Manager in evening washed hands for less then 5 seconds, bartender could have been nicer and more friendly, for a slow night you should pay more attention to your customers then walking away from the bar area.. other girls seemed to be more attentive towards there customers then her. No names are used... ask people how they are doing and conversate a bit, instead of what do you want to drink!! Maybe she needs better training from her management? I had a chicken burger and some shrimps last night. The burger was good. The shrimps was good also. They using really good sauce for shrimps. The service was little slow. 15 minutes wait to order our food. Waitress use napkins to write down what we selected to eat. Our curly fries came out 10 minutes after our wings. No refills on drinks. Fries were cold when it was brought out. Waited 20 minutes after our meal to get our check. I dont recommend this place and not going back anytime soon or never will. read more

This place needs to either shut down or hire new management. First, they put a trainee who knows nothing about waiting tables to wait on us. Waited 30 minutes and still have not received our drinks. Order 20 wings and received 19. Told the manager and he had zeros explanation or apology. Instead, he just asked what flavor and came back with one wing. Pathetic recovery. No one at this location takes ownership as to their responsibility or job. Hooters management - do yourself a favor and fire every single person there and replace them with people who care about their job. I've come to hooters many times, and the service just keeps getting worse & worse. My family of 5 and I went here last night, arrived around 8 and did not leave until 9:30 due to lack of service, messed up orders, and never refilled drinks. As someone who works in the service industry I understand things can get busy and out of hand but there was only about 10 tables full, and 4-5 servers there is no reason why things should have taken that long. We were never checked on and usually a manager should walk around to each table, not once did I see that. read more

I wanted this to be our first review because this is by far our favorite restaurant. We go to Hooters at least once a week and order it "to go" all the time. The food is always fantastic, I don't think there's been a time we haven't loved what we've ordered! My husband is a die-hard chicken strip man and I love the wings. The mild sauce doesn't have any favor at all, medium is more mild, and hot is more medium. We love the "hot" sauce but will occasionally order 3-mile-island and have tried 911 and enjoyed them all. We also often order the chicken quesadillas, which are great, and the Philly cheese-steak is the best I've had in all of Houston! read more

Walking into the restaurant you are usually promptly seated by a hostess. Shortly after seating even if the waitress is busy she will acknowledge your presence. Service is great. This is one of the few Hooters in town where the waitress still follow the "old school" hooters rules. They don't fully sit down, still engage with you quite a bit, even put salt down on you napkin still for your beer. I live within walking distance from the 290 location and much rather go to this location for the great service. The manager Ashley is absolutely awesome and I expressed my gratitude recently for her and her great staff. read more

I have been around Hooters since their start in Fla in 83'. They have lost their way from soup to nuts. nonexistent greeting, poorly trained servers focused on themselves going thru the motions. Lack of customer service skills. Wings appeared to be prepared, and then double breaded AND refried. More greasy batter than chicken. Onion ring tower was greasy and lacked flavor. The server(s) stood around instead of working the room to ensure satisfaction. This is a reflection of their ownership and management's lack of focus. I had to pick a star or I actually would not have even given one. We JUST left there and HORRIBLE SERVICE. Instead of Willow, let's call it ghetto-brook hooters! We were there 15 minutes, NO SERVICE! While we're patiently waiting with our three year old, saw a big table with a waitress basicially sitting on the customers lap. I do realize this is a "breastaraunt" but come on . . .it's also kid friendly. We would never take our child to a gentlemen's club where this action may be acceptable. This waitress, along with the others, appears to think they she is working at one of those establishments. Oh, I do have a pic! So inappropiate, wanted to make sure I was able to send to HOOTERS main website as well. If they are going to act this way, there should be a cover charge and 18 and up. We will stick to WOLFIES and WINGS and MORE. This is the last straw with this Hooters. Of the last 4 of the 5 times we have been there it has been awful. So glad our 11 year old son was not there to see this inappropiateness. I did tell the manager at a table he happened to be conversing with of how we had nobody wait on us for 15 minutes, and I also pointed out the three other people who walked in abut two minutes behind us. I usually get the Buffalo Chicken sandwich. Every time I go in there the chicken breast gets smaller, they are also getting skimpy with the sauce. It's hardly worth the money anymore. The service was also very poor. I had to get up to fill my own beverage, and I only saw my server when she took my order and when she dropped the check. I will almost certainly not go back, which is unfortunate because I used to love this place. read more

i'm a regular at the willowbrook location. their "big daddy" beer deal is the only reason i visit hooters. a few of the hooter's girls are nice...but very few actually interact with customers...they tend to huddle up in the very back of the store. some of the bartenders are more focused on their smart phone rather than serving beer. i've seen people waiting to be seated or waiting for drink refills while the girls are huddled up in the back of the store. rather than getting the girls to get off their rear ends and getting them to work, the manager does their jobs for them. i've experienced this at other hooters locations as well. i'm not a fan of hooters food...i just like the $5 big daddy beers...it's an ok place to come and watch games...they have plenty of TVs and the girls usually do their best to accommodate by changing channels to something you want to watch i've been to about a dozen different hooters throughout TX, Louisiana, and Colorado...i've NEVER seen a clean restroom...i've seen truck stop restrooms cleaner than hooters restrooms. read more

