So for starters, they have a great happy hour, trick is it's in the bar seating area only, they do have a couple high tops set in the back should you choose to imbibe. The dining area and outdoor patio give a rustic country kitchen feel which suits their fresh seasonal ingredient filled menu. We have honestly never had a bad meal here. The food tends to disappear before we get to take pictures, sorry that's lacking. I've read the service here isn't good, but we've either been lucky or just have come on good days because we haven't had any issues. The only issue that is kind of a nonissue is that it gets busy fast, of the 3-4 times we've eaten here we've probably come 10 times and there was a loooong wait so we decided to go elsewhere. Overall flavours were well rounded, balanced and meats and fish were well cooked, but for the price and for what it is, I do think it was slightly over hyped. Visited Honey Salt for brunch while I was in Las Vegas for the weekend. It is located in the suburb of Summerlin. We made a reservation for mid-morning and once we arrived we were promptly seated. The restaurant is large with cute decor. Jana was our server and she was kind, speedy, and attentive. The brunch menu had several options without being overwhelming. I opted for the hot honey chicken biscuit and my friend ordered the Biloxi buttermilk fried chicken sandwich. Overall, the food was good and in my opinion, the portions were just right. My only suggestion was the biscuit could have been a bit softer but I finished my plate! For drinks, I got an espresso martini flight and it came with three different cocktails that distinctly taste different--my fave of the three was the carajillo. This place kept coming up and with its farm to table concept, I wanted to give it a try. We had a reservation on a Saturday morning (not difficult to get one) and we were seated immediately upon entering. The inside is larger than we expected and the inside decor gives it a very home-y vibe. I ordered the hot honey butter chicken biscuit and my partner ordered the grain power salad. Everything was good-portions are okay-a little on the smaller side if I'm being honest. Server was very kind and checked up on us regularly throughout the meal and they regularly refilled our water. Came here earlier today for brunch and the service was "ok". Although the staff was courteous, however there were moments where we felt rushed, and/or ignored. Example: after inquiring if we wanted to ordered drinks and we declined, no one came to us to order.... We literally waited for 15min before we started flagging down for a waiter/waitress.... Ex 2. I had a plate that was empty but all my meds were in there and one of the staff just came and picked up the plate with my meds. I had to tell him that my meds were there and just grabbed them (he took the plate away). Ex 3. I was not here when it happened but my friend told me this... She said that the waitress asked if she wanted dessert when I went to the restroom and my friend declined, so the waitress immediately said "ok I'll hand you the check now". My friend and I both felt that it would've made more sense if we asked for the check, instead of the waitress offering the check right after my friend declined on the dessert. Such a cute place! The inside is much bigger than I expected with charming England country decor. We ordered the eye catching veggie hummus plate. The plating is definitely beautiful and creative. It's also very tasty. My lemon chicken salad is kind of boring. I do like they. They use egg white chunks in salad. However, the lemon salad dressing it's just too sour. I thought they could use a few more kinds of leafy vegetables in the salad, adding some seeds and olive oil will be good too. Services is standard. Everyone raved about their food but said the coffee left much to be desired as it was cold and watered down. Service was slower than we expected considering the restaurant was not yet very busy. Servers were not very attentive and seemed bothered when we wanted to place our order, but I get it...they were probably still waking up. It was obvious that isn't the standard as the person pouring water made sure our glasses were never empty, and the person who appeared to be head chef was fixated on details and making sure every dish went out perfectly - which it did. Fantastic food. So, I can forgive the slower servers but hope management addresses as it is clear there are high standards in this establishment. At the end of the day - would still take guests here and even drop in for brunch if it's just me and the hubby. Decor is cute. Menu is fun and every dish was fantastic. It feels relaxed and comfortable while still being a place you can come for a nice lunch or dinner. The service was also good. Our server, Fatima, was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal without making us feel rushed. I ordered the tuna poke bowl and really enjoyed it. It's definitely not your typical poke bowl, which I actually liked. It had a lot going on in the best way the tuna was fresh, the noodles were really good, and I loved all the different textures throughout the bowl. The crunchy tortilla strips on top added the perfect amount of crunch and made every bite a little different. The edamame, avocado, radish, and other