What a beautiful & amazing restaurant, located at my FAV place - Downtown Summerlin. I've only been here twice, in which both times were for brunch. The restaurant staffs were amicable & efficient. The first visit was with my hubby, son, and a longtime girlfriend. All four of us enjoyed the following: Breakfast burrito; Kids big breakfast, yogurt parfait, and banana nut bread. The second visit was just me and my son. I had the yogurt parfait, which was refreshing & delicious with a touch of honey. My son liked his fluffy corn waffle too! The inside is always inviting & spotless too! We are looking forward to trying dinner here next.
Fine Company is a New American Restaurant located in downtown Summerlin. They offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner and their own fresh baked goods. It's a smaller restaurant and we waited for a table. They sat us in the corner. Then I noticed how filthy the floor was with lots of dirt and debris and I suddenly thought maybe I made a poor dining decision today? This visit is very difficult to rate. On one hand my husband's smash burger was especially good. That one gets 4-5 stars. On the other hand I would not recommend the house made pastrami rueben. Maybe the main problem with the pastrami was that it wasn't cooked enough. The fat was so hard that it could be used as dental floss. The other major problem were the unbalanced flavors. It was mainly black pepper and smoke. My husband was more upset about the lack of filling. I brought home 1/2 the sandwich because that is too much bread for me. He weighed the filling in the one half. between the scant amount of cabbage and the pastrami it was LESS THAN ONE OUNCE. As a minor peeve. Also people from the east coast will not recognize this bread as rye bread. 1-2 stars. Also another minor peeve is that they could have garnished the plate with a pickle. It was 105 degrees and refills were not offered. I might be generous on averaging this visit to 3 stars.
The menu has changed a bit since the restaurant first opened, but the chefs are still doing their thing in the kitchen. The food is really good, and there's always something new worth trying. They also offer a nice selection of crisp wines, and the service is consistently solid. The only thing I really miss is their happy hour--I'd love to see that come back. You can also choose to sit inside or outside, which makes it a great spot either way.
Fine Company is a "Fine" place to grab a quick bite. It's actually very nice inside, we enjoyed the comfort here. The service was excellent, no issues there either . As far as the food, she had a chicken farmers market salad, with beets, feta, onions, and it was pretty good. The albacore tuna melt was what I was excited to try. It unfortunately didn't hit all aspects. The tuna was good, but the English muffin it was housed on outweighed both the tuna and cheese. It may have been better if the muffin was toasted more as it was too doughy for a tuna melt as well. Decent place, worth a try minus the tuna melt.
5 stars hands down thee best banana bread you'll ever have in your life. I've never thought of having it with butter, honey, and sea salt but it works! The chimichurri sauce on the steak was the best I've ever had with crispy in the outside, soft on the potatoes. I couldn't make this at home if I tried, and i'm one that aims to imitate good food when I discover one. The pastrami was smokey and not salty as all others I have tried before. The muffin was soft and bouncy, you can tell it was made with love. The staff were so friendly and nice we felt welcome and enjoyed every minute. Can't wait to be back!
Date of visit: February 16, 2026 This was my very first meal as an employee of a Las Vegas company so of course I will always remember this experience. In addition to the momentous occasion, this was also my first time at Downtown Summerlin, but it definitely won't be my last. Service was good if a bit slow, it did seem like a pretty steady lunch for the restaurant but getting acknowledged in a timely fashion could have been better, so it's a good thing that the food definitely did deliver! The highlight of the meal was certainly the banana bread, which they are famous for and for very good reason. We had it as a dessert and I would recommend that really to anyone.
