I usually come here to this location but the service i got this morning was uncalled for. The young woman was very bothered when i made my order when i got to the window i had asked if i could add a donut to the order a d she rolled her eyes and cussed me out under her breatb. Its early at 6am in the morning on March 24th. I got hash browns and a sandwich but never get asked if i want ketchup after asking for the donuts i was quite nervous to ask for my ketchup. I did ask anyways and again she rolled her eyes. I never got a receipt and wS never offered one. This is the last time I use this location. Terrible experience I went into use my free three dollar coupon and to check out their new grilled cheese sandwiches however as you can see from the picture the sandwich wasn't cooked very well it was I thought undercooked however when I went to go eat it it was so hard I thought I was going to break my tooth it was like the worst experience I've ever had. It's smell good but it wasn't toasted properly I want to take it back because I couldn't because it was so hard and the girl at the front counter said well I can't make you another one she said I machine just broke and what do you want me to do and I was like it's really hard like I pushed across the counter and schedule I just can't eat it so she takes looks at it throws it in the trash and walks away so I don't have to call her again never come over and I said please can I talk to someone and so she called the girl from the back room I had waited on us originally told her the situation she end up giving my money back but I said I said that was quite rude of the other lady to not even take care of me but that was just ridiculous. I definitely won't order a food item in this restaurant again their beverages are OK but the food items with just that was just awful. read more

First time visiting a Honey Dew since moving to Boston. Google has them incorrectly opening at 9:00 during the weekdays. I think they open at 5:00am. I tried the honey-dipped donut and the honey dew donut. The texture was different than DD and Krispy Kreme. They were pretty good. The service was friendly and the place was clean. Will stop by to try the Boston cream and chocolate covered donuts next time. read more

Zero stars! Went here two Saturday's in a row after visiting CarMax. I was so excited to try Honey Dew for the first time because I've never been to one. I was immediately disappointed and know I'll never want to ever visit one in life, I've done well enough thus far without it anyways. Last Saturday we came in here for a drink, my parents and I. We went inside and only one person was working. This black woman. Now I understand the drive thru is long so okay whatever. She asked us to hold on a moment, okay. But then more cars came in after we came in and she skipped over us to take their order. As she's taking their order shes facing us making these weird faces like she's annoyed and wants us to run off. My mom turned away from her because the faces were so ... strange. Like that face someone makes when they're rolling their eyes but they don't actually roll them. That's when I told my family I'm ready to go. She skipped over us. That's like if someone were standing behind you in line at a store and the cashier helps them before you ... that's wrong!! Mind you the drive thru line kept coming so how long were we .. paying customers ... supposed to wait? If that's the case close the main store and only have a drive thru. Now today we were driving by (to go back to CarMax) and saw someone else in there. We were excited to give it a second chance because that weird black woman wasn't there. Well once we left CarMax that same weird black lady from last weekend was there (only her), making her weird faces again. This time the place looked abandoned. We made our order. She said they didn't have banana ice cream. I didn't ask for that I asked for a banana smoothie with ice cream per their website. Welp. I didn't even bother clarifying as I didn't even want her making it. I saw another woman there on our way to CarMax would've much preferred her over this weird woman. My mom was like man I wish we would've went earlier. The weird woman apologized but it was so sarcastic I'm like she's just glad she doesn't have to help us with anything ... Just got a coffee from this place, small black 2 sugars. They gave me a black hot liquid which you cannot call a coffee. Doesn't even smell like a coffee. I'm writing this because this is not a first time that I'm getting this kind of liquid from Honey Dew. I just didn't have time to get coffees from somewhere else. I'm wondering why are places like this open? Do they know anything about coffee at all? read more

This little shack hiding in a teeny tiny building off Route 1 houses the only decent Honey Dew Donuts throughout the greater Norwood area. It's true. Dunkin Donuts is good, but a lot of the time, Honey Dew is better. The problem? Honey Dew doesn't have nearly as many locations in the area, making it terribly inconvenient sometimes. Only if I'm going to be way down here in the middle-of-nowhere section of Norwood am I really going to go here. With that said, the other Honey Dew in Norwood (on Washington Street) is horrible. The manager is so rude, and they never give you a receipt or go by any of the policies they have posted, so I really don't mind making the further trip to this one every so often, especially considering how wonderful, friendly and accurate this place is run! Employees are friendly, efficient and accurate. The menu board is always updated, and they always have a great stock of everything, at every time of the day. They don't run out of things, and there has never been a line of more than one car whenever I've gone (which sort of scares me that they may close at some time, which would be extremely disappointing!). Sure, it's a small site in general, however, they still made some space for tables and chairs inside, but no one is ever there. It's like my own hideaway! I will continue to come here as it's always a fast, friendly experience. I always like having great service and this is one establishment where I don't even need to question myself whether I will or not! 5 stars. read more

I love this place! I love this place! I love this place! They have a wide selection of flavored coffees and I have an addiction to the iced cappuccinos! I use to frequent this place every day before heading on my half hour commute to my 9-to-5... this place kept me sane... thank you. Also, I like these donuts much better than Dunk's. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. I didn't even get to try a donut. We visited around 3pm expecting to buy a few different kinds of donuts. But upon entrance it was very apparent we would be leaving empty handed. We were VERY disappointed to walk in and see only 6 donuts on the shelf's behind the counter. There were no options for us when they had a full menu full of donuts. Very disappointed and promptly left without purchase. Would not go back. This honeydew is the worst I have ever been too. The smoothie machine is never on. Most of the staff there sucks and is rude. I always wait at least 8 minutes for a ice coffee and it's never made correctly. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone. read more