This Hooters is unfortunately the one closest to us. Every time we eat here, the food fails to come to our table Correctly. I hate to ask for a million things as I know the server has other tables but is it that hard to make the dishes the way they are described on the menu? It just never fails to be missing something. The service is never very speedy or friendly. Upon entering and being seated we are asked if we would like a table or a booth, however when the answer booth is given and there are none clean, it seems to be a chore for them to clean a dirty one. Most other locations do a much better job at food, friendliness and service. Maybe I am confused about what the girls are suppose to look like but it seems like the Hooters reputation has gone down hill recently. By that I not only mean the food and service but also the pride that the girls have to work there. the girls are allowed to wear baggy Tshirts and just don't look as kept up as say the girls at twin peaks or bombshells. Ordered a beer "that beer is no longer available" yet it is plastered in pictures everywhere in restaurant. Ordered beer cheese pretzels "we no longer carry those" yet giant picture on menu. Hooters has gone down hill, will no be coming back as there are way to many choices within a half mile radius. The service was good but food was horrible! Worst food I have ever tasted! My husband and I ordered boneless wings and the chicken was cooked way to long that it was so hard to cut! Hate to write bad revue but just had a bad experience at this location that I just cant get out my head. I go to this location about 2 or 3 times a week and always have great service. The food isn't that great but lets face it we go to Hooters to see the girls not for great food. On this day however I set at the bar and the bartender totally ignored me never took my drink order never said she was busy totally ignored me. Hot wings and hot chicks! We just stopped by to grab a quick bite (the buffalo chkn is awesome!) and ended up canceling our plans and stayed there all night instead! The girls were really friendly and my waitress took good care of us. Definitely one of the better staffs in Houston. Even the manager was cool! She put money in the jukebox and let us pick the songs. No matter the city, when there's a UFC PPV, I'm finding the nearest Hooters..Ok, this one is a bit small as far as hooters go. This one has the kitchen behind the bar so it gets a little warm if you sit at the bar like I like to do. Some of the TVs aren't in the most advantageous places. The food was standard hooters quality. The beers are cold but I got a green orange slice with my blue moon..You can just keep that shit. The girls were a bit on the low end as far as hooters quality goes. A couple guts and wide loads in there. Two black chicks behind the bar, one was smoking hot and the other looked to be about 40, nice body but god awful wig. She did have a nice personality and was on point with the service. The mens bathroom was a fucking biohazard. Since a Mexican was fighting there were lots of fat Mexican wannabe toughguys in there but they were harmless, just stuffing their fat faces with chicken wings and spouting off loudly at the fight. Overall, this was probably the worst hooters I've been too. That's not saying it's horrible, it just happens to not be on par with the others I've frequented. read more

This was the first time I have visited a Hooters in over 3 years. I decided to take my 1 year old son to have wings, coke, and order to go lunch for my wife at work. Arriving at 1:30, I hoped to miss the business lunch rush and have an out of the way table to sit at. My 1 year old is what i consider well behaved and eats anything. When we arrived it was obvious the rush was over. Only 2 larger groups at tables and what appeared to be about 6 regulars (the middle age men with nothing to do during the day but sit and talk with wait staff and flirt.) The only regular table left (regular ground level for high chair use) was dirty and appeared to have been for a while. Beer stains on table and plates were dried out. We sat a high table in hopes of having someone clean the small one. After exactly 5 minutes of waiting for someone to even acknowledge we were there, I decided to count staff members. 6 girls wait staff on the floor, 2 behind the counter, and 2 males in blue shirts in the restaurant. The only acknowledgement was from one of the males who walked by, said "how's it going" and continued on his way. Two wait staff sitting at tables with customers, others just hanging around. Perhaps I was in a closed section. I guess I will never know. My son was hungry so we decided to leave and try B.W.W. down the street. For those that know what that means you are the better for it. Perhaps Hooters and the staff at that location make enough money during the day to not be concerned with one person and child. read more

Went to this location on January 2, 2013, the waitress got the orders all wrong! Each of us four had the worst food ever, tasted horrible, then when we brought it to the attention of the waitress that all three orders of wings are wrong her first comment was that she placed the order correctly it must have been the cook. I had the Hooters Chicken Cajun Sandwich and threw half of it away it was just weird tasting. I would think the waitress would step up and say let me fix this for you and we ended up talking to the manager, she got the three orders or wings re-done and served us, the one set of wings tasted just like plain fried chicken and it was suppose to be the Spicy Garlic. I point blank told her my chicken sandwich was nasty and they said they would give us a discount which we did not see on the bill. To top it three of us got so sick we spent most of the night and today in the bathroom. I think it is time maybe Channel 2 or Channel 13 stops by. We will never eat there again!!!!!!!!!