This place is amazing! Keola was our server and he took such great care of us. His friendliness and recommendations are spot on. Best customer service! The big island banana bread, steak and eggs, open face lox toast and the Medi chicken are all a must try. All their matcha drinks are bomb. The inside is super cute. Highly recommend for a nice brunch day feel. Inside of Downtown Summerlin, nice to walk around after having a great meal and time with family and friends
Located in downtown summererlin this restaurant is very cute. good vibe great customer service. we were group of 10 we ordered tuna, bowls, parfait, burgers, salads. the vibe was light and airy. we enjoyed ourselves the food was delicious! Tina Poke was the best
I've visited Fine Company a few times now. A few years back for dinner, and more recently for breakfast and brunch. I'm a huge fan of the baked goods they produce daily on site, such as the banana bread and the English muffins, and was so pleasantly surprised when I visited on a weekend recently and was told cinnamon rolls are also available and made in-house. I find their coffee to be delicious. On my most recent visit my friends and I ordered iced dark chocolate mochas and a matcha and found it all to be yummy and not overly sweetened. We ordered banana bread and a cinnamon roll to be shared, and were delighted by both. We ordered the FC Cobb, the DTS Breakfast, and the Open Face Avocado "Toast" for our entrees and enjoyed everything. It was all fresh, came out to the temperature it should, and was very filling. While the food is great, the service is always pretty exceptional here. Staff are friendly and kind while being attentive. They are always willing to make recommendations and are helpful about what might be shareable versus what isn't/ shouldn't be shared (because you'll want it all for yourself-- see the cinnamon roll for this!).
My gal pals wanted to take me to lunch for my birthday and I selected this restaurant. I have dined here previously when they first opened back in 2023 but I never reviewed. First of all service was outstanding. We sat outside as weather was perfect and we had a fantastic server. She even surprised me with a little birthday treat that I shared with the whole table. We all loved the homemade banana bread which is an item they are known for. Both times I have ordered it and it is so yummy. I also had a Cobb Salad with added chicken. Not the best Cobb Salad I have ever ate but perhaps I just ordered the wrong item. The first time I was there for brunch and really loved the breakfast sandwich and other items which I can see are no longer on the menu. My friends enjoyed the Avocado Toast, Tuna Poke Bowl, and the Farmers Market Salad. The matcha tea latté was very good and went well with the banana bread. It really is a great staple to Downtown Summerlin and I will definitely be back again.
So... Never been here and waitress said they been here 3 years... So very clean also laid back in somewhat upscale area. So I started with spiced butter latte perfection. So I asked my server Jenna what would she would recommend. I had 3 choices and she picked the smash burger out of the three being it was still breakfast I asked to put an egg. The burger was perfect as is. They did say it came with special sauce thank you for putting on sides because it was not for me. I usually like savory instead of sweet and that sauce was somewhat sweet. I added mustard and it fixed it. Jenna was perfect in all ways. Extremely friendly a good person with nice smile and laugh. The ambiance, customer service, and menu selections are very good. The home made English muffin is above average and I would consider it again when wanting that type of bread. There was about a 15 minute wait to be called back in for seating. This gave us time to browse the Saturday farmers market a little while during the wait period. The restaurant takes your phone number then texts you when your table is ready. It took approximately 50 minutes from the time we sat down to receive our food. They were short-staffed at the time which put a heavier burden on all the staff. It was obvious they were doing the best they could. The pastrami is above average and is worth coming back. Other than the longer than expected wait for the food, it was a pleasant experience with good food.
First time here with the family. Enjoyed the macha the ambiance and unique menu choices. The waitress was friendly and very hospitable. Provided great service and helped make it a positive experience.

