A contractor's bond may have been received by the Board but not yet processed. Once the bond is processed the suspension will be lifted retroactively to the effective date of the bond. Ask the contractor for proof of a contractor's bond and contact the bonding company to verify bond status." So I guess I'm not gonna hire them... but I'm guessing they'll present a defense. :-)

I called Tim at TRZ which gave me a honest quote over the phone of $250. He got to my residence in about 25 mins and fixed the problem in about an hour and half because it was clogged so bad! I never write reviews on yelp but this man not only gave me a honest quote, he did not charge me anything more, I only had $300 on me which I told him over the phone. I wish I was able to tip the man more because he deserved more than $300 for canceling his plans on a Saturday night. Where do I start? First, I submitted the request through Yelp and I was totally impressed with the…read morequick response. We met and had a walk-thru of what the process would be. I received an estimate/quote the next day. I had a few questions and Federico came over right away to show me vs writing it in a text. That really impressed me too. I ask him to give me a new estimate for repipe for only the pipes that were under the slab. He provided that right away. Of course I did my search for at least two other companies but I was most satisfied with the PVD scope of work and the responses to all of my questions and concerns. Once we scheduled the start date, I was informed on what I needed to do to prepare for the day of the re-pipe. On the day of work, his crew was on time as scheduled and came in focused on the task. They covered everything and then some. Everyone had a task and they knew them well. Not a minute was wasted on talking and messing around. Everyone was doing their job. Everything was done with care. I felt they cared about my home as if it was theirs. Not one thing was broken or messed up. When they had lunch they ate together and then cleaned up their trash. Then it was right back to work. When they were done with the entire process of repiping the condo, they cleaned up the areas in the house and outside, even down to washing down the footprints from the blacktop/road. I couldn't believe they did that because no one has ever done that before. Federico and each team member were very polite and kind. They answered any questions I may have had during the day of and throughout the process. It was amazing. The next day Federico met with the city inspector and they did the walk-through and he answered all of the inspector's concerns. The inspection PASSED. PVD crew members came back the next day after the inspector came and closed up all of the openings they made during the repipe and either smooth or texturized the drywall where needed (they did an amazing job). Since they don't paint (which is in the contract), I am working on getting the areas back to normal. Almost there The inspector and Federico came back to verify all openings were closed and the inspection was approved/cleared. This company is most definitely top-notch; 100% qualified to satisfy all of your plumbing needs. You can't go wrong with them. Federico is amazing. So easy to work with. He also noticed that the original clean out to our sink had been installed in the wrong location outside. He gave me an estimate to replace the cast iron pipe (which definitely needs to be replaced) and to move the clean out to the proper location. No pressure to do that project and the price was fair. All around a professional experience.
