The menu has changed a bit since the restaurant first opened, but the chefs are still doing their thing in the kitchen. The food is really good, and there's always something new worth trying. They also offer a nice selection of crisp wines, and the service is consistently solid. The only thing I really miss is their happy hour--I'd love to see that come back. You can also choose to sit inside or outside, which makes it a great spot either way.

Fine Company is a New American Restaurant located in downtown Summerlin. They offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner and their own fresh baked goods. It's a smaller restaurant and we waited for a table. They sat us in the corner. Then I noticed how filthy the floor was with lots of dirt and debris and I suddenly thought maybe I made a poor dining decision today? This visit is very difficult to rate. On one hand my husband's smash burger was especially good. That one gets 4-5 stars. On the other hand I would not recommend the house made pastrami rueben. Maybe the main problem with the pastrami was that it wasn't cooked enough. The fat was so hard that it could be used as dental floss. The other major problem were the unbalanced flavors. It was mainly black pepper and smoke. My husband was more upset about the lack of filling. I brought home 1/2 the sandwich because that is too much bread for me. He weighed the filling in the one half. between the scant amount of cabbage and the pastrami it was LESS THAN ONE OUNCE. As a minor peeve. Also people from the east coast will not recognize this bread as rye bread. 1-2 stars. Also another minor peeve is that they could have garnished the plate with a pickle. It was 105 degrees and refills were not offered. I might be generous on averaging this visit to 3 stars.

This place is amazing! Keola was our server and he took such great care of us. His friendliness and recommendations are spot on. Best customer service! The big island banana bread, steak and eggs, open face lox toast and the Medi chicken are all a must try. All their matcha drinks are bomb. The inside is super cute. Highly recommend for a nice brunch day feel. Inside of Downtown Summerlin, nice to walk around after having a great meal and time with family and friends

Fine Company is a "Fine" place to grab a quick bite. It's actually very nice inside, we enjoyed the comfort here. The service was excellent, no issues there either . As far as the food, she had a chicken farmers market salad, with beets, feta, onions, and it was pretty good. The albacore tuna melt was what I was excited to try. It unfortunately didn't hit all aspects. The tuna was good, but the English muffin it was housed on outweighed both the tuna and cheese. It may have been better if the muffin was toasted more as it was too doughy for a tuna melt as well. Decent place, worth a try minus the tuna melt.

Date of visit: February 16, 2026 This was my very first meal as an employee of a Las Vegas company so of course I will always remember this experience. In addition to the momentous occasion, this was also my first time at Downtown Summerlin, but it definitely won't be my last. Service was good if a bit slow, it did seem like a pretty steady lunch for the restaurant but getting acknowledged in a timely fashion could have been better, so it's a good thing that the food definitely did deliver! The highlight of the meal was certainly the banana bread, which they are famous for and for very good reason. We had it as a dessert and I would recommend that really to anyone.

I've visited Fine Company a few times now. A few years back for dinner, and more recently for breakfast and brunch. I'm a huge fan of the baked goods they produce daily on site, such as the banana bread and the English muffins, and was so pleasantly surprised when I visited on a weekend recently and was told cinnamon rolls are also available and made in-house. I find their coffee to be delicious. On my most recent visit my friends and I ordered iced dark chocolate mochas and a matcha and found it all to be yummy and not overly sweetened. We ordered banana bread and a cinnamon roll to be shared, and were delighted by both. We ordered the FC Cobb, the DTS Breakfast, and the Open Face Avocado "Toast" for our entrees and enjoyed everything. It was all fresh, came out to the temperature it should, and was very filling. While the food is great, the service is always pretty exceptional here. Staff are friendly and kind while being attentive. They are always willing to make recommendations and are helpful about what might be shareable versus what isn't/ shouldn't be shared (because you'll want it all for yourself-- see the cinnamon roll for this!).

