Very chill and cool hookah bar! We went pretty early, so still were able to catch happy hour drinks and there was plenty of seating. We didn't do hookah, just food and drinks. Our server was SO sweet and nice! She checked on us several times and made sure we had everything we needed. My Paloma was delicious! Not overly sweet, and had kind of a sweet and spicy rim. Our wings and fries were great as well- piping hot, wings were meaty, and we got tons of fries. This could definitely be a great spot for a group, because they have lots of specials. They have hellllllllaaaaaaaa flavors of hookah; and the hookah pulls really well. Jessica was our server and she was really sweet and funny and cool af. I was a regular here when it was managed and/owned by a previous name or manager. I always came here for the customer service and the good vibes and the great prices. Although the vibes are still good and the hookah is still great I was charged a 20% autograt for one person, and was not informed of this, nor was I given a check to see what my total was. The amount was already placed into a handheld device and I tipped unknowingly. I am not against auto gratuity as I am in the hospitality business myself, but I do think that this is something that should be acknowledged or given on a receipt prior to a customer paying because an additional 20% that I already planned on tipping was not deserving for my service. read more

Where do I begin, so after just telling the owner thank you for listening to my previous review and there has been a change . I'm sorry to say but as soon as you left the service went downhill . We literally had to call our server (Jessica) over for every thing . She changed our coals by request , we asked for a food menu and we had to call her back to put our order in . The only reason for the one star is because PACO is a great chef the food is always on point but I don't know. I miss Kayla she was very attentive to her customer . Two guys came to the bar while we were there last night she didn't acknowledge them as she literally sat on her phone the whole time gave them a menu they got up and left . Like if you were to go back and review CCTV you would literally see her not paying attention to her customer coming in and out . She paid more attention to the guy at the bar for hours. Eating, taking shots and smoking hookah with him then anybody else in the establishment . I truly like this place because the music, food and chill atmosphere is good but the girls don't never seem to be held accountable for what they are doing . I drive all the way from Henderson but it seems like now I would rather much so enjoy food from Paco and give my money to another establishment due to the lack of service. The server before wasn't too bad but as soon as Jessica came in the service was terrible . Sad that one person can make you not want to come back because she spent half of her time looking at her phone and not helping out the customers and we gotta call her by name to get any kind of help. read more

Went on a Sunday night for a few drinks, food and hookah. Very laid back not many people when we arrived. Service was 1/10. We noticed the server didn't smile, was not attentive and we had to wave her down for another drink. We have never had service like this ever . This is coming from someone in the service industry (I get it we all have our days). We were still trying to be polite and tipped her 15% even though she ignored us the entire time but she didn't even thank us.