fresh ingredients all worked really well together, and the portion was filling without feeling too heavy. Everything from the atmosphere to the food and service made for a really enjoyable experience. Fatima took great care of us, and I'd definitely return. The Honey Salt White Sangria was refreshing and easy to drink as well. For food, we ordered from the lunch menu. My friend's shaved steak sandwich was solid and overall satisfying. I ordered the chicken shawarma bowl, which unfortunately fell a bit short of expectations. The flavors were mild and it needed more salt, more hummus, and a heavier hand with the Greek yogurt tahini dressing. It tasted a little unfinished, especially compared to how flavorful the dish sounded on the menu. That said, the atmosphere was pleasant and I still plan to come back! A beautiful place to go for brunch, the staff is always so friendly and always welcoming. I think even the manager came up to us while we were waiting to be seated to make sure someone had helped us. As always anytime I come here, I always have to get the bottomless mimosas and I love the blood orange and as usually it was perfect and my glass was never empty. For the table we shared the avocado toast (so good, we returned two days later to get it again). For myself, I got the hot honey butter chicken biscuit and it was delicious. On the second visit we did for the avocado toast, I also tried the espresso martini flights and I loved that you could taste the difference in all three. Found this spot while looking for lunch/brunch options and it did not disappoint. We had the BELT and chicken sandwich to share and they were very good! The BELT had a thick cut of bacon as the star of the dish, and the chicken sandwich had a nice crispy crunch that didn't feel too heavy. We got a couple of ginger shots with our meal, and then ended with the Society chocolate banana cake that could feed a whole family. Decadent, not too sweet, and basically tastes like banana bread with chocolate layers. It was good, but bring enough people to share it with! Met up with a couple of work colleagues and after perusing the menu, we all went with a light lunch/salad. Pleasant service and very attentive with keeping our waters filled. Nice décor and bar seating available. The avocado toast and green goodness juice was delicious 5/5 and would get this again. The lemon chicken salad was good 4/5 lacked enough vinegarette dressing and the chicken was kind of dry. Elizabeth's Caesar salad was good 4/5, the Tuscan kale and romaine was tossed in plenty of dressing but the house made torn croutons were dry and the added grilled chicken was also dry. Perhaps next time I will ask for extra black garlic dressing. They do offer weekly features for dinners, 1/2 off select wine bottles and weekend brunch! I would still love to come back and try their brunch with bottomless mimosa's and bloody's. They have lots of delicious sounding items from monkey bread, French toast and benny's. My parents wanted American food for dinner, so we came here one night during our week-long stay in Vegas. Service wss very friendly and attentive here. We were seated very quickly without having to reserve a table prior to our arrival. As a family, we shared the margherita pizza (which was more accurately a flatbread), steak frites with added shrimp, Brussels sprouts, and short rib. I've now visited Honey Salt 23 times across brunch, lunch, happy hour ("Golden Hour"), and dinner service, and at this point the problems cannot be dismissed as an off night, staffing issue, or bad luck. Twenty-three visits eliminate coincidence. The food is consistently decent -- which makes the service failures even more aggravating -- because what should be an easy recommendation is repeatedly undermined by chronically inattentive, uneven, and selective service. To be fair, there has only been one notable food miss. My sister once ordered the steak frites, and the steak arrived tough and noticeably gamey. Food quality is otherwise generally reliable. The ongoing problem at Honey Salt is not the kitchen -- it is the front-of-house service culture surrounding it. There are only two servers I've encountered who are consistently competent and attentive (one usually working Sunday dinner and a brunette woman with glasses behind the bar). Outside of those two, service ranges from indifferent to outright neglectful, and the contrast feels normalized rather than accidental. Honey Salt appears to operate with two service roles. Staff in black shirts -- the food runners -- are consistently professional and efficient. The recurring problems come from the blue flannel-shirt servers responsible for guest interaction, refills, and table management. The people delivering food do their jobs. The people responsible for hospitality often do not. The most recent visit was simply the latest example. Sitting at the bar, I watched the bartender check in with every guest around me while completely skipping over me. After taking my order, she did not speak to me again until I had to ask for the bill myself. No check-in, no acknowledgment. Only after I handed over my credit card did she suddenly drop off a drink saying they had made an extra, then immediately walked away. A last-minute free drink does not erase an entire meal of being ignored. This