Located in the Uncommons, I parked in their parking structure. I hung out for longer than 2 hours so I think that's why I paid $3 for parking at the end of the night. Entrance located in the Quad Area. Our waitress Bella was sweet and recommended the right drinks. We tried the Li Hung Hula margarita, Monkey In A Tree piña colada, and the Oso Panda signature cocktail. All drinks tasted amazing and looked very good. I loved the ambiance of this place. They have outdoor patio seating and inside seating. It gives a comfy feel with their seat cushions, small tables, and stools. I noticed it got busier as the night got later. They have one T.V. that they had on when I came in but was covered up by the time I left. I definitely recommend this place. Glad I came after dinner as they do not serve food here. I would definitely come again!

This is such a cool bar on property at the Rio. It's a very Brazilian vibe in here and just so cool. The lounge seating is absolutely beautiful. The cocktail game is real and we had some excellent, beautiful drinks. There was a live singer some nights. (Lapa & Luckley's have happy hours a few days a week) Also, I don't know how often this happens, but while in the casino we were given a buy one get one coupon for drinks here! From the moment we sat down, the whole place felt like a vibe -- great ambience, excellent service, delicious food, and yummy cocktails made by Dave the bartender. I wish I remembered the name of our server because she was also a gem, so friendly and engaging -- but we're going to blame that on the cocktails. We ordered the deviled eggs, wings, short rib, mac and cheese, and Brussels sprouts with parmesan cheese. Everything was outstanding. Not one miss. And the reason there are no photos of the food? By the time we thought to take pictures, we had already eaten everything. That should tell you all you need to know. We were literally smiling from ear to ear the entire time, and people kept coming over to our table because the energy was that good. The Felix has officially made our list. They took great care of us, and even offered to write happy birthday on the cake we brought in. They did charge a cake cutting fee and cut up our whole cake and served us which was nice. Finally the ambiance was nice. It's not a large space (not too small either). Felt intimate, not a ton of other people. It was a great dining experience and I look forward to going back.

Drinks regularly took 20+ minutes, and we ended up going to the bar ourselves a few times just to follow up. For a restaurant at this price point, you expect a much higher level of service. It's a beautiful place with a lot of potential, but the service issues made what should have been a special celebration pretty disappointing.