This was such a fantastic meal at Fine Company! I was meeting up with a colleague and she had recommended this spot for lunch! It was my first time trying out the restaurant. We ended up going for lunch on a Friday around 11:30 A.M. It was super busy inside! Almost every single table was used! We were able to get seated inside though at a table for two! Fine Company is located in Downtown Summerlin, next to CPK. The menu has a wide range of breakfast and lunch items! You can get waffles, omelets, burritos, griddle cakes, and more! If you're looking for other options, on the menu there is salads, tacos, sandwiches, and plate options available after 4:00 P.M. I ended up getting the Medi Chicken grain bowl, but I did customize it. I ended up having the following ingredients in my grain bowl Medi Chicken Grain Bowl: Rice, pulled chicken, tomato, cucumber, feta, lettuce, and hummus. My colleague ended up getting the avocado toast. Service was fantastic! I had a few refills on my soda - Sprite. We didn't wait too long for the meal either, around 20 minutes. I really enjoyed my chicken bowl. The hummus was so flavorful and it mixed well with all of the fresh ingredients like the lettuce, tomatoes, and feta cheese. The pulled chicken was scrumptious and the rice base for the dish was pretty good. I would order the medi chicken bowl again, but, the next time I come back, I do want to go after 4:00 P.M so I can try out their fried chicken and waffle. It sounds delicious based on all of the ingredients in the dish from the menu! Food was great and service was fantastic! read more
After perusing the farmers market and working up an appetite (from eating baklava) we made our way to Fine Company for a late breakfast. Seated promptly, waters filled, and orders taken just as quickly. For a place so busy, service was spot on. We got the banana bread to split, the sea salt butter was *chef's kiss*. I went with the steak and eggs plus the English muffin. Great plate, the chimichurri was excellent. Next time will probably upgrade to filet mignon, I could've used like 2 more slices of steak. But I'm also a glutton. Wife got the DTS, solid basic breakfast plate. The crispy potatoes with onion on both plates were elite. Strawberry foam matcha for me, decent but not the most flavorful matcha. Pretty standard grade. Just Pear-fect cocktail for my wife, she loved it. Refreshing. Nice sunny day led us to try Fine Company instead of our original choice and I'm glad we did! It wasn't too busy, and we were warmly greeted before deciding to dine outside. The patio was fairly clean and had a lovely, relaxing view. Our server, Sara, was kind and attentive. We started off with drinks, and let me tell you ... the blueberry lemonade is hands-down an A+! I had the mahi-mahi fish tacos, which were perfectly cooked and delicious. My husband went with the cheeseburger and fries; he enjoyed everything except the secret sauce. Overall, we loved our brunch experience and will definitely be back! read more
got a take out pastrami egg and cheese muffin and a horchata matcha. i love the can the drinks come in! the english muffin was super fluffy and perfectly buttered and grilled until crispy. the egg was nicely cooked. i wish that it came with some sort of sauce to offset all the fat in the sandwich though, also wish the pastrami was pan fried to give it a nice crisp but it was still tasty regardless. read more
Cute interior design, nice and spacious. All the dishes were great and tasty, especially the sandwich but it is a bit on the oily side. I do see many others place order for their matcha drink, maybe I'll give that a try next time! read more
Wife and I enjoyed breakfast at the Fine Company over the Holiday. I devoured the delicious Egg and Cheese sandwich with added Bacon and she had the avocado toast. We shared a homemade muffin to start. They also make their English muffins in house. Food was tasty and the service was friendly and efficient in a relaxed , family friendly environment. We were looking for a good breakfast place near our hotel and this surpassed all expectations by a mile. Food was so good, coffees were soooo good and in cool sealed tall cups, and service was quick. We ended up eating here 3 out of the 6 mornings we had in the area. A bit embarrassing but that's how much we loved it! We will be back if we are in the area again. read more
Lunch - their pastrami was VERY filling and well cooked! It's not Katz Deli in NYC, and hence no mustard, but great in its own right. This was a grilled cheese and pastrami sandwich and well portioned. Not too big, not too small, but you won't be saving half of it. Staff were helpful but I knew what I wanted so didn't wait. Also - They put the whole water glass on the table, which I appreciate and need. Green and lush ambiance, and perfect for getting away from the desert feeling. read more
A friend and I love trying new restaurants and this one was on our list for awhile. I joined the waitlist for 12 pm seating for 2 but it wasn't quite as busy as I expected. However, the 1 pm timeframe is when it got super busy so please note !! Dining is both open and airy and intimate at the same time. We will see that in a large booth, which was nice to be able to spread out. Service was excellent (shout out to Sara with no H ) We both chose salads from their healthy looking menu and we both were extremely satisfied with both the portion and flavor. Lavender latte was created perfectly. Outside dining is beautiful if it's a nice day so make sure you try and get a seat outside. I definitely recommend checking out this restaurant. read more

