Service is great, the cookies are always good. They offer more assortments than what you can get at Costco.

    Tin cookie boxes, great gifts!

I love their milk chocolate, cookie, and new flavor of matcha. They have plenty of staff making service very quick so you can grab your cookies and be on your way. This is a kiosk so there isn't anywhere to sit but the location in the mall is convenient to get in and out of, near the busy food court.

Shopping at Ala Moana Center, Honolulu, Hawaii... Located at the Makai Food Court on the ground level, Honolulu Cookie Company has a kiosk! It's very convenient and popular... especially now, since the Holiday 2024 merchandise has arrived! There are several sizes and designs that are new! There's even a shirt! I got two Holiday tins for gifts and I'll probably be back for more because they have a Loyalty Program! Happy Holidays! Remember that there's a build your own option where you can select your own box and fill it with Cookie flavors of your choice! Also... get your samples to compare flavors!

Great gifts for the holidays or souvenirs to share with friends back home! They got many gift boxes to choose from. Or you can get a box and fill with any cookies you want. You can even sample them first before deciding which one to buy. Very reasonably priced. Staff were friendly. And just give your phone number to join their loyalty program!

Yelp Review 2024 #18: This Honolulu Cookie Company is located in Ala Moana. They've gotten so popular that even my home city of Las Vegas has one. So, why would I come here if I can get it in Vegas? Because first, these cookies make good gifts. Second, I'm already at Ala Moana Mall. Third, I don't normally go to the Vegas location. Fourth, I'm a creature of habit - friends from Hawaii bring me Honolulu Cookie Company and I do the same. Fifth, they can survive a 9+ hour flight to the mainland. Sixth, because I do what I want! HCC in Ala Moana is easy to find. This is a kiosk inside a mall but they have all the flavors people should want and need. You can get a variety of flavors in boxes of however many you want...or if you just want a cookie or two for yourself. What's so special about these cookies? They're shortbread cookies which means it has a lot of butter which means they're yummy. Sorry, vegans! They come in an assortment of flavors unique to Hawaii like guava, mango, macadamia, pineapple, coconut, and Kona coffee. I do wish they'd add matcha since Hawaii has a lot of Japanese influence in their food and culture. How it works: grab a box of any size you want to fill, grab whatever flavors you want, the aunties that work here will gladly help you out especially if you have to get multiple boxes, and you pay. I think the best part of HCC is the service. They're always nice, helpful and friendly. My personal favorites are the mango macadamia, dark chocolate Kona coffee, pineapple macadamia, and chocolate dipped macadamia cookies. I would buy all their flavors but I don't eat all of them. They're crunchy and as you munch on them, they break into tiny morsels that dissolve in your mouth.

It's Pumpkin season! There's something to say about Honolulu Cookie Company...yum! They always keep things fresh and new literally as I've seen various flavors and the current one is quite special "Taro" and this local loving root vegetable is a treasure and have enjoyed it in so many form you know I'm super excited for this line. Not to be outdone with Taro it's Pumpkin Season and like they've done in the past...it's back! So for a limited time grab your cookies...Pumpkin and White Chocolate Pumpkin in bag of mini bites or in a Halloween Treat Box and what a super cute decorated box!!! Just when I think I got Halloween figured out these cookies maybe something I'd hand out to my besties and I'm starting to crumble to that idea lol! Check out this super location in Ala Moana Center Makai Market, they have so much options to choose from it's a matter of preference...and yes they do have some samples for you to try. Thank you!

This shop is in the Ala Moana food court. The cookies are ok, but with other competing cookie places I can't decide if it's the location that brings the feeling down or something else. It's a standalone kiosk but it feels very noisy and chaotic because the doors open on both sides. I stepped up to browse and immediately I was asked if I needed help. It didn't feel like a friendly hi, it felt like when you are a teenager and the clerk thinks you are going to shoplift. I looked at some of the new holiday cookies and sought out me faves the guava shortbread for example, and then wanted to ask about pricing, and it was hard to get one of the 3 women standing around attention. One was enthusiastically showing everything to 3 Japanese tourists, the other was directing people to the cashier and the 3rd was very good at avoiding eye contact. I took my choices and then walked toward what looked like a cashier line. Then the 3rd clerk woke up and rushed over pointing with open hands telling me to go to the other side of the kiosk to pay. I was confused because clearly the man standing in front of me was paying with a credit card. I said, it's ok, I can wait till he is done. She said, No, you have to pay on the other side.and pointed again with her hands. I stood there, she stood there with her hands pointing. So I reluctantly followed her hands to the other side, to where there were 4 others standing in line. I stood there and the next woman stepped up to pay and I saw the other man leave with his purchases. The next person was not taken to his cashier. We stood there waiting on this one person. The 3rd customer stepped up and paid while the 4th waved over her other 3 friends who had been with the other clerk. I asked the clerk with the hands, why couldn't we pay at the other register? She looked at me like I was dumb and said, you are standing in this line. Since there were now 4 more new customers in front of me, because of the 3 who jumped in, I walked back to the other side while hands lady's back was turned. Nervously I stepped up with my cookies and put them on the counter. Without a word, the woman rang up my purchases and I left. I give it 3 stars because I don't want to penalize the cookies or packaging. But 3 means I will probably go to Big Island or somewhere place like Cookie Corner Does anyone know if they work on commission? It seemed to be the wrong mix of snobbery and inefficiency in their concept. If they want classy maybe they are in the wrong location.

