He was knowledgeable about different cooking options, and as soon as he knows we are Japanese, he showed me different sashimi grade seafood and handling tips. We bought - A live lobster (1.5lb) about $30 - 6 sashimi grade shrimps $ less than 10 He was so kind to make sure all the shrimps are the same size. Sashimi was beautiful, fresh and naturally sweet, melt on the tongue. I deep-fried the shrimp head and tail as the gentleman suggested - crispy, thin! My wife ordered Hainan Chicken Rice, and I ordered Combo D, which included beef noodles, egg toast and milk tea. I even told my wife a joke about ordering food in a Hong Kong restaurant. I remembered a girl being asked to order in English and carefully explaining the full names of each dish, while the busy waiter just wanted her to choose a combo by its letter, from A to D! The food was good, and the experience brought back a lot of memories. My only regret is that we were too full to try the pineapple bun with butter. I'll definitely try it next time!
