Food was just okay but service was super slow and not great. The guy on the cash register was very uncommunicative- mumbling so that it was hard to make out what he said and he apparently wasn't listening either as I had to repeat everything more than once. Was also told that hash browns take 20 minutes. Really??? And charging $1.60 for a cup of ice water is ridiculous! read more

I like the Breakfast cup here. Quick easy, no mess breakfast option. Get it with Sriracha. The customer service is very good and attentive. In term of coffee, I will have to pass next time, it had a burnt and artificial taste to it. Not sure if the coffee were over roasted or what. read more

I dropped by there to get some orange juice prior to a company meeting. I asked for a paper cup and they charged me .50 without telling me before hand they would do this. I then attempted to wash my hands in the men's work (it had toilet paper all over the floor). The spout on the sink was loose and I had problems getting any water out of it, I now had soap on my hands and asked if I could use the women's bathroom sink and the Indian women there freaked out! Finally one the staff got the men's sink running but there seemed to be no attempt to fix it. The place just look neglected and sad. I had been there years before and it was better run. Never a fan of their coffee or donuts either. It should be a living example of how to run a business into the ground. read more

What the hell is wrong with Honey Dew? Why is the coffee always bad and burnt tasting regardless of flavor? Why do the bagels have a cheap air-filled taste? if any at all? Why would anyone eat their rubbery egg sandwiches? Better question - Why is it always busy? Those patrons must be "I JUST NEED SOME CAFFEINE TO WAY UP MAN" type of patrons. Honey Dew gets 5 stars at any location, but this location gets a 10. Never have I had such fluffy, flavorful, melt-in-your-mouth delicious donuts even at the other locations. I was still talking about them hours later. The chocolate was rich and even smelled like chocolate. The blueberry donut was like a blueberry muffin mixed with ambrosia. If Honey Dew ever opened up in New Jersey, I would become poor and fat while keeping them in business. So... where did you other reviewers eat, exactly? Gross donuts? Why, because they taste like something other than sugar? Heaven forbid. Granted, I'm not a coffee drinker, so I can't evaluate that. read more

I give this location a 4 because the customer service is great, it's clean and, there are a better variety of pastry's In comparison to Dunkin. The donuts, pastry's and sandwiches are better but, the coffee have a long way to go. Maybe if espresso was offered and a dark flavored roast coffee, it would be competitive to Dunkin. Still a excellent spot, worth the extra dollar if you're ordering beyond a coffee. read more

Stopped at the new Honey Dew Donuts opened on Connector Rd in Westbourgh on my way to work at EMC. Boy was I sadly disappointed. I ordered a Bagel toasted with butter, and Medium Pumpkin Spice coffee, and a Morning Glory muffin. They ran the bagel through the toasted about 6 times to get it warm enough to melt the butter, it was not even close to toasted. My Coffee tasted watered down, I did not even have a hint of Pumpkin taste to it. My Muffin was the best thing I got, and it was dry. Not very good considering they just opened, and D&D is right up Rt 9. read more

I was staying at the DoubleTree up the road and stopped by here in the morning on the way to work. I went inside, instead of using the drive thru, which was a mistake. The service was slow and the staff was more focused on the drive thru customers. I doubt I'll be back. read more

I've been there only early mornings, but I sure find it excellent! Every donut or muffin or breakfast sandwich I've ordered has been excellent. and of course the coffee too. Experience with the women who work there has also been excellent. One of them even said she travels far to work at this location because of the customers. My kind of donut shop!!! ...They bake up Honey Dew products fresh early each morning; I have been there a couple of times while it was happening. read more

A bunch of us use to stop here because it was a convenient location before going to work. And the bunch of us stopped going here. Service is slow causing us to be late for work (average minutes in drive-thru 8), the coffee is inconsistent and mainly just plain terrible (have to dump it out most of the time). The donuts and muffins are ok but the rest is either over cooked or dry. The biggest complaint is when at the drive-thru window, and you see your order sitting there and they make you wait while they fill the orders of a bunch of cars behind you. If your order is ready they should serve it to you and not make you wait. Drive-thru is suppose to be quick and easy and at this location it isn't. Better to go out of the way for a better coffee and better service and not having to wait at the drive-thru while they fill out people's orders behind you. And there isn't even a phone number anywhere posted to call and complain about this location. I wonder why that is. read more
