Honest, professional, and timely. How often can you say that about a service vendor? When you find a trustworthy tradesperson don't keep them to yourself, tell others. My wife contacted HoneyDo at 12pm and Desi showed up on-time and as promised at 4pm. He inspected the issue, realized there was a simple resolution, and didn't charge for the service. The first plumber on scene claimed he could not get a grip on the clog in our shower drain, so he would return the next day with a camera. Three guys showed up on 2 trucks and proceeded to claim that our cast iron pipes (we have no such thing) were corroded from using too much Liquid Plumber (we only used it on this one clog) and that they would have to tear apart our living room wall at a cost of $3100 plus $800 for dry wall. We decided on a second opinion and this time two guys showed up and cleared the drain with a snake in under 15 minutes. We can only conclude that the HoneyDo team was scamming us. We received a plumbing inspection by Cole for a house we were buying. He drafted up a great inspection report that we were able to use to help get us money back from the sale. His quote for the work was reasonable and fair. We had additional questions later, and he answered them promptly and clearly. We ended up not using this service, only because a family friend who is a plumber and contractor ended up offering us a significant friends and family discount to do the work for us. The family friend also commented that the quote we were given was very reasonable and fair. We had what we thought was a main water line leak and called Honey Do on Sat to come and check it out for us. They gave us a window as to when they would be here and text us 30 minutes prior to arriving at the house. They texted us and were here within the time frame they mentioned! The owner was the person who made the service call and was very friendly. After testing a few things it was Derek that we did not have a leak and discussed possibilities as to what might be causing the moisture. We had just purchased a brand, new washer and dryer and were told that the appliances could not be installed because there was corrosion on our valve. I contacted Honeydo Plumbing and they were able to send a technician out first thing the next morning. They were prompt and communication was excellent. When Desi the technician got here and took a look at the valve. He was surprised and said the request to replace the valve was unjustified. He said that there was no corrosion on the valve because it was made of brass. The only thing wrong with it was that it had some oxidation on it and suggested that I just clean it with something as simple as CLR or Lime Away. He told me exactly what to do and saved us from a very pricey and unnecessary replacement. That takes a lot of honesty and integrity and it's rare in this business unfortunately. I'm very grateful and would recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest and reputable plumber. Desi was helpful, patient and honest, so grateful for him. read more

Our dual master bathroom sinks were clogged. I called Honeydo plumbing because we got a flyer in the mail stating free estimates, same day service and had a drain cleaning special for residential homes. I called the office and a very cheerful, polite, and professional girl named Carol answered the phone, answered quickly a few of my questions and scheduled a same day appointment. The technician, Josh, showed up within 30 minutes of my call and was also polite, professional and friendly. He explained a few things to me and snaked the sink line to the sewer. In under 15 minutes our drains were flowing freely again! He cleaned up what little debris was left over and the job was complete!
