    Beef with Black Pepper

Big fan of what's going on here. This was our first time and I thought it would be kind of like a PF Changs. I was definitely wrong. Recently moved from Chinatown in NYC, these meals made me feel like I was back over there again. The black pepper beef was fantastic. My girlfriend got the hibachi chicken which was also a pleasant surprise. You've got to try the peach tea drink as well. The portion sizes are huge for the price. Will definitely come back and try the actual dim sum food next time. Atmosphere was also great. The music was good and they even have my favorite TV show on the TV. 10/10 experience. Please give this place a try.

Vegetable Stir Fried Noodle- didn't order this but ended up with it anyways. Excellent flavor but way too oily!!

I loved this place for lunch, so I decided to treat my family to dinner. I ended up spending $100 on takeout and was really disappointed. The Good: - Yang Chow Fried Rice: This was the standout dish; the flavor was great, but I wish there had been more protein for the price. - Broccoli Chicken and Shrimp Vegetables: This dish was also good also skimpy on the protein for the dinner price. - Stir Fried Noodles with Veggies: This was the substitution for a completely different dish without asking. It had a nice flavor but was way too oily. - Chicken Dumplings: These were homemade and delicious, and I loved the sauce! The Bad: - Pork Buns: I was excited to try these since they're made in-house, but there were only 2-3 tiny pieces of meat inside and they lacked flavor. - Chicken Wings: I can't believe I paid almost $10 for the smallest chicken drumsticks I've ever seen. They were dried out, and two of them even had feathers. Yuck! If I were to rate this order alone, I would give it a generous 2.5 stars. However, based on the great lunch special we had at work and the amazing taro boba, I'd rate it overall at 3.5 stars.

5 Shanghai Pan Fried Pork Dumpling

This place is a great spot for dim sum. Everything came out fresh and hot, and the variety was impressive. The soup dumplings and the Shanghai pork dumplings were awesome and full of flavor. Service was very quick, even when they're busy. Prices were reasonable for the quality and portions. Definitely will be coming back.

Service is good . Food mediocre. First day dim sum , buns and dumpling skin way too thick and less fillings . Second day I went for dinner , spicy chicken and string beans too salty . Perhaps cater to ppl who like strong flavor tastebuds.

I thought to myself this place has to be great! That wasn't exactly the case. To start we ordered a chicken soup dumpling and signature pork soup dumplings. They looked good upon arrival until we tried it. They were SOUR. Not like it's sour from seasoning, it was spoiled. We let our server know who then said the chef would have to taste it before being able to remove it from the bill...ok. The chef agreed it was a bad batch and removed it. I asked if we were at risk of food poisoning because we also had a very illness prone senior with us, they said no. Funnily enough the server said the same thing happened to him and that he was fine with no food poisoning. Welp, let's just say our tummy's were not happy after digestion a few hours later. The other food items were good but the soup dumplings really ruined the rest of the meal honestly. The atmosphere is so cute, bright and very spacious. Parking is abundant and is in a nice location near the KOP mall. My verdict is to dine here at your own risk.

A dim sum place in Bethlehem PA? Yes, and probably the only one afaik…read more I was up here visiting friends and they took me to try this newer place. It's small and probably less than 14 ppl can dine here at one time. Also, dim sum is ordered on a small menu. But what I had was authentic and very tasty! I had roast pork buns, corn and chicken dumplings, pork steamed rice roll, and beef noodle soup. The first three were excellent, while the beef noodle soup was unfortunately just average. The main problem with the soup was the broth was too watery imho and the noodles were too firm and tasted like instant noodles. The beef was tender and good at least. My friend had the pork soup dumplings and said they were good. I'll try those next time. She also had the shrimp wonton noodle soup and that also looked good. I tried the bok choy in the soup and the bok choy was terrific. Overall, this place is pretty legit when it comes to the dim sum, but the beef noodle soup can be skipped. But hopefully they'll improve that part. The soup is the only reason I can't give 5 stars. But it's a strong 4 to 4.5 stars at least.

My brother and I stopped in for lunch for the first time this past Friday. With the cold air settling in and snow on the way, it was the perfect day for hot soup and dim sum. We shared a selection of dishes, including sui mai king (plump, open-topped dumplings filled with shrimp), corn and chicken dumplings, delicate soup dumplings, pork buns filled with sweet, tender pork, and a shrimp steamed rice roll. After we finished the dim sum dishes, we moved onto the noodles. I ordered the beef noodle soup, and my brother went with the shrimp wonton noodles. All the food was fresh and flavorful, the owner was warm and welcoming, and the prices were very reasonable. Our entire meal came to under $55.

We both got the three bao combo. They are all tasty but some did not meet expectations. The buffalo style chicken mother clucker bao was ordered by both of us. No surprises in flavors although the chicken in this sandwich and in another one ordered with chicken the chicken did not sit well in the bun. This makes for sloppy eating and not something you want to attempt in the car. The crispy chick was ok but was light on sauce and garnish and therefore ate a bit dry and short on flavor. The Lil bao wow promised pork belly, green chili sauce and radish. I was expecting a slice of pork belly but got shredded pork and none of the fattiness of pork belly. This ate like naked pulled pork. My dining partner enjoyed his other two bao but agreed that the flavor expectations raised by the menu did not make it to the plate. Price for the 3 bao combos was $15.45 and we each got a fountain drink. I was shocked when the receipt read $36+ before tax and tip. That because the fountain drinks were $3 each. This is not posted anywhere on the menu and I didn't ask so shame on me but that kind of made my decision to not come back again. The food is ok and that kind of gouging for a drink in a takeout / counter service locale is not. Budget $20 per person.
