Great date night spot! Place is moody, quiet, and modern. Our server was friendly, helpful and attentive. Our meal was delicious -- we tried the onion dip, the wellie, and the venison. We will definitely be back!

My coworkers and I would wait in the rain, snow and freezing cold for one of these pizzas off the truck! You can imagine my excitement when I heard they were opening a brick & mortar location south of Boston, just a few towns over from where I live. My husband and I came in on a Friday night to check the place out... We ordered a pepperoni pizza and a mushroom & onion. While the pizza was good/decent, it was NOT the same pizza as off the truck!! Something about it tasted "off" in comparison to the truck pizza. But it was still delicious in comparison to your average pizza shop pizza. Definitely check this place out if you're a pizza connoisseur like myself ;)

This is just some hipster local trendy joint- the food sucks- I'm sure the drinks are great - they looked great. Decor is fine, service is average. People wait on line for this garbage pizza? I mean the owner should hang his head in shame - especially since there was hair in it the second time I went- I always give two shots before a review we all have off days. Pure waste of money and time. I guess the people of Massachusetts have a low standard for everything especially good pizza. Don't waste your time. To start, the service was awesome, the waitresses were down to earth but made sure we had everything we needed and then some- including some extra chips to bring home with our unfinished buffalo chicken dip. The place was as the name suggests...snug. But the intimate environment was all the better with the live entertainment! Nothing really beats watching a local artist playing acoustic guitar and singing "You've Got a Friend in Me" over some good eats. I ordered the Cape Cod Rueban which is your typical Rueban toppings but a golden fried filet of haddock, on a toasted brioche bun. I was honestly blown away by this sandwich. All the ingredients were so fresh. Both of us were very satisfied with the quality of the food, the huge portions, and the reasonable bill compared to other establishments in the area. For all this plus 2 drinks, we were looking at $70. If we are ever back this way, we will definitely stop in again to try some new entrees!

The Snug is taking a stand for the neighborhood pub. A bar three rows deep where you can get a well-poured Guinness on tap and listen to live music. Servers are all polite. The lean into the neighborhood piece is for real -- I think I saw a high school date there one time. Food is pub fare. Steak tips and burgers are go-to's. Don't try to look for fancy, please don't. Deconstructed chicken pot pie would just be wrong.

We ended up here for both a happy hour and lunch, and the food, cocktails, and service exceeded my expectations. The fish and chips rivaled what I had while visiting Seattle. The fish was perfectly cooked with a light, crispy batter that wasn't greasy at all. During our happy hour, I indulged in the fried oysters, and they were cooked to perfection. You could tell they were fresh and expertly prepared. If you're looking for a great happy hour, lunch, brunch, or dinner, Oysterman is a great choice! They do get busy, and if you are arriving with a large party, plan on reservations. They do have a separate bar area and a patio.

True to their name, they offer fresh local oysters, as well as littleneck clams, shrimp, and of course, locally caught fish. On our first HH visit, I ordered the Duxbury-sourced oysters. They were sweet as sugar and a tad briny, Perfecto. Plus one ordered fried oysters, and they were fried perfectly. Since our golf match was rained out, we stopped by for lunch. My fish tacos were on point. The cod was so tender, and the cole slaw was a perfect accompaniment. Plus one ordered fish and chips, and according to live feedback, they were as good as the ones she had in Seattle. Lightly breaded tender haddock equals 5-stars! She judges all fish and chips by the one she experienced in Seattle! Service is on point, and we rarely, if ever had to flag down our bartenders for refills. They do have a full bar and an interesting (in a good way) wine list. The main bar area does get busy, but there is a satellite bar area and a patio. Sports are king here, and they have multiple TVs, so it's easy to catch a game or catch up on the sports news of the day. ,
