Sooooooooooo good. Sooooooo affordable. I LOVE this place!! They're tacos are not more than 2.75-3.00 a piece, they have so many flavors, so many options for meals. Ugh just pure good in my eyes. They have a drive through with is so convenient for me on my lunch. The food comes out so fast and tastes so fresh. The ladies that usually work the window are so nice and friendly. Yes, there is a lady who answers the speaker who doesn't speak English, but usually when she hears that you don't speak Spanish, she grabs another associate to take over the window. I just love this place as a quick and easy option for a delicious and affordable lunch. P.s. I don't care for the beans though! Tacos La Mexicana has been solid place in my lunch rotation for several years. I've only ever tried their tacos, but they also have a wide selection of other Mexican foods, similar to a Roberto's. I always get their lunch special 4 taco combo. The food is always fresh and cooked to order. You can pick the type of meat you like, my favorites are the al pastor and chorizo. They are both so flavorful and tender! The carne asada and pollo are also good, especially with their salsa verde. They make the chorizo extra crispy and it's not too greasy, probably one of the best chorizo tacos I've had. The lunch special comes with the 4 tacos, beans, rice, a few chips, and a drink. They give a decent amount of meat in the tacos too, and the combo is about $12.50 as of Jan 2024. It makes the perfect meal for one person! The restaurant is clean, has a small eating area inside, and also has a drive through. Service has always been good and friendly. It's located across from Desert Breeze Park, so it might be a nice idea to get some food here and have a picnic! read more

Let's be honest it's not the most eye catching place driving past it and it almost gets over shadowed by CJs custard because they are next to them. However, I'm so glad I gave it a try. The food is absolutely delicious and the portion is perfect. It does taste like someone's grandma made it because of the flavors! Drive thru staff was really nice and fast! The drive thru entrance is behind the building and CJs. The speaker to order has been offline the last three times I've been there so you have to drive up to order. The beef rolled taquitos and the steak street tacos are phenomenal. The price point is very friendly and the wait is never long. The food is as fantastic as the lovely people who make and serve it. Today I was in the area and thought I'd grab a quick bean and cheese to split with my wife. I looked at the reviews first, and decided we needed to try some of this stuff. Their potato tacos are my favorite, but we also got shredded pollo hard tacos, a bean and cheese burrito, a chile relleno burrito, and a side of rice. It came out to $35 for all of it. Trying a little bit of everything, it's ALL good. The burritos are huge! You can tell the quality of the ingredients. The red salsa is like a creamy habanero, and the green is fresh and tasty. Just ordered 2 carne asada burritos & 3 rolled tacos. My burritos were HORRIBLE! There was barely any meat. It was mostly beans and rice! Not worth it! This is a decent place for tacos. Most of them tasted pretty good and the prices seemed low to fair. We have been looking for the ultimate taco spot in las Vegas. Unfortunately, this isn't it, but it is a very good spot. We ordered two of every taco here and instead of eating it in, we took them home. While we were in the location, we did ask for some of each sauce to bring home with us. For 12 tacos it only took about 7 minutes of waiting. The guy working who took our order was very nice and friendly. After we got our tacos, we went home and feasted. This for sure feels like fast food tacos but they were good. Chorizo was delicious and chicken very good. While some were dry it was nothing that their salsas couldn't fix.
