Beware!!! Every piece of meat we received was extremely over-seasoned with salt. We arrived at 3:00 AM and were told last call was at 4:30 AM, which was understandable, but the quality of the food was unacceptable. I've been to other Honey Pig locations and had great experiences, but this location was terrible. When we informed the owner that the meat was much saltier than normal, he spoke to the chef, but nothing was done to resolve the issue. With the time limit approaching, it was simply a waste of the meat we had ordered. What disappointed us most was that the owner never once apologized. He stood right in front of us and yelled at the chef, but never addressed our concerns professionally. We weren't looking for free food or a discount. We simply wanted someone to acknowledge the problem, show that they cared, and offer to replace the meat. We even asked the owner to try the new meat himself, but he showed no interest and acted like our concerns didn't matter. We still paid full price despite receiving food that was barely edible. A simple apology and a sincere effort to fix the situation would have gone a long way. Instead, we felt rushed, ignored, and disrespected. This was the worst service I've experienced in Las Vegas, and I visit four times a year. This restaurant seems more focused on making money than ensuring food quality and customer satisfaction. Food was good and really surprised that we seen this place is open till 5am. I will say though, the service wasn't that great, we were shoved in the corner so the staff never really got back to us and would forget us. We asked for stuff they had on promotion or was marketing and then was told they don't do those anymore, which I feel like they should've taken it down if anything. I really wish I could keep it in 5 stars as I would have 3 years ago when I had the guy with glasses as my server but I genuinely can't no matter how much I love this space. I come in and sit down at 1:10 and everything is fine until after my 6th meat plate since they only let you order 3 plates of meat at a time, the server immediately turns off my grill at around 1:50 and assumes I'm finished when I'm holding the menu waiting to order. At this point I feel extremely rushed for some reason like they don't want me there. I come here late at night because it's less crowded and I can relax by eating by myself as a introverted person and I don't think I will be coming to this location anymore. Today, we walked in and out of Gangnam and Master Kim cuz there were no Korean staff, not even in the kitchen, and no Korean customers. We almost went to 888 then realized it wasn't purely Korean. Just when we were about to give up, we saw this place and thought it will have to do even if it's like the other ones cuz we were tired and hungry. Don't want to gate-keep but people, this place is the real deal! The staff was Korean, writing inside was Korean, and most importantly, the taste was authentic! I used to be a regular customer at Honey Pig KBBQ and visited almost twice a week. Sadly, I don't come here anymore because the service has gone downhill. When Hyun Ju, Vivian, and Sonya were still working here, the service was always excellent. They were friendly, attentive, and made every visit enjoyable. Ever since they left, the overall service quality has noticeably declined. The shorter guy server who wears glasses (not the tall one) has given us some of the worst service we've experienced. He is rude, unfriendly, and doesn't make customers feel welcome. While taking our order, he kept sighing as if serving us was an inconvenience. No customer should feel disrespected like that. I genuinely like the food at Honey Pig, but customer service is just as important. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I no longer feel comfortable dining here. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the service, because losing loyal customers over poor customer service is really disappointing. read more

Only 2 bad things: 1. If we ordered $55 in pork belly, & other meats how does it NOT come with banchan? I know the AYCE you get everything but when we opted to eat A la carte as it's very late & don't want to overstuff ourselves we were just shocked it didn't COME with banchan. Never seen that before. So yes, we got charged for each side dish lol 2. If you're a business that says you're open til 5- why turn off the lights & hint for us to leave at 4am? We're in the industry & wouldn't want to make you stay any later- we tip well & are very nice I don't see why someone would do that. Also we got a la carte! Easily the best Korean K-BBQ in the US! Cooking pork belly on a Sot-ttukkeong was amazing. All the meats (beef belly, brisket, honeycomb pork belly, pork jowl) were so fresh and delicious. I have had Honey Pig a bunch of times over the years and there was been a noticeable difference in service and not in a good way. We didn't order from the AYCE menu and ordered a la carte meat dishes. The food was definitely the highlight. The honeycomb cut pork belly was fresh and flavorful when combined with the kimchee and bean sprout. If you're going just for the food, it does deliver. That said, the service was pretty average. Nothing terrible, but not very attentive either. When you order à la carte they are supposed to cook and cut the meat for you but we ended up doing most of it. This place was amazing in so many ways. All the staff were so amazing, friendly, and attentive. It wasn't super busy and I am so surprised because the food was amazing. I believe this place does both ayce and a regular menu, but we did ayce. We chose the cheaper section a because it already had everything we wanted. All the food tasted great and portion was great. It was a nice well lit and simple place which gave a family style atmosphere. The bill was less than $60!!! That was cheap for us. Would definitely recommend this place and would go here again. And I love the type of grill they use. It doesn't burn your meats because of the direct fire like other places have which means there is no reason to interrupt your meal because there is no grill change. read more
