I'm surprised at how many people think that Hooters is still just for men...because it is so much more than that IMO...but that is just me! The young lady that served us was very sweet and she seemed as if she was new but she did a great job. I have been to several locations and this is one of my favorites but since I'm not out this way that often I don't come here as much. We only got I order of Fries because it can feed two depending on how much you eat, but what I didn't share is my Chicken and Shrimp...oh yum it was just so fresh and I wish I had ordered some Crab Legs that day too....but I was being greedy...yeah that happens sometimes. I was glad we didn't have a long wait and the food came out hot and tasty. The place was clean but the bathroom could have been a tad cleaner but it wasn't dirty or nasty so that's just me I guess. Just so you will know if they ask you if you want Ranch or Blue Cheese that is extra so just beware because I think for the price your first little container should be free or just be apart of the meal...I mean even McDonald's give you the first container for free and I think they make enough too at least offer that...yep I was vent but that doesn't stop me from going. I liked that I waitress came and checked on us but didn't hover she made us feel like she knew we were her customers and wanted us to enjoy our food. I love Hooters and if you haven't been you should try it because as I said before it is more than just a men's bar its a place that has some great food and once you take your first bite....YOU WILL BE BACK! This is my little side note I tried take-out before at other Hooters and it is something about the steam on the chicken and shrimp that makes the experience a little different but it is still good...just not Fantastic...try the restaurant experience first if you can! My daughter ordered a cheeseburger, they brought it out without cheese and a black hair on it. Not only that, when they re-did her order, it took long as hell for it to come out. And she got food poisoning from the food the next day. Let me not forget to mention that my wife went to get another fork because the one they served us still had food on it. She then went back to get a kids menu and caught the bar manager and the server manager gossiping about my wife going up there to tell them that there was food on the fork. I never thought I would actually frequent a Hooters because to me, it is supporting the patriarchy. However, since LaGrange has stated to let child molesters live in the apartments, it's a no brainer that the last place anyone would see the Creepy Nosehair Forest Child Stalker of downtown LaGrange would be Hooters. They have really friendly bartenders here and a great tap selection. Their chicken is delicious as well. We usually avoid chain restaurants but things are changing in downtown LaGrange so we have stated coming here and have been pleased. Not one of the better times we've been there. Service was GREAT. However, my vodka soda tasted awful, like the gun was filthy. Also, the steamed shrimp were completely overdone and dried out. Crab legs were delicious. bathrooms were filthy and so was the floor in the dining area this past Friday at 5 PM. This is one of my favorite "whatever" date night spots, I dont have to get dolled up and I still have a good meal and some drinks with my boyfriend before a movie at the quarry or before bowling with some friends... We made a reservation for 6:15 and even called to confirm the reservation but when we got here they said they could only take us until 6:45 and when we went to go sit down we realized they just sat down another party even tho we made the reservation first they got sat down in the big long table while my family had to sit in separate tables and when we complained the white blonde manager was very rude and had so much attitude. Hooters is a "hoot" of an experience! My experience today was pretty good. Take a look! The location is pretty good, but the size is a bit too small. Large groups would have a hard time at Hooters. I like the location because it's near highways, so you can go to this restaurant, and get food for you and your family on those long car trips down I-55. The service is okay. The food was made fast, and the workers were nice and friendly. I didn't experience that much of the waitresses because I had my order for take-out. The food was great. My chicken sandwich had a lot of flavor in the chicken. My side of tater tots was good too. The exterior was crunchy (in a good way), and the interior is great potatoes. All in all, great food, okay service, good location, but I'm not a fan of the size. I'd rather do take-out if your doing a large party. That was what I did. I will be back here. read more

Yeah, I don't usually go to places like this, but I received a gift card for my birthday last year, so I chose to eat here, finally, even though I was craving something else. I had checked their menu online before I arrived there, so that I could get an idea of what to order. The 10 boneless wings special was really good with the 3-Mile flavor and the Daytona Beach flavor (5+5) with bleu cheese on the side. The curly fries are better from Arby's and weren't crispy, but they were really busy, so... The nacho cheese and chili were kind of watery, but I still ate them all up, as everything looked and tasted fresh. Their nachos reminded me of the nachos from El Burrito Loco, especially with the shredded lettuce on top. The chips were hot, though! So, that's a plus because it's not uncommon to receive tortilla chips at either cold or room temperature from other restaurants. My main server was very nice, friendly, smiling and accommodating, and there were good vibes from all the hostesses, servers, patrons (even the people standing and waiting for a table) and in-house staff, considering that they were all very busy. My go to for wings! I'm so glad they went back to the original recipe because whatever breading they changed it to before was not good. And I love that they have expanded their sauce options and offer the wings non breaded but it just isn't the same naked. They have daily specials also. The Sangria here is the best I've ever had and it's such a good price for the giant cup they bring it in! Seafood is also good here! Crab legs, oysters, buffalo shrimp! Where else can you get curly fries! Love the curly fries. Obviously I only come here for the food. Haha. Everything else going on here is wasted on me. My boyfriend and I came here for dinner last night and we feel like this location has the best service out of all the other Hooters in the area. We arrived later than the typical dinner hour (close to 9pm) and were seated immediately. Our server, Lauryn, greeted us right away and had a smile on her face the entire time we were there. She had a few other tables besides us, but was consistently attentive. The food was fantastic! I always order buffalo shrimp (and am never disappointed) but I feel like this time, the cooks outdid themselves. The breading and sauce ratio was perfect! My boyfriend had the Hooters salad with buffalo chicken and wings (Thai Chili) and said it was all amazing. Visited Hooters this past Sunday with my family- total of 6. We LOVE hooters and this is the first time that I've been to this particular location. It's small inside but fit us just fine, but parties bigger than six would have a hard time. We ordered two angry moons (half blue moon and half angry orchard), two beers, and two mojitos. Seriously took TWENTY minutes. We also ordered fried pickles, a salad, 50 wings, and 3 orders of fries. The food is delicious, very consistent with hooters quality. The service. GOD AWFUL. The dipshit waitress we had was rude, inattentive, slow, and ignorant. We waited way too long for our drinks and had dirty plates on the table for longer than necessary. At one point, my husband asked for something from the bartender directly because dipshit was no where to be found. We ordered 5 ranch and celeries for the table, she brought 5 ranch and 5 pieces of celery. She miscounted our plates, took plates away and never replaced them, came to the table asked if we needed anything else without clearing the mounds of plates filled with napkins and bones. She did this with an attitude the whole time we were there. I don't know where the owners have found these chicks but they need to send them back where they came from as this particular waitress was the worst we've ever had and the others walked around rolling eyes and acting too good for where they were. I don't remember the name of the particular "waitress" we had but she was tall, straight hair, thin, and not the usual friendly, bubbly, cute hooters girl that we're used to in Lombard, Schaumburg, and Chicago locations.
