What really stood out were the flavors. Even the hotter sauces had amazing taste. Too many wing spots seem to think "hot" means sacrificing flavor, but Fried Hard nailed both heat and taste. Our favorite flavors were the Hot Lemon Pepper and Memphis Bold. Both were packed with flavor and easily some of the best wings we've had in a long time. The food was so good that during our 4th of July weekend trip, we ended up coming back two days in a row. That's probably the best compliment I can give. The menu is not written anywhere, and isn't on the website (which would also be a convenient place to mention that anyone under 21 is not allowed on property), so the moved slowly as no one could figure out what they wanted until they reached the only ordering kiosk at the window. Maybe their flavors change frequently? A chalkboard or something would be nice. The wings were very reasonably priced and didn't take overly long. We took them up the road to someplace with picnic tables to eat--only to discover that one of the extra sauces was missing and another was wrong. It would also be helpful if they labeled the different flavors. Maybe it was an off night for the wings, but we didn't get the hype. I think this restaurant is suffering from being too successful too quickly and will hopefully find a way to scale up to accommodate its popularity. Maybe somewhere with menus and access for families. I would try it again at that point, but I can't see going through the inconvenience for their food until then.
