They don't have too many options, compared to other Chinese cafes, but still have some good options, like currently, they have $16.99 deals coming with a drink. On their regular menu, there are deals from $13 with a drink from lunchtime. I got a chicken steak on rice with pork floss. I like that portion. It was good enough for me and my daughter. She loves the pork floss. My husband god the Curry Cheese Beef baked Rice. The curry tastes so strong that it was a bit spicy to me. I like that at least each dish has a piece of veggie. Each dish we also got the drink, so we like the Horlicks. It did come with strong Horlicks taste, which I like it too. Since so much things I like so far, I will definitely come back again.

It was a bit pricier, but that was part of the identity LC Cafe had built in my mind. I especially liked some of their previous items, like their original baked rice dishes, pasta and soups. For more traditional Hong Kong café or cha chan teng style food, I'd probably choose other spots instead. Overall, it's still decent, but after the recent menu overhaul, it's no longer my first choice.

It was a let down of all aspects unfortunately - from service, to food quality, and it's worth. Upon arriving and dining here, I was surprised to see the place pretty empty. All the other times I've been here it was pretty packed. The severs were unfortunately not very friendly at all, from taking our orders, to bringing our food, down to paying for the bill. Not a smile was once seen from any of the serve staff. The food was okay with portions being smaller than what I remember it to be and prices higher than what a usual HK cafe should be as well. Our chicken instant noodle with green onion and ginger was drowning in A LOT of oil - although tasty, it was not pleasant to eat since it was so greasy. Overall, our party of 8 found the entire meal to be super expensive for the food quality and options. It was quite a hefty bill tbh. Fortunately, after I visited I did see that they posted online that they are under new management and have changes to their business. So hope they rejig their food, pricing and service.

We just thought that the beef in our stir-fried beef noodles could've used some seasoning. Was kind of bland. A bit of 'wok hei' in the flavouring. I wouldn't mind going back again.

Our…read moreclients took us here as we were the out of towners and wanted to show us the OG spot for the famous lobster tower. The restaurant was surrounded in tanks full of lobster, crab, seafood and then a ton of dry aged steaks. Definitely something you don't see in California. Clean and spacious. Service was what you would expect from a Chinese seafood restaurant. Overall the meal was good, for me and a few others at the table the star of the show was actually the fish. The lobster while impressive when they brought it out was not as flavorful as one would have expected. And same with the king crab legs - my favorite have been the ones I've had in SF. Was interesting to come and experience it but I wouldn't come back. I prefer quality food over an IG-moment.

The establishment is famous for its iconic, towering mountains of deep-fried Hong Kong-style lobster and giant Alaskan king crabs.Without a doubt, the food is exceptional. The seafood is extraordinarily fresh--pulled straight from massive surrounding glass tanks--and prepared to absolute perfection with their signature Maggi sauce and garlic toppings. However, the major downside here is the notoriously slow and chaotic service. Due to the massive crowds, servers can be hard to flag down, orders take a long time to arrive, and the staff often feels rushed or inattentive. Despite the frustrating wait times and subpar service, the spectacular flavors and theatrical presentation make it a worthwhile destination for patient seafood lovers.Watch the massive lobster towers being prepared and served fresh at this iconic spot