Delicious smash burger but yes please keep special sauce on side. Beware a bit sweet for us who rather saltier or savory

So... Never been here and waitress said they been here 3 years... So very clean also laid back in somewhat upscale area. So I started with spiced butter latte perfection. So I asked my server Jenna what would she would recommend. I had 3 choices and she picked the smash burger out of the three being it was still breakfast I asked to put an egg. The burger was perfect as is. They did say it came with special sauce thank you for putting on sides because it was not for me. I usually like savory instead of sweet and that sauce was somewhat sweet. I added mustard and it fixed it. Jenna was perfect in all ways. Extremely friendly a good person with nice smile and laugh. Gracias

Cute interior design, nice and spacious. All the dishes were great and tasty, especially the sandwich but it is a bit on the oily side. I do see many others place order for their matcha drink, maybe I'll give that a try next time!

My gal pals wanted to take me to lunch for my birthday and I selected this restaurant. I have dined here previously when they first opened back in 2023 but I never reviewed. First of all service was outstanding. We sat outside as weather was perfect and we had a fantastic server. She even surprised me with a little birthday treat that I shared with the whole table. We all loved the homemade banana bread which is an item they are known for. Both times I have ordered it and it is so yummy. I also had a Cobb Salad with added chicken. Not the best Cobb Salad I have ever ate but perhaps I just ordered the wrong item. The first time I was there for brunch and really loved the breakfast sandwich and other items which I can see are no longer on the menu. My friends enjoyed the Avocado Toast, Tuna Poke Bowl, and the Farmers Market Salad. The matcha tea latté was very good and went well with the banana bread. It really is a great staple to Downtown Summerlin and I will definitely be back again.

The ambiance, customer service, and menu selections are very good. The home made English muffin is above average and I would consider it again when wanting that type of bread. There was about a 15 minute wait to be called back in for seating. This gave us time to browse the Saturday farmers market a little while during the wait period. The restaurant takes your phone number then texts you when your table is ready. It took approximately 50 minutes from the time we sat down to receive our food. They were short-staffed at the time which put a heavier burden on all the staff. It was obvious they were doing the best they could. The pastrami is above average and is worth coming back. Other than the longer than expected wait for the food, it was a pleasant experience with good food.

Nice sunny day led us to try Fine Company instead of our original choice and I'm glad we did! It wasn't too busy, and we were warmly greeted before deciding to dine outside. The patio was fairly clean and had a lovely, relaxing view. Our server, Sara, was kind and attentive. We started off with drinks, and let me tell you ... the blueberry lemonade is hands-down an A+! I had the mahi-mahi fish tacos, which were perfectly cooked and delicious. My husband went with the cheeseburger and fries; he enjoyed everything except the secret sauce. Overall, we loved our brunch experience and will definitely be back!

Is the Dinner Menu available all day?

No. The hours for each menu are on the website.

Closes at 5? Is this a breakfast/brunch place? Or are these soft opening-type hours?

I'm told that they will eventually open for dinner. Patio is now open and is great to enjoy Fine Time from 3pm-5pm daily. Chef creates a special snack and cocktail menu apart from the regular offerings. It's really fun! Patio is also dog friendly.

Unfortunately, two of those five visits have resulted in what appeared to be food poisoning. The first time was about five years ago, after which we didn't return for quite a long time. We decided to give the restaurant another try a couple of months ago and had a great experience, so we felt comfortable coming back again yesterday. We ordered the steak and lobster and even upgraded the steaks. My husband didn't want his lobster, so I ate both lobster tails, although I only had a very small amount of the steak. Around 3 a.m., I woke up extremely nauseous and then developed the same symptoms I experienced the first time I got sick here. The first incident, years ago, was after eating the salmon. I very rarely get sick from food and have only experienced food poisoning three times in my life. Unfortunately, two of those three times have been after eating at this restaurant, which is extremely concerning to me. I do want to mention that the servers and hosts have always been incredibly kind, attentive, and provide great service. My concern is specifically with the food and what may be happening in the kitchen. I hope management takes these complaints seriously and reviews their food handling, storage, cooking temperatures, and overall food-safety practices to help prevent foodborne illness. I really wanted to be able to enjoy this restaurant again, but after getting sick twice, I unfortunately don't feel comfortable returning.

