Our first breakfast stop in Vegas this weekend was Toasted Gastro Brunch, and it was BOMB! First off, the atmosphere was so much fun. They were playing classic oldies like The Temptations and "My Girl," and it just created such a fun, upbeat environment to have brunch in. Our server Jonathan, who goes by Johnny, was AWESOME. He took such great care of us, gave us great recommendations, and really went above and beyond. I ordered the Red Monster Bloody Mary and asked for the shrimp on the side. I hadn't mentioned that I was allergic, so when it came out with the shrimp in the drink, I just had my husband take it. Johnny realized what happened and brought me a completely new drink anyway. He absolutely did not have to do that, and I really appreciated that extra touch of service. The food was SO good. My husband and I shared the ABC Hash--avocado, pork belly, cheddar, potatoes, and two sunny-side-up eggs--and it was delicious. The pork belly had great flavor and was nice and crispy. My son had the two-egg, bacon, and fruit plate, and can I just say THANK YOU for serving strawberries and pineapple instead of the sad melon medley you get at so many places? My son LOVES strawberries, so he was happy, and my husband and I happily took care of the pineapple. We also added a chocolate chip pancake for him, because of course we did. The Red Monster Bloody Mary was really good and definitely on the strong side! My husband said the shrimp was delicious too. They also let us try the Green Monster mix on its own, which is tomatillo-based, and that was really good too. I was so torn between the two, but ultimately went with the classic red and was happy with my choice. All around, FIVE STARS. Service Food Atmosphere We would absolutely come back the next time we're in Vegas--and when we do, we're asking for Johnny!

Solid breakfast/brunch choice for indoor or outdoor seating in the southwest area. Great menu choices. Decided on the breakfast quesadilla with barbacoa. Just a nice blend of flavor with a passion fruit tea. Service was great from Katelyn.

Fantastic Brunch Experience! What a GREAT experience at Toasted Gastrobrunch! From the food to the drinks to the service, everything was fantastic! Our server, Mentor, was absolutely wonderful -- friendly, attentive, fun, and made the whole experience even better. Dave declared his Bloody Mary the BEST Bloody Mary he's ever had -- and apparently he was having a green day, because he was loving everything! The food was delicious, the drinks were creative and SO good, but they really got me with the espresso martini. Who puts your actual PHOTO on top of an espresso martini?! Such a fun and unexpected touch! And then there was the Dolly butterfly reference! WOW! Those little details made the whole experience so memorable. Fantastic food, fantastic drinks, fantastic service and such a fun atmosphere. We will DEFINITELY be back!

BENNY'S = EGG BENEDICT and Toasted Gastobrunch does it RIGHT! We made reservations for Sunday at 11:45 an hour before and so glad we did! This place was totally packed & busy! The ambiance is loud and vibrant! They cater to special diets and the menu indicates Vegetarian, Spicy & Gluten Free options. Nicole, our server, gave us great recommendations for our brunch. She was very hospitable and took great care of us despite all the other tables she had to attend to! My Denver-ish Scramble was abundant and hearty! The quality of the vegetables was fresh & colorful! My love ordered a Benny and WOW! There are no words! Definitely worth trying! The only recommendation I would make is to have ketchup and jelly available on the tables so the servers don't have to take away from their time with their guests. Lots of large parties of 8 seated. Plenty of space for large groups inside with outside patio dining available too. Booth seating is also available for parties of 4. Counter service available and full bar. We look forward to coming back again soon with family & friends!

I've been wanting to try this place forever and I finally came when I met with a friend for brunch. I made my reservation on yelp and was seated as soon as I walked in. The menu had a good variety of options and I decided on the French toast combo. I was able to change my meat to the chicken sausage. My friend ordered the shrimp and grits. We had no complaints. The food was amazing. The service was great. I will definitely be back to try other items.

Met my friend for brunch on the very rare Saturday off. It was busy but we were still seated fast. The waiter was very pleasant and attentive. The food came out fast and it was delicious. I will be back again! Definitely needed those Mimosas after a long week.

We went here for Mother's Day brunch which is probably the hardest day to work as a server. What made this place better than other brunch places is their Bloody Mary - I haven't had one that thick in a while. And the bacon is came with is perfect thickness. My wife got the green Bloody Mary and I actually liked that one more. It's a really unique take on a Bloody Mary be sure to try it. I ordered the brisket hash with gluten free bread and it was all perfect. I wish this place had more GF options but I still appreciate they have offerings at all! You won't go wrong if you try this place.

Our server Krista was so incredible and made the entire dining experience at Toasted so fun! The food was delicious and service was awesome. Also, the ambiance of the restaurant is really cozy and nice. There is even outdoor seating for the cooler months to enjoy. I definitely recommend Toasted, and ask for Krista!

Food is great big portion sizes! I only was able to eat half of the veggie hash. We also ordered stuffed French toast it came with drizzle of caramel it was a bit too sweet for me but it had a very similiar taste to apple pie. I also had a Bloody Mary it honestly wasn't the best- the presentation was great but taste 2/5. Great customer service, the waiter provided a breakdown of the menu and also provided their popular customer favorites which was nice. Great for families and big groups.

Ambiance: a casual place to go. they had covered outdoor seating which was nice Service: service was good. our server came by often and gave us his recommendations Food: burrito is huge but delicious!!! my bf got the "breakfast burrito" and i'll be getting that next time. i got the smoked brisket hash & it was good. perfect portion size for me. it was on the saltier side for my liking but i'm not a big salty person. can't wait to come back and get their burrito!

This is a fabulous place for brunch!!! Some of the best I have ever had! Fresh squeezed juices and cappuccino. Best Benny selection as well. Thanks Mentor for the great service!

WISH WE COULD GIVE MORE THAN 5 STARS! Service is always top tier. Food is somehow, even better! Special shout out to the amazing Mentor. By far the most friendly, kind and accommodating. Truly have never walked into this restaurant and not felt extremely welcomed as well as leaving completely satisfied. Can't wait until next time!

I destroyed the short rib Benny but saving the Salmon Toast for later! Yum!

I ordered the Smoked Salmon Benedict with arugula and roasted tomato salad, and I'd give it an 8/10. The Benedict was a little salty for my taste, but thankfully, it didn't overpower the other flavors. The seasoning and hollandaise sauce complemented the dish really well. My father ordered the exact same thing and absolutely loved it. My mother went with the Mexican Avocado Toast, which she rated a 7.8/10. She also found it slightly salty, and the dish was a little cheesier and oilier than she preferred. Since she isn't a big fan of cheese, that affected her overall rating. However, she still enjoyed it enough to finish her meal. My wife ordered the Chicken & Waffle Mac, which was definitely an interesting and creative take on the classic chicken and waffles. Having macaroni incorporated into the waffle made the dish unique. The chicken was crispy and flavorful, and she gave it an 8/10. Thinking there wasn't any macaroni with her entrée, my wife also ordered a side of Cheesy Macaroni. She was pleasantly surprised by it and gave it a 9/10. It ended up being one of her favorite parts of the meal. Overall, Parlour Brunch and Late Night Burger Bar was a solid family dining experience with a comfortable atmosphere, creative dishes, and plenty of flavor.

We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.
