The brand new manager overreacted to the review from Cheryl M. on 8/10/2015. I was a regular there until last week when I went in and my waitress wasn't allowed to talk to me. It was perfectly fine for the manager, whose name is Kevin, to spend almost 2 hours talking with one table without moving and it was perfectly fine for the waitresses to stand at the front door doing nothing because they didn't have many customers, or any work to do, but my waitress was afraid to spend 30 seconds talking with me because she'd get in trouble. This restaurant used to have excellent service. The new manager ruined it his first week there. I sent the district manager my phone number but he hasn't called back, so he obviously doesn't care either. There are plenty of other restaurants out there where the manager thinks that it's more important to do his job than talk with one customer and watch the game on TV for almost 2 hours straight. read more

Came out to Hooters on a Saturday night with the Missus and 2 boys. No waiting for a table, which was an added bonus. Waitress was super attentive and quick. Food was delivered rather quickly and everything was great. read more

I love Hooter's wings - there is no other place that I've found that makes wings they way they do. Their wings are floured then fried then the sauce put on. I also love that they leave the flat with the wing tip left on (I LOVE that part). We ordered 50 wings amongst 5 of us eating and still had some left over. Ordered some curly fries too. Others had burgers - all good. Couple of pitchers of beer topped it off. Waitresses here are fine - they're young girls working hard but not extremely enthusiastic. All in all a good meal - dinner for 8 adults and 2 kids $120 before tip with drinks - cant beat that! read more

My daughter had a horrible experience tonight at Hooters in Cape Coral. To begin with her fiance's drink had a baby cockroach in it The bartender replaced it and seemed alarmed but didn't take it off the bill and no manager came over to apologize My daughter then went to the bathroom and there was a broom and a dustpan laying in the middle of the floor -the only toilet available was overflowing with toilet paper and urine She told one of the waitresses and she said she'd have somebody clean it up but it didn't appear that anyone went there right away Unfortunately she had already ordered dinner and with these two things happening previously she didnt much feel like eating it When they left two of the employees were out and the back fooling around and one knocked the trash can out of the others hand and food and trash when everywhere and they left it there I will never recommend Hooters to anyone. There are so many restaurants in Cape Coral they really need to get on top of their game if they want to have people come to them read more

Been to both Hooters. The one in ft.myers is definitely better. Been here twice and I don't know if it's just me or what. The curly fries all ways come out cold. And some times the wings seem to be lacking simething. And I'd you order a bottle beer it always seems to be warm. I always get that excuse that they just put them out on the ice. So I guess they don't keep them in a ice box or nothing. But I think I'm just going to pay the 2 dollar toll and take the drive to the one in ft. Myers from now on. read more

Service is just not great here and neither is the food. I don't expect much from hooters but this doesn't even reach the minimum. Waitress walked away so quickly you couldn't even talk to her which made her need to get us something every time she came back which I'm sure aggravated her just as much as it aggravated us. The food wasn't prepared with any care. I've gotten pretty dry chicken every time, even after asking for extra sauce we got wings that were literally bare and had to be re-spun in more sauce. Snow crab was over cooked and rubber like. They replaced them with another order that was hotter but battled to get the meat out. My suggestion, if steaming crab legs, I always add vinegar to the water and the meat glides out! Haven't been to a Hooters in forever! They actually have decent food. The garlic wings were crispy and had a good flavor, steak quesadilla was big and full of tender meat, and the wraps were decent. There are tons of tv's, service is friendly, and the patio seating is great. read more

This service is unbelievably horrible. I come for lunch occasionally and I never have an issue but once your hear for dinner it's a different story! The table next to us got the wrong order , after the little boy touched the food the waitress came over and picked it up and then served it to a different table !!!! Talk about gross and unsanitary ! When we let the waitress know the food had been touched she didn't care. We told the manager about it and we'll let's face it , he didn't care either ! I am not normally a fan of chain stores, but since I have not been to this place at all down here I figured it was time. Hooters name was carried out, but done low-key. Thing that made this place a terrific stop for us was the way it was being run the management is doing an excellent job. Staff is well-trained, the facility was very clean. My mom requested I take her here for her birthday. It was my first time at any hooters and given their reputation I was a little skeptical. It took a really long time for us to get seated. At least 10 minutes maybe 15. There were open tables and people who worked there kept going right by us. The manager finally noticed and got us a table and assigned a waitress to us. We ordered and it took a bit for the drinks. Then we ordered the food and by this time I was getting a little fed up. The food came out superb. It was perfect. I got the hot wings and my mom got the spicy shrimp. We both loved our food. The food definitely made up for the time. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. The margaritas there were great too! And the prices were pretty good. Very happy with this place however next time I hope our wait isn't as long. read more

Manager is so nice but i cant tell the same things for the servers do their job properly.when we order my wife drinks came out 25 min later and (I think they bring mojito from Cuba ).ridiculously she took our order after she serve the drink .we wait almost one hour to get our appetizer and we were really hungry and after wings came out fast but really cold and unexpectedly taste old.after I spoke with manager they change the wings but we didn't see the manager to come and check on us after the serve new ones.also paper towel was finish when she bring even first course I thought she saw it She didn't even look and second time when they bring the wings she didn't look it at all and I had to call another server to give us paper towel whatever our server turn her back to us she like to talk with bartender and checking messages on the phone and never come and check us until I pull attention other server to call her so we can ask for check.i am sorry but I am not there to get discount I just want it to get some hot wings how difficult to get a warm wings .i am sorry to write this review because I love hooters but I think not this time read more

This is the coziest, friendliest, neighborhood Hooters there is and my favorite spot for lunch. I travel a lot and have been to many Hooters locations and I'm so glad that this one is located in my hometown. The staff is always on top of it and the food is consistent. They make their ranch from scratch and I always order extra with my honey Thai buffalo shrimp. The margaritas are also surprisingly good and only 5 bucks. read more

Highly offended!!! Food was good, server was nice except that she was gone for a little longer at times than expected. The one time place to go for wings has turned into a sad greedy experience. Over the years i have had many good times and some decent food at Hooters around the SE. Was a stop every Friday for lunch for my whole crew. The Wings were good the value was there. No more, the wings are not even close to what the competitors offer. So what do they do they get greedy. $.79 for 1 0z of blue cheese dressing with the wings. Nobody charges for dressing with their wings. First off the bar tenders and wait staff were tremendously courteous and proficient in their duties. Our drinks were served with precision and always cold along with hot and tasteful food from the kitchen. The reason this review comes with some distaste is due to the management staff being obtrusive unappreciative of patrons who are responsible and provide a good atmosphere for the wait staff to work in. Management even went as far as to follow a patron into the bathroom to observe the process of urination occur in the men's restroom. This was obtrusive and uncalled for in many ways along with several looks of disdain in the direction of patrons. Very discomforting as a guest of restaurant. read more
