. This was lovely. There were three cars in the bays and just my car waiting. Within 5 minutes, they pulled it forward. The lobby was clean and organized. My 2 yo had fun car watching. The staff was professional and friendly to my son and I. In and out in under 15 minutes. It was incredible! read more

I have been getting my 2007 Honda Accord serviced here for over 5 years and I refuse to get it serviced anywhere else because the staff here are beyond Friendly and Efficient.Anytime I needed them to go above and beyond they have. I came in this morning for an oil change which I had been putting off for quite a while. They weren't pushy and didn't try to sell me things I didn't really need - huge improvement from a year ago where this was an issue. I did decide to have my transmission fluid flushed which they gave me a 15% discount on. Overall my trip was quick and I found the staff to be very polite and helpful! read more

They did a fantastic job! They vacuumed my car complimentary. They had a fresh pot of coffee and the lounge was very clean and organized. They were quick! Less than 15 min for oil change. The workers were very personable and thorough. I will never go anywhere else. It's worth the drive for the service! They also said after 3,000 miles or 3 months they will top all my fluids off for free! I don't usually get this excited about oils changes but WOW! read more

Very nice staff, however, I was disappointed with the maintenance done on my car. I went in for an oil change and was told that I needed a little extra work. They told me there was a small oil leak, so I went back the next day and had them fix the issue. I drove less than 5 miles before my battery light came on. I decided to go home since I was close so and could take a look under the hood, but my car died on the road at an intersection. I called the same shop that did the work and told them the story. The manager didn't care much. Even though they did a "signature oil change" they don't check the battery apparently. They also don't fill your windshield fluid, which should be included in the signature package by the way. I explained to them that I had spent around $850 worth of work and parts but my car broke down shortly after I left their shop. At this point, the manager couldn't care less. He said the work that was done had nothing to do with my car breaking down. What's odd is that I had no issue with the actual engine before they worked on it. I was told they could check the engine once I got it towed to their shop and they figured out the problem. No charge to check it at this point, but I would have to pay for any work or parts. In conclusion, it was either the oddest coincidence that my engine died shortly after I left their shop or something they did caused my engine to fail while on the road within 5 miles. That being said, I wouldn't recommend getting work done on your vehicle at this jiffy lube. The woman that greets you when you pull your car up is very polite and helpful, however. read more

These guys are honest and won't take you for a ride. I've been taking my older Volvo's to them for oil changes for a while. While I was driving the other day my high mileage XC90 developed a power system warning. I called my shop and we decided it might be just a bad battery. Since I was right around the corner I took it over to these guys fully ready to buy a new battery and told them to go ahead with an oil change. They brought it into the shop and right away said that they thought it might be a failed alternator. So they stopped and suggested I get it right to my mechanic. They made a point of saying they hadn't started any work and I didn't owe them anything. That's what I did and that turned out to be the problem. I'll definitely go back to these guys. This is not a a full jiffy lube location, not all services are offered here. As per the website "In the unfortunate event you get a flat tire, come by Jiffy Lube®. Select Jiffy Lube locations offer flat tire repairs, as well as the option to buy brand new ones. So what could have been a major headache is just a minor inconvenience" however this location was no help at all. They wanted to call a towing company and send me to an auto shop miles alway. I just went across the street to Costco and got the tire fixed there. read more

Had a very good experience today. I did an oil change along with a radiator flush and a rear differential gear oil change. I have a 1999 pickup truck I keep here in Virginia with my daughter. The radiator coolant was long overdue for change so we did that. They also recommended the rear differential gear oil change. I did a quick internet search and with 124,500 miles on the truck, it was due. The team was excellent. I don't feel they suggested any additional services that weren't need. read more

I don't know if they are under new management of if there's just been a good turnover, but I used to go here and it was just an alright experience. Now, it's great and I was really pleased. (I went on a Thursday early afternoon to get an oil change.) The attendants were really lovely, held open all of the doors, and were clear about my car and didn't try to push me to get any other services. They were polite and super quick - under 15 minutes.