We'll decided to get a small gift (Omiyage) for my customers . Nice pineapple tin w/4 cookies inside . Price is expensive $6.95 paying for the tin can I guess. Very busy like always and of course only one cashier ringing up customer. I went the the Ala Moana food court location to make my purchase. Their cookies are ok it's just fancy with the little fruit in the middle of a pineapple shape cookie. They have surf board shape tins available as well so that's kind of fun. Support local be safe

I haven't purchased anything from here in a long time, but was in the area and saw that the kiosk was open again, so we decided to just get a small box of 5 cookies. There were quite a bit of workers but none of them offered to help (not that I wanted help lol but there were two tourists that weren't being helped either). Sad that they don't have any free samples at the moment but hopefully they'll bring that back soon!

Momi Dolce's owner and confectioner is Michelle Serota who is from Brazil and she brings her tradition to Hawai'i. She sells her brigadeiros (pronounced "Bree-gah-day-ro") by 4-pack or 6-pack. Her featured flavors are: -Dark chocolate -Crunchy chocolate with cacao nibs -Coconut (white chocolate) -Passion fruit or lilikoi (white chocolate) -Kauai coffee -Almond All of the flavors are intense but balanced by the premium chocolate and condensed milk used in making them. I suppose one could compare them to ganache that is used in making chocolate truffles. These brigadeiros are creamy and fudge-like though it melts smoothly as you might pop them in your mouth. We saw some people illegally parked on the street right on the corner, but they didn't care, they would brave a citation just for these amazing treats! I am sure the neighbors who live across from this place think this is a massive headache, to have such a popular chocolate place right in their own neighborhood - either that, or a blessing, since they can just walk right across! There are 4 tiny stalls in the driveway in the front of the Doggie Bakery and this place, but it looks far too challenging to get in and out and onto the main street, which is insanely busy on a weekend. We parked in the neighboring lot and purchased something from another business just so we could get some chocolates here. If the parking situation were better, I'd come back. I purchased the Hokkaido Soft Serve (weekends only, I think), it was delicious but I was expecting more fatty mouthfeel for something that was labeled as "Hokkaido". It was lighter than I was expecting. The chocolates, on the other hand, were fabulous and worth every, expensive, penny. By the way, who the heck nowdays says "worth every penny"? Probably old folks like me who knew what a penny was, and now due to inflation and the Federal Reserve nixxing the penny, it's probably worth 0.0012 cents now. Rainbow Shave Ice - it really does taste like shave ice! I came here mainly for this, as I've heard the hype and the hype is real! Hibiki Whisky Chocolate - nice and lovely. Dubai Chocolate - with gold leaf and everything. The Dubai craze is insane. This was good, but the least of my favorites. Six chocolates + one soft serve = $30.

We picked up a variety of pastries, including a few matcha breads, the chocolate emoji bread, bacon onion bread, and the Cinnamoroll blueberry bread. My boyfriend mainly had the matcha breads and his favorite was the matcha mochi an-pan. I tried some as well and really enjoyed the combination of red bean paste and chewy mochi filling. The chocolate emoji bread was so cute, but flavor-wise it was simply bread with dark chocolate inside. It was good, but nothing memorable. The bacon onion bread was probably my favorite, it was savory, flavorful, and satisfying. I also enjoyed the Cinnamoroll blueberry bread. The blue sprinkles made it extra cute, and the blueberry custard filling was yummy. For drinks, we ordered the Cinnamoroll blueberry iced tea lemonade and the blueberry white chocolate cold brew. Unfortunately, neither drink had much blueberry flavor. The iced tea lemonade tasted more like a classic Arnold Palmer, while the cold brew was a bit too sweet for my taste and wasn't my favorite overall. While the bakery items were good, they didn't completely wow me. That said, the Cinnamoroll collaboration was adorable and made for a fun experience.