I shouldn't have to clearly hear conversations that are happening to the tables next to us. It was definitely a squeeze getting in and out of the tables without interrupting the table next to you. Our server recommended getting two plates per person. The menu isn't designed to have appetizers or entrees per se, so this menu seemed like it's kind of a tapas place or kind of not? If the plates aren't appetizers or entrees and they're more shareable, then why would we only get 3 pork ribs pieces instead of 4? The pork ribs had great flavor. it was crispy, tender, and fall off the bone at the same time, but it would've been better if they added one more pork rib bone instead of 3. The whipped brie with blackberry and honey was a bit disappointing. Even after mixing the whipped brie and with the blackberries, there were barely any fruit or honey flavor. All I tasted was salt. The brie was too salty with no taste of fruit or honey. Moreover, the brie came with 2 small pieces of toast, cut into 4 pieces. There was definitely more brie than toast, so we requested additional brioche toast. Of course we got charged extra for the toast. I just think the brie to toast ratio should be better. It seemed like the plate was 85% brie and 15% toast. How are we supposed to eat the rest of the brie when the toast provided is gone? I did not enjoy more brie over brioche ratio. We also got the burger and trout. Both shareable portions. The burger tasted like a slightly elevated Big Mac but saltier. Trout was good and cooked seared with a medium rare center. Flavor wise, the trout and pork ribs were my favorite. Also, the smokin petal cocktail was perfect. Overall, the experience here was just okay.

The quality is amazing and you can definitely tell the chefs in the back put in tons of effort and love on the food. I sit at the bar and the bartenders are always good, I haven't caught their names but I have come on different occasions and none of them have ever given me bad service. They're all so inviting and kind and always make sure I have everything I need. I tend to overtip of leave a 22-30% tip cause they deserve it for their amazing work. Dare I say its been a Masterclass experience coming here? Yes, weather you come here for late night drinks and happy hour or their lunch you won't be disappointed! Thank you 595 for the Masterclass experience!

Why isn't this establishment a Michelin starred restaurant?…read more The service is impeccable. The surroundings and staff are pleasant. We came here for a celebratory birthday for a friend and they treated us correct. Everyone had the filet and it melted as soon as we put the knife on it. I woke up to what really is a medium well steak. Not too dry and borderline a little red but it was moist. Juan Carlos took great care of us. Unfortunately they do t honor military discount.

I hadn't been here in quite a few years and my last experience was nothing to write home about…read more A friend suggested it for dinner and I thought I would just go along since it was a group of 6 of us. This place is......not good. I'm honestly blown away by some of the reviews. The food, the service, the vibe - it was all lacking. I eat at a lot of steakhouses, so I may have higher expectations than the average diner. Service: - Our server was very friendly, but forgot about us the entire back half of our meal (we even skipped ordering dessert because we were completely forgotten about and sat there for so long after finishing dinner). - He was not well versed in handling wine (which IMO in unacceptable for an "award winning steakhouse"). He handled the wine glasses by the bowl instead of the stem and poured extremely large servings, about 4 oversized glasses from a single bottle. Food: - The steak tartare was very thick, large chunks instead of a classic fine mince. It was served with tasteless bread that had heavy black grill marks on it. Would never order again. - The calamari and brussels were both tasty and fine. - My NY strip was so full of tendons that I couldn't even chew through it some of it. I can't remember the last time I actually left a piece of steak on my plate from a dinner. - We were ordered a flight of steak sauces and they were spread all over the table with no explanation of what was what. - As for sides, we ordered mash, mac and cheese, broccolini and cauliflower....all very average. Vibe: - completely lacked ambiance. The lighting was bright, there was no background music, and it felt more like a casual neighborhood diner than a place you'd expect to enjoy a nice steak dinner. Unfortunately, this visit reminded me why it had been years since my last visit. Between the average food, inconsistent service, and lackluster atmosphere, I left genuinely wondering how this restaurant has earned such high ratings. Summerlin has far too many incredible restaurants to justify another visit, and for a steakhouse, I'd choose T-Bones or Harlo every time.