is not isolated. It is a pattern. Brunch service is consistently the worst offender. One recurring server minimizes interaction to the bare minimum and treats guests as inconveniences. During bottomless mimosa service, he intentionally uses oversized glasses to reduce refill frequency, rarely checks in, and ignores polite acknowledgment entirely. Drinks eventually arrive, but the attitude makes it feel like you are imposing simply by being there. On multiple brunch visits, I have effectively been forgotten. On one occasion, after waiting and asking other staff for help with a refill, I ultimately had to walk to the bar myself. At these prices, that is not a minor lapse -- it is a failure of basic hospitality. Golden Hour service varies wildly by seat location. At the bar, proximity forces minimal attention. At nearby high-tops, service slows to near invisibility -- long waits, no check-ins, and tables bypassed entirely. Dinner service shows the same pattern. I have repeatedly watched servers actively attend surrounding tables while skipping mine, returning only after it becomes obvious I am waiting. Being treated as an afterthought has become routine. After 23 visits, this reflects a management problem. The selective attentiveness becomes impossible not to notice and creates an uncomfortable, alienating experience no guest should have to question. The most frustrating moment comes when the bill arrives. Tipping begins to feel coerced rather than earned, creating resentment instead of appreciation -- and no restaurant should condition customers to reward consistently inattentive service. Honey Salt has good food and a pleasant setting, but inattentive front-of-house service overshadows everything else. After 23 visits and repeated chances to improve, the conclusion is unavoidable: until management addresses the entrenched service inconsistency, this restaurant is difficult to recommend despite every opportunity to get it right. read more

The outer edge of the roll had a few small pieces of lobster, but the roll was totally empty. VERY POOR !! The price was out of line for this product. I know lobster is expensive, but then do not recommed the product with gracious intent, and delivered nothing !! Get rid of that false menu or improve the product. I feel ripped off; yesterday we spend over $150 at this restaurant ; we would have been better served doing to Angie's on Blue Diamond and getting a large portion of lobster and pickle and more for $9.99. Honey salt is my favorite neighborhood restaurants. I've been coming here since the beginning and I've never had bad food or service. My only complaint would be they seasonally change their menu and I've already fallen in love with a dish and then it will be gone. (Hint hint spicy rigatoni and the sizzling shrimp dish) Steve is our go to server but everyone is excellent and knowledgeable about the menu and cocktails. The happy hour is SOLID! We chose to sit inside, where the farmhouse décor and chandeliers made the dining room feel rustic and stylish. My friend ordered the BELT, and we were shocked (in the best way) when the biggest, thickest piece of bacon we've ever seen arrived at the table. Usually service outside is a little slower, but the staff was really great and fast at Honey Salt. We started with the Summerlin Crudite. We went to Honey Salt on a Sunday morning for brunch, and it was absolutely packed--every table inside was full, which already told us it's a popular spot. The vibe inside is really cute, leaning into a modern country style with a cozy yet stylish feel. Service was excellent throughout our visit. Staff were attentive without being overbearing--someone was always topping off our waters and clearing plates promptly. As for the food, we enjoyed everything we ordered. The corn soup bisque and frittata were flavorful and comforting, and my chicken lemon salad was fresh, bright, and satisfying. The only downside of the visit came at the end when I ordered a hot coffee to go. Unfortunately, the cups they use just aren't practical--the lids don't stay on securely, and it was nearly impossible to hold without risking a spill. Even though the staff kindly warned me to be careful, the lid still slipped, and I spilled coffee on the table and floor. The staff handled it graciously and didn't make me feel bad about it at all, but ultimately I ended up dropping the coffee in the parking lot without taking a single sip. For this reason, I wouldn't recommend ordering hot coffee to go here until they figure out a different cup situation. My husband tried the burger. The prepared it medium-rare as requested. It also came with freshly fried fries that had fluffy interiors. It was very good. We had the macaroni and cheese (with kale) before and loved it last time. It's made with very good croutons that taste house made. Last time it had a great cheesy taste. This time it was much saucier...At first I thought I tasted cream cheese but when I ate a little more I think they slipped with a little too much sour cream or something that is similar to sour cream? labne? yogurt? because it was stronger tasting than the cheese flavor. I brought home 1/2 my sandwich so I could try dessert and we shared the key lime pie. It was worth the calories and was much better than most key lime pies out there.