Fine Company is my go-to all-day café in Downtown Summerlin -- it's close to home, so I find myself coming back here all the time. The space has that clean, effortless vibe that makes it easy to settle in, whether you're grabbing a quick coffee or staying for a full meal. What I love most is how everything feels simple, but so well executed -- from their homemade English muffins to their famous banana bread . Nothing is overcomplicated, just really good ingredients done right. On this visit, we tried the Steak & Eggs, Open Face Lox Toast, FC Cobb, and the Egg Salad Sando Everything came out fresh, well-balanced, and super satisfying. The Steak & Eggs were cooked perfectly, the lox toast felt light but flavorful, and the Cobb is one of those solid, dependable choices you can't go wrong with. And the patio is absolutely beautiful -- such a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy your meal, especially on a nice Vegas day Also, Korbin who helped us during this visit was incredibly kind and welcoming -- really made the experience even better. Drinks are always a must here -- I usually rotate between their Banana Matcha Latte and a classic coffee latte , depending on the mood. Both are consistently good and pair perfectly with anything on the menu. If you're looking for a reliable brunch spot or an easy, everyday café with quality food and great vibes, Fine Company is definitely one of those places you'll keep coming back to. read more

Thoroughly enjoyed Brunch at a cute spot in Downtown Summerlin! Surrounded by lots of shopping and dining options, this place instantly set the tone with its relaxed vibe and the smell when you walk in is Incredible. I was sat on the patio, which was beautifully set with a large tree at the center, such a nice, aesthetic touch. Shoutout to my server, Korbin, who was super friendly! I started with the Just About Pearfect cocktail. It looked gorgeous, but it leaned a bit too sweet for my taste, so I didn't finish it. Now for the food, absolutely worth it. I had to try their famous banana bread, and it definitely lived up to the hype. So flavorful and satisfying. The blueberry lemon coffee cake was incredibly moist and on the sweeter side, perfect if you have a sweet tooth. For something more balanced, I ordered the mahi-mahi grain bowl, and it was exactly what I wanted for a late morning meal, light, fresh, and full of flavor. I'd 100% order it again. Overall, such a lovely brunch experience. Great atmosphere, solid food, and excellent service. I'll definitely be back and will try the matcha next time! read more

The restaurant was quite busy, and we waited about 40 minutes to be seated. We chose outdoor seating since we had our puppy with us. My hubby ordered the Tuna Poke Grain Bowl with rice, avocado, mango, onion, seaweed, cucumber, edamame, sesame, and soy vinaigrette. I had the Baja Fish Grain Bowl with rice, grilled mahi mahi, avocado, pico, black beans, tortilla strips, cilantro, salsa macha, and chipotle. While our food took a bit of time to arrive, it was fresh and delicious overall. read more
Delish bone broth! Even though it looks like to go coffee cup, it's bone broth in it. One of the best I have tasted...super flavorful with turmeric and just feels like a warm hug. The service is always great, Sam the manager is just a wonderful person making sure your experience is positive and enjoyable. All the food is so good! But definitely bone broth! read more

Had an early dinner at Fine Company and it was conveniently located inside Downtown Summerlin. We took an uber but there seems to be available parking. Fine Company is clean and super laid back. Our server was friendly as well. Note that it closes really early at 5pm though. The 4 of us shared appetizers family-style. I thought the ahi tuna tartare tasted fresh, the salt and pepper shrimp nicely deep fried, and the hummus really flavorful. I was pleasantly surprised at how all dishes were good. For cocktail, I got the citrus sparkler which consisted of vodka, orange, lemon, and mint. It was super refreshing and definitely more of a brunch cocktail. I had a good time here and would come back! read more
Been here a couple times and enjoyed it. But my latest visit was a bit underwhelming. My breakfast burrito was nicely warm and crispy on the outside but room temp/borderline cold on the inside, especially the eggs. So that means they're heating the burrito rather than making to order which is a bit disappointing. I ate it since I was in a hurry for the holidays. I've had this burrito before and the flavor is good. Enjoyed my latte. Hopefully it's a one-time thing. read more

Very nice place but it was a little too warm inside this weekend. My guess is they had issues with their ac. The food looked great and my girl enjoyed her poke. My sandwich was good too but a little on the dry side. Asked for mayo to help. Service was friendly and the booth we had couldn't have been more cushioned as it felt like we were sitting on hard wood. In general everything was fine but could have been better as well. My review is very generous since they are trying hard with their food presentation and amounts were generous. Hated the dill ranch but my girl loved it. I guess you can't please everyone even when they're together. Very nice bathrooms, good job there. read more

I'm told that they will eventually open for dinner. Patio is now open and is great to enjoy Fine Time from 3pm-5pm daily. Chef creates a special snack and cocktail menu apart from the regular offerings. It's really fun! Patio is also dog friendly.
